The property is located opposite Kaiserswerth and 6.2 km from Meerbusch. Downtown Düsseldorf is 19km (24min), Düsseldorf Airport 16km (17min), Messe Düsseldorf 15km (20min). Quietly located directly on Rheindamm, the house surrounds a 10,000sqm garden. The house itself, built in 1958, is two-storey with approx. 370sqm of living space. There are two spacious living rooms. The furnishings are modern and classic. The house is suitable for families and trade fair visitors (companies).

On 400 square meters of living space, we rent out extraordinary rooms, almost all of which offer a beautiful view of the Asian garden. Our Japanese teahouse invites you to linger and a barbecue area can also be used. We offer a master bedroom with balcony, including guest room for three guests. The fireplace room is designed for four people and the terrace room for three people. All rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. We're thrilled you're visiting!

There is also a hot tub to relax in. Wi-Fi is also available. The house is very rural, but you can reach the train station in a few minutes and so you can also travel to larger cities or to the nearest one to shop. The house offers enough space for several people or families. Non-smoking house!

Our Landhaus Karbach is a high-quality renovated old manor house with two separate residential units. Our hunting villa can accommodate six people and our forest house can accommodate four people. The use of selected materials and tasteful furnishings give the house its extraordinary character. The Landhaus Karbach is in a completely secluded location, surrounded by forest and fields. A sauna and the large terrace with seating furniture invite you to relax.
