Der Troadkasten ist ein alter Getreidespeicher, ein traditonell gezimmertes Hozhaus, das wir liebevoll zum gemütlichen Chalet umgestaltet haben. Das Häuschen befindet sich direkt auf unserem Bio-Bergbauernhof auf 1100 m Seehöhe und bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Dein Rückzugsort für eine ruhige Auszeit oder Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge im Naturpark Almenland in der Steiermark. Hunde sind gerne willkommen, es laufen Hühner, Katzen und Hofhund Luna frei am Hof herum.

Free parking in the parking garage on the same street (approx. 100 meters away). Public parking around the house (free of charge on Saturday and Sunday, subject to a charge on weekdays). The apartment consists of a bedroom with a large double bed, a living room with a sofa bed for 1 - 2 more people, a bathroom with a toilet and an equipped kitchen.

The property is located in the Schöcklland/Almenland vacation region and offers many leisure activities for both nature and culture lovers. The apartment is 70 m² and is located close to the town center in a very quiet location. There is a recreational pool, bakery, Greislerei and pastry shop within easy walking distance. The apartment has been furnished with original vintage objects and exudes originality and coziness.

We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!

is twelve minutes from the tram station and train ,there are two large shopping malls within five minutes by car and downtown Graz by car ten minutes and the airport five kilometers. The room has pleasant temperatures in summer. Hosts can also use the terrace. There is a chance of a little football with small goals in the garden outside the house. We also have the possibility of renting 1 or 2 bicycles.
