Im Spitzboden über eine ausziehbare Leiter zugänglich, befindet sich ein Doppelbett.

Single nights on request. Shopping, pharmacy, gastronomy and bakery are within walking distance (about 10 minutes). The nearest train station is 7 km away.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a toaster, microwave, kettle, coffee pod machine, dishwasher and oven. In the living area you will find a TV, a selection of games and a Nintendo Switch. Outdoor seating is available. Pets are welcome – your four-legged friend is welcome here.

Your accommodation is located approx. 5 minutes' walk from Leopoldina Hospital and approx. 20 minutes walk to downtown. In the immediate vicinity there is a bakery, a butcher, a deli and a pharmacy. The nearby wildlife park invites you to take leisurely walks.

The apartment is in a quiet location near the city center (walking distance: 10 minutes). The apartment is closed and has a separate entrance. You have the option to prepare small meals, coffee or tea in the single kitchen. The outdoor seating is welcome to be used, as well as a grill is available (please ask), lawn use is not a problem.

The vacation rental is located on a typical Franconian three-sided farm, which used to house a farm and carpentry and is still lovingly renovated by us with old materials and a lot of clay plaster. My husband, our dog and I live in the main house.
