Apartment holiday rentals in Sandhausen

We enjoyed our 4 week stay at the beautiful apartment. Stephan and Irina were super hosts. They took great care of all our needs. The apartment is located in a quiet area, a five minute walk to restaurants, cafes and bakeries in Leimen as well as to public transportation to Heidelberg. Parking was always available in front of the property. We would definately stay there again.

I would say it's the most enjoyable and efficient AirBnb experience I've had so far. Absolutely peaceful and quiet neighborhood. This allowed me to focus comfortably on my doctoral research. Eduard had even thought of the finest details and there was nothing missing in the house. It literally created the perfect living space for the guest. Although the area is outside the city, the bus transportation is very practical and comfortable. I recommend to all with peace of mind. I will definitely choose Eduard's house for my future arrival!

Ute offers a beautiful, quietly located apartment where everything fits. From uncomplicated check-in, to quick and friendly communication to tips for excursions, everything was thought of. Highly recommend and I would love to book again and again.

The place corresponds very exactly to the pictures and description, you have free parking spaces in front of the door and a very nice terrace. The equipment with kitchen utensils and towels/bed linen etc. is also more than sufficient. Since we were invited for a formal occasion, we also enjoyed the equipment with ironing board and iron. We had to arrive a little later and this was also very flexible. It is best to clarify the arrival time a little further in advance, with us the communication was a little too spontaneous, so we were in front of the locked door, but Valentina was very accommodating and was with us within 15 minutes, which is really not self-evident. We were really satisfied! You just have to realize that you've needed to get to the old town for a while by tram and bus or on an Uber/taxi on weekends, but that's all you can plan for.

We had a great stay at Karin's place. It was calm, relaxing and clean. It matches the description truly.

The apartment is clean, functional and attractively furnished. In addition to a dining table, there is also a table that can be used excellently as a work table. Other parts of the city are easily accessible by public transport. I needed the apartment for a business trip and will ask Ludger again on the next trip to Heidelberg. So far the best AirBnB accommodation I had booked in Heidelberg! The value for money is right and you have everything in the immediate vicinity (shopping center, S-Bahn station, bakery, restaurants, etc.).

Very nice, new, modern apartment on the upper floor of an apartment building. It was all very clean and the neighbors quiet. The location of the apartment is perfect for excursions to Sinsheim, Heidelberg and Speyer. The landlord is easily accessible if you have any questions. We will be happy to come back.

I felt very comfortable and was personally welcomed by the hosts Manu and Stefan (and one of the two sweet dogs). You have everything you need there, the view is a dream and the room is furnished in high quality. Even I, as a non-technical genius, got along super well with all the technical details :) I recommend a sleep mask for those who don't want to be woken up by the sun in the summer and want to sleep in, but for me that was the best thing :) In advance, you got great tips for restaurants and also on request an address for renting ebikes. I felt very comfortable and can only recommend it :)

All communication with Christoph was perfect from the beginning, he responded to questions in the shortest possible time. Check-in and check-out were completely uncomplicated due to the good description in advance. The modern furnished apartment corresponds to the description, has WiFi and leaves nothing to be desired in terms of equipment and cleanliness. The location is ideal for excursions to, for example, Heidelberg, Speyer or the Technikmuseum Sinsheim. My wife and I felt very comfortable in the apartment and would love to come back.

Well situated in Heidelberg Old Town. everything was walkable to. To go further afield the public transport, trains, buses and trams, were easy to access. Old Heidelberg was well worth a visit with easy access to the Schloss via the funicular. The apartment was private and only a stone's throw to the marktplatz. There was no onsite carpark, but the chargeable, secure carpark was only five minutes walk away and we always found a place to park even when it was busy. We had a great time and would use the apartment again.

Super nice accommodation with modern bathroom and kitchen. You can hear the children, but from 9 pm everything is quiet. The apartment is a bit cold, but the underfloor heating makes it work. Very clean and beautifully furnished, clear recommendation.

The stay at Nia's was very relaxing. We were even able to spontaneously enter the accommodation earlier. Everything was available for children, even toys and space for two strollers. Nia was always available, responded quickly to questions in advance and was also easy to talk to on site. Thank you for the relaxing days. We will be happy to come back!

Good proximity to Heidelberg

Hi Ulrike, we felt very comfortable in your apartment. Everything travelers could wish for was available, even various fans with cooling function! Thank you for letting us use the beautiful garden terrace. And we were very pleased with the well-stocked refrigerator and the fresh eggs. It also helped us a lot that we were able to leave later than planned. We were very happy with everything. There was only one small drawback for us. For two very large people like us, the bed was a little too small.

This apartment was amazing. The bed’s were very comfortable, the place was clean, and the instructions on check-in were very clear and well communicated. Would love to stay again sometime.

Isabel is an excellent host and very committed to making her guests happy. We had a super relaxing and private weekend. The location is excellent. You can be in the city in a few meters with many restaurants and also quickly in the countryside. We also got a city map. The accommodation was also in a great location for our dogs and they were able to move freely inside and outside, as the outdoor area is fenced and a little visible. There was even a free snack for our little ones on the departure day. The little ones were very happy. Great recommendation for dog owners. As a welcome, there was even a bottle of sparkling wine with fruit and everything was available, even toothbrushes, games, coffee and much more. In the morning, Isabel also provided us with rolls including spread. Thank you very much for a relaxing and relaxing weekend.

The stay at Tugba was great. Despite the attic apartment, it was not hot. The balcony terrace invites you to enjoy a wonderful view over the rooftops. Tugba was always available for questions. Very happy to come back.

The place was very nice, the garden was wonderful, with a swing, trampoline, slide, sandbox and yakuzi! Perfect for those who, like us, have a dog and a child. In fact, even inside the property, various games and bookshelves are available for the little ones. We had a great rest because the area is very quiet. Absolutely recommended 👌

Ilona responded very quickly to my request and the written contact was very warm. This was confirmed in personal contact, which made me feel comfortable from the start. The accommodation is in a quiet residential area, but you can reach the train station in a very short time, where there are also good shopping facilities for groceries. The apartment is very clean and you can really feel at home here. In particular, the small details (information brochures about the area, decoration, etc.) make the stay something special. I felt very comfortable here and would love to come back!

Dorothee was wonderful and her place was a delight to stay in. I had issues on the road and arrived late. She was more than accommodating and even helped me with dinner when she realized I wouldn't get any due to the late hour. I heavily enjoyed my time here in this peaceful residence. I only wish I stayed here longer. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We were there over the weekend and we loved the place. It was very clean and well appointed. Sabrina and her husband are very friendly and helpful.
