Arguably the best location in SLC if you want a great view and easy access to Big & Little Cottonwood. It's also convenient to everything else in SLC and even Park City - easy on/off the I-215 Belt Route. Every room in the place has a great view of the city & amazing sunset. The large covered porch was exceptionally nice to enjoy after a day of skiing or work. The neighborhood is one of the nicest & safest in SLC and an excellent area to walk/hike/bike. You feel very disconnected from the activity in the city below. The kitchen was fully stocked and we cooked often , as well as using the almost new gas grill on the porch. If you like dogs, you'll love their 2 rescue dogs that treated us like family the entire time. This added to the comfortable feel and safety aspect of the place. Jennifer & Bill were great hosts and I enjoyed having them around. I will stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

Willow's place was quaint and peaceful. It was beautiful and cozy and everything we were looking for for the two night stay we had.

Just as described and pictured. Convenient location to our family that lives in Cottonwood Heights. Clean, quiet, and working heat and air conditioning which was needed due to change in temperatures while we were there. Would stay there again if it works out.

I really enjoyed staying here! The location is unbeatable, it’s a 2 or 3 minute walk from downtown Holladay which was super convenient. The fenced in yard was very nice for my dog as well. It was nice!

Jennifer’s home was so lovely. Wonderful things to do outside to get some exercise. The house was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable! Great hot tub to relax after a long day.

Very zen space with amazing host. After our Utah desert adventures this was the perfect spot to reset and get to the airport. We had some itinerary changes and requests that jourdan was very accomodating to. This space was connected to the host but was set up to be very secluded. This was beneficial for one of our requests (needed a scale to weigh out our luggage to bring home cool rocks) The bed was so comfortable, much needed after camping and we were happy to have the ability to do some laundry before packing. Highly recommend staying here.

Yevgeniya's place was perfect! Very Homie feel to it, very comfy. Yevgeniya responded5to every message I sent and had an answer for every question I had. She was even so kind as to place a bucket outside the residence for my cigarette butts for me before I even had the chance to do it myself and messaged me to let me know she had done so. All in all, excellent experience...

Probably the best AirBnB we’ve stayed in - Melanie has thought of everything! Kitchen was perfectly kitted out for cooking with literally everything you could possibly need and in great condition. Place was sparkling clean and nicely decorated. And robes provided in the wardrobe - who could ask for anything more? We will be back for sure.

I enjoyed staying in this bright, cozy studio space. Check in was a breeze, the space was well appointed. I never had to reach out to the host for anything. If you want to be in the city, the location is perfect and quite lovely. I especially enjoyed the short walk to City Creek and Memory Grove Park. This is definitely my place of choice when visiting Salt Lake City!

Tyler and Vanessa were Awesome! They were proactive with everything and they're great communicators. Anything that I needed or had questions about, even before my trip started, they responded almost immediately. Their home is Beautiful and well worth it! Me and my kids are so grateful that they shared their home with us! We would definitely stay with them again! 😊

We enjoyed our visit at Michelle’s home. It was just as described. There was plenty of space for our family and it was nice having a kitchen that included all the essentials. It was great to know Michelle was available if we ever needed anything.

Henri did a great conversion of the garage into a very comfortable studio with 2 beds downstairs and an office loft with a sofa. He also added a blackout curtain around the bedroom area for total darkness and it really dampens the sounds as well, but the place is very quiet, no road noises, only birds chirping. Plenty of room and everything you will need for a comfortable stay is provided. He has really thought of everything. This place is in an excellent location and a very good value.

Lori’s place was just what we needed for a one night stay. It was conveniently located, comfortable, and very clean. We had an infant with us and she even set up the pac-n-play for us! Would stay again

We always enjoy staying at Nick's Airbnb while in Draper visiting family. They are wonderful hosts and available to answer any questions. Check in is easy and the airbnb is clean and well equipped. The airbnb is in a quiet neighborhood but, also, close to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. We, also, enjoyed the fresh eggs from their own chickens that they left for us. I would highly recommend staying at this Airbnb. You will love it.

Very helpful hosts very friendly and did not even notice they were right upstairs. Everything was very tidy and they exceeded expections I had about the cleanliness of linens!! Very welcoming and comfortable! Thanks so much! Would I stay again ? absolutely!!!!! Highly recommended!

Savannah’s guesthouse is beautifully and thoughtfully designed and furnished. The space was constructed with high-end finishes and an obvious attention to every detail. Everything is new and spotless. It is spacious and has a fully-equipped kitchen, an elegantly decorated bathroom, and a comfortable bed. I stayed for only one night while passing through, so I was not able to explore the area, but the neighborhood seemed very nice. Savannah is a very attentive and gracious host. I would happily stay at the guesthouse again.

The place was very welcoming and had AMAZING views of the mountains!! Everything was great, my boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay here. Would highly recommend to anyone, especially for the fair price! There is also a hiking trail near by called Wildflower Trail that I would also recommend you go to!
