Boasting a pocket-sprung double bed with luxurious pillows and kingsize duvet, en-suite toilet and rainshower, 40" Smart TV and WiFi, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, hairdryer, and other amenities you'd expect from a hotel. Situated in a sunny corner you have exclusive use of a private walled garden/patio area with table and chairs. Up to four guests can accommodated when booked with other listing.

Our Shepherds Hut is situated in the farm garden. Area of outstanding natural beautyThe Devils Punchbowl walking country miles of footpaths ,village pub. The Hut is totally self-contained and suitable for one or two people. It has a wood-burning stove, shower, toilet, hand basin, butler sink, double bed, table, chairs inside & out, plenty of storage space,, far-reaching views, parking. Only 1-hour drive from London. If you fancy country living at its best, this is the place. Dogs very welcome!

Independent living in the Surrey Hills

An independent Annex accessed from a courtyard with parking. 3 rooms comprise of a double bedroom, fitted kitchen/dining area (inc cooker, fridge, microwave) shower room with wc. Heated throughout WIFI, SMART TV, patio area and garden views For singles a couple and infant under 2 The kitchen includes a cafeteria and coffee, breakfast starter essentials - bread, butter, tea, milk, fruit juice, marmalade and cereal. Let us know in advance if you have a problem with these relating to allergies

Large guest house

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

The Old Stable

We have converted the old stable into a guest accommodation and can offer a compact and modern living space right in the heart of Dunsfold. No street lamps, one pub and the village shop just about sum up the ambience. It's a beautiful springboard for country walks and our cosy and separate studio will provide a comfortable and well appointed base. Whilst some reviews suggest that the stable is small, and that's something we can't deny, everyone also adds that it is perfectly formed!

Little Willow - town centre gem with parking

Little Willow is set in our walled garden and is a self contained annex to our home. It was completed in October 2020. It has a bedroom/sitting room with a king size bed, sofa, table and two chairs and a smart tv. There is also a kitchenette with kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, microwave, hob and fridge. The modern bathroom has a large walk in shower and heated towel rail. Travel cot and occasional bed available on request at an additional charge.

One Bed Country Hideaway in AONB

Because of the Coronavirus outbreak, in addition to our normal high standard of CLEANING, we DISINFECT the Annex after every stay. We also provide cleaning supplies for guests use. Lovely self contained 1 bedroomed annex with own entrance and small outside space with table and chair. Welcome pack. Semi-rural location in AONB within easy access to public transport restaurants and towns by car. Not suitable for on road cycling. A car is essential.

Adorable studio with free on premise parking

Self contained studio room with loft double bed, kitchen (including oven, hob, microwave and fridge) and shower room. Quiet location, 5 minutes walk to station, 5 minute walk to central Godalming. If required, the room can be configured with a table rather than the standard extended seating, see photos. Please message after booking if the table configuration is required. Pets usually allowed upon request.

Beautiful Barn nr Haslemere in a gorgeous setting

Half a mile up a track in the Surrey Hills, next to the Serpent Trail and a couple of 100 metres from the South Downs National Park, we feel like we are in the middle of nowhere, yet we can walk to the centre of Haslemere in 30 minutes.
