It was our first time at an air bnb. The location is great and has beautiful view of the lake. Felt like home, cooked meals ourselves grocery is available at Bhat provisional store just 25 meters away Bhat uncle (and Aunty) has every thing you need and he doesn't mind even if you buy 2 tomatos, 3 potatoes etc. Master bed room with attached balcony and bathroom is better than any 5 star hotel I have stayed so far. We (Me, wify and two children 18 and 13) spent lot of time in living room together as it was raining in Nainital most of the time . Overall we had a blast, Jai provided clearcut directions and offerd full refund as it there were past complaints of water scarcity. We didn't feel any water scarcity. Meenu the caretaker was very pleasant and courteous we didn't use her services for cooking but she ensured that place and kitchen is clean. in past I have stayed in Nainital in hotel with veiw but closer to mall, lot of noice pollution. This property is higher on hill hence peaceful.

The place is great and the view is amazing. The food is good too and pretty reasonable. The path to the place is a bit tricky but otherwise all great.

Sanjay sir and Reema aunty are gracious hosts of this beautiful property..This place at Naukuchiatal provides the best view of the surroundings..Property is better than what is visible in photos ..Hosts are ready to help with everything needed..Aunty gave home baked cake for the children which was Cherry on Cake :)

We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb property in Nainital. The owner went above and beyond by organizing an amazing bonfire party, which made our evenings unforgettable. The staff were extremely cooperative and attentive to our needs. The food they prepared was absolutely delicious, adding to the overall fantastic experience. I stayed at Varun and Ssumedha’s place with my family. It was a delightful stay. The place is exactly as shown in the pictures. The view from the balcony is stunning. There were board games as well to keep kids entertained. Varun was extremely responsive right from the beginning and he made sure our stay was comfortable.

The place is just 5-10 minutes away from the Bhimtaal by vehicle and is well maintained. Anushka is sucha proactive host, she loves her guests and is pretty invested and determined to make the stay a fabulous one for her guests. She will make you feel like you know her for too long and her recommendations about the places that you must visit are just spot-on… Surender bhaiya is a sweetheart, he made sure everything was comfortable for us during our stay, from the time he came to pick us up near the bhim taal To the day we left… Definitely will come back here.

My stay at this cozy mountain property was an absolute delight. The interior of the place was beautiful and made it felt like a home away from home. The property location is amazing, so calm and peaceful amidst of mountains. One should definitely take a walk down the village there for beautiful views. The host was super responsive and friendly. The place was well maintained. Location was beautiful and greatly maintained. Big house and lot of space. Though stayed for a day only but was comfortable stay. Would go back there if given a chance.

The place was exactly as shown in the pictures. The check-in was easy. The rooms were clean, beds all made up, toilets were well maintained. Kitchen was great. The best part was the location. It was beautiful, the property is surrounded by mountains, it is a quiet and peaceful place. The lake is just in front of the property. One thing I would like to add is that the lake is not accessible directly from the property, for that you have to go around the property, which is not much of a task though. The caretaker was helpful and could also cook food if told him beforehand. The only problem I encountered there was of mobile network. Jio network did not work there but Vodafone-Idea worked flawlessly. The place doesn't have a WiFi which is not a big issue, but would be cherry on top if made available. Overall the stay was excellent, the rooms were huge and there was also provision of bonfire.

very cozy place to stay ☺️. The apartment is exactly as shown in photos.Sanya is very helpful regarding personal requirements or suggestions and the place is walkable from the mall road, just a little steep while walking back to apartment.(no issue if u have personal vehicle) The house is very clean and well maintained. Also the small touch ups makes it even more pretty. I totally recommend this place for anyone visiting Nainital.😄
