Great house. Looked like the pictures and Ashton was very helpful and responsive! Price was a little high for the place in my opinion.

We were in Springfield for a horse show at the fairgrounds. The house was close for us and in a very nice neighborhood. The house was very clean, stocked well and had tons of room. There was a very nice new deck off the kitchen that we enjoyed sitting out on in the morning and evenings. Overall, I would highly recommend this house for anyone staying with a larger group. Lori

Really enjoyed our stay and will gladly stay again if we are in the area. Everything was so clean and neat, and the host was always quick to reply to any questions I had. Due to the cold weather we didn't use the backyard much but I love the space and how private it felt. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay

We had a truly wonderful stay at Pam’s Airbnb in Springfield! The home was spotless, extremely comfortable, and located in a safe, quiet area with plenty of convenient parking. The beds were some of the most comfortable we’ve ever had in a rental, and there was more than enough space for our family of four—both kids and adults felt right at home. Pam’s hospitality was outstanding. She checked in with us regularly (even when the weather turned), making sure we had everything we needed and always offering helpful suggestions. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the snacks waiting for us on arrival. The house was perfectly clean and had everything we could possibly want for a relaxing family stay. It truly felt like a home away from home, and Pam’s attention to detail and genuine care for her guests made all the difference. If we’re ever back in Springfield, this will be the first place we look to book. Perfect for families or anyone seeking a comfortable, welcoming stay!

Really extravagant stay . Me &’ my boys visited from Texas. Very unique & cozy . Will highly recommend for family vacation spot with all amenities. Host was very sweet.

Big, clean 4 room place, just a few blocks from the Capitol. Pristine kitchen with everything thing you need.

Angela was very responsive and flexible on checkout which we really appreciated. It was a cozy comfortable place and the fenced in backyard was so helpful with my pup.

🤣🏠 VERY HOMIE 🏚️🤪George was very eager to accommodate and Both George and Robbin were so pleasant to talk to! They showed sincere interest and passion regarding my personal endeavor’s which was what brought me to the area! The personal tour of the location was fabulous! I wish I had more time to get to know them there seems to be a very unique equine connection between myself and Robbin🥰 next time I’ll bring my skateboard! I will mention one thing… if your a scardy cat like me just bring someone with you! I’m a country girl through and through and luckily George has the place nice and lit up and sturdy locks because being in a town/city I really tend to freak myself out ! 🤦🏼‍♀️ I absolutely loved the vibe of this place and all the current projects underway! I enjoyed my stay at Regina's place. Check-in and check-out are very easy. The unit is very clean & comfy and it has all the amenities for a great stay. There is ample parking and the location is good as it is close to downtown. The host is responsive and can assist you promptly. I would stay here again. Thanks!

This home was a fantastic mix of classic charm and modern upgrades. The original crystal doorknobs added character, while the updated kitchen, updated bathroom, and cozy living space made it incredibly comfortable. The massage chair was amazing after long days, and the smart TVs and sound bar setup were top-notch. The beds were comfy with quality linens and room-darkening curtains. The location was convenient, close to Washington Park, downtown, and groceries. There was a parking issue with a neighbor, but the host went above and beyond, giving me access to the garage and promising improvements for future guests. Communication was excellent and thoughtful throughout. As someone with an older home myself, I was genuinely impressed (and a little jealous!) of how well this house balanced vintage charm with modern convenience. I'd definitely stay again on my next Springfield trip!

Larry’s place was everything we were looking for and more! It was clean and cozy and location was perfect for us! He was also a great host and had great communication! 12/10 would stay here again and again!
