Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Sanilac County

This experience wildly exceeded my expectations. The house was recently renovated (or sure appeared to be) so everything was in extraordinarily great condition. It was super clean, extremely well appointed with kitchen, bathroom and bedroom items. You cannot beat the view - so close to the water and just beautiful. Also, can't say enough about how friendly and responsive Eileen and Rich were during our stay. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great stay, the cars were a little noisy in the upstairs bedroom but overall nice stay.

The house was immaculate. We loved the backyard because it felt like we had some privacy. Kitchen is well stocked. The host was very communicative and prompt to answer any questions. We had a wonderful family vacation that was relaxing and comfortable. We would stay again.

This is a great location with lots of space packed into a small cabin. There is room for eight people to sleep at least, and the view out from the front porch is gorgeous - you have lake access and can watch the ships go by. There are some really affordable local restaurants in the area too, and you’re close to Lexington and even Port Huron if you want to go shopping. Loved it!

My husband and son spend the days with our granddaughter. They loved the ease of walking to the lake and the peacefulness. They said it was very clean and just what they needed. Thank you.

It was the perfect spot for my family. Near the water everything was within a quick walking or driving distance. The house was neat and we loved the beach decorations on the inside and out. Laura was great with communication and they even left me some treats for my birthday with beautiful handmade cards m. We will definitely be back to the Purple House!!

We booked this place for a summer cottage trip. What an amazing rental this is. Amazing view of the lake from the cottage and it is such a vibe to relax in. The rental was spotless clean when we arrived. Ample sheets, towels, toiletries were provided and Vicki communicated well throughout the trip. Cute place with easy access to the water! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, full working kitchen, toasty in the winter, plenty of space.

This is an older cottage built in 1920 or so but definitely not without it's charm! The decor was beach themed and seriously cute. It was warm and inviting and we had everything we needed! The beach is a straight shot down the road (only one main road to cross). It took only 8 min or so walking to get there. We brought a fold up wagon to carry our gear gear. The private beach was beautiful!! They allow small fires and you can BBQ there as well. It was a great girls weekend getaway!

Very clean and had all the essentials needed. This place is comfortable and the location is great, close to downtown Lexington. Perfect for 2-4 people. Modern appliances and overall very well maintained. I will definitely stay here again if I am in Lexington.

This place is INCREDIBLE! Absolutely beautiful! So many things to do. My son was turning 17. We are a close family so we have private birthdays with immediate family which is what my teens prefer. We did not have to leave the property, except to get more groceries. We are in love with the house and all the things you get to do. Moe is awesome! If an issue arose, he was quick to respond and tried his best to get the issue remedied as quickly as possible. Things happen. Remember everyone, even in our own homes, things happen and we get it fixed. More is also very kind. We truly appreciate him and the spectacular property! We WILL be back! WOW! JUST WOW! Thank you Moe!! YOU ROCK!

The place was located very close to town. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable and clean. Smelled wonderful. Check in was easy. Check out was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again. Very affordable

Our family had a wonderful time. The cottages were very nice, the property was beautiful and very peaceful. Our 1 and 1/2 year old grandson was with us as well as two dogs and we all had a wonderful time. Moe and his father were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the beach immensely and will definitely return. I would highly recommend.

Perfect place to stay! nestled just outside of Lexington. Private multi level deck with an awesome view and access to a private beach on Lake Huron. Cottage is tiny, but was the perfect size for two best friends getting away for the weekend!

Gorgeous home with plenty of space for a large group. Plenty to do right on the property including a swim spa, games in the basement, and kayaks available for use on the water. Had some trouble getting a question answered before my stay (for those who are interested, there does not appear to be electric car charging available) -- I asked twice and never received a response. There were also a few missing things, e.g. no body wash or soap in the upstairs bathroom.

Very nice place. Suited our big family very well. Would have been more fun if the weather cooperated.

My stay at Thergam’s Airbnb was absolutely wonderful. The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described in the listing. Thergam was welcoming and very helpful which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The location was perfect for everything I needed, and I felt completely comfortable throughout my stay. I’m extremely satisfied and would definitely book again. Highly recommended!

This house was everything we were looking for and matched the description. The house allowed my co-workers and I a quiet, comfortable space to come back to and work and relax. My only feedback is about the showers. Most had no doors which caused water to splash out on the floor which is distressing when you’re trying to respect the house. Anyway, I would love to come back in the summer!! Thanks

This was such a beautiful home, surrounded by beautiful views - whether indoors our outside, the beautiful view was almost impossible to escape (in the best way possible) the service did get spotty at times, but I would have gladly given up all communication for the weekend, if it meant being in such a breathtaking place. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking to spend a weekend in a beautiful home. The home included a very well, organized binder, highlighting the local wineries, restaurants, and shops along with directions. MiCasa stays did everything right!

Property worked well for our extended family of eight. Hot tub was enjoyed daily by adults and kids. Golf cart was used daily as well. Kitchen was pretty well stocked. Two bathrooms is a great feature to handle a large gathering. Beds were comfortable. Area is peaceful and quiet. We walked to the harbor where a small play area is available. Walking on top of the break wall is very nice. Live music by the harbor on Saturday night.

Perfect family getaway with private beach access - We had a fantastic stay at this secluded home—it was the ideal spot for a peaceful family retreat. One of the best features was the access to a private beach, which gave us a quiet and relaxing place to enjoy the water without any crowds. The house was in great shape and comfortably held all 18 of our family members. You can clearly see the thoughtful updates made over time, while still preserving the charm of an older home. The only small downside was the limited yard space, which made it tough to play larger outdoor games. But with the beach so close and the house so well equipped, that wasn’t a big issue. Highly recommend for large families or groups looking for a quiet, scenic escape!

Nice place for a group teenagers to rest and have good, clean fun. Separate cottages facilitated healthy boundaries and the common area was great for meals, bonfires, and games. It was beautiful, facing the sunrise, and had friendly neighbors.
