absolutely gorgeous home! right on the beach! hosts we're amazing my only complaint was that the pool was closed and I was unaware of that ..due to construction...so I understand.. however with a younger child the pool was something we were looking forward to....would have been nice to know... but the home was beautiful and a time was had! thank you for a great stay- can't wait to do it again!

My daughter and I stayed here for a couple night while we were in town. Great place for the price with easy access to the beach. Would stay here again.

Had a great time staying here! We can for a long weekend and Lara was super helpful to accolade us for showing up early and wanting to get our beach vacation started! The until was so cute and perfect for 2 people. The beach is literally steps from your door. Made it easy to go back and forth if we forgot something inside or if we needed to take a couple trips to get all of our beach gear set up. There wasn’t a ton to do near on treasure island so we took a quick 20 minute uber into St. Pete’s which has so much to do, great restaurants, and awesome night life!

My family and I had such an amazing time staying at Lina's place! The apartment is even more beautiful than the picture suggest. It was absolutely spotless and we had such a nice time hanging in the pool as well as sitting out back and watching the boats go by. The beach is a quick 5 minute walk away as well as several other dining spots. Would love to come back again soon!

We had a great time staying here. I caught myself saying that every time I’m in town, I’d try to stay here. Waking up and sitting by the dock with some coffee was pretty great. The guys working the office and the water sports were very nice also. Definitely recommend staying here for small groups!

Fabulous location — 30 seconds from the beach and Indian Rocks is such a fun, quaint beach town with great restaurants, bars, live music, and more! Our favorites were Cafe De Paris for coffee and pastries, TJ’s Italian for dinner, Coco’s for live music, and Maggie Mae’s (about a 7 minute drive) for brunch. We didn’t have great luck with the trolley so we just walked and Uber’d. Highly recommend this for a weekend getaway or laid back vacation. For us, it was a fabulous baby moon!

This home was very clean and in a great quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed all the beach theme throughout the house. Kitchen was equipped with anything you would need to prepare meals and there are plenty of places to sit to relax. Back yard had a nice area to sit by the water to visit or read. There were plenty of linens available. Also beach chairs should you venture to the Gulf/ which is only 15 minutes to a beach access. Nice to have a washer and dryer to use. Communication with owners was easy and responses were fast. Would definitely recommend this rental.

We booked last minute as it was a last minute family trip and I have to say we all are glad we chose Denay’s place. The space was perfect for our family. The backyard was safe for the kids to play in. Since we rented the entire place (both units) we didn’t have to worry about bothering anyone when the kids were outside. It’s right next to Pinellas Trail so it was nice to be able to walk to the restaurants and have the kids used their scooters on the way there and back. Would definitely recommend!

The house was in a great location! Nice quiet neighborhood! We made so many wonderful memories! The pool and all the detail to decorating was perfect. We will def be back!!!

The place felt like home! Very peaceful and the views were breathtaking. We will be back next summer for a longer stay!

This home was had a large living space and nestled in a secluded area - nice and private. There was an issue with the hot tub and the owners responded within the same day and had it fixed early the next day. Would recommend. Thanks! Paul

Nancy was very responsive. I was coming in late, well after the check-in time, communicated with Nancy and everything went well. The space was as described and was clean. There were notes through the space which were super helpful. Nancy provided clear and easy to follow instructions for every aspect of the stay. Would definitely recommend a stay there and will consider staying again if I am in the area.

Very clean and comfortable bungalow with a stellar backyard area with lots of seating and places to lounge. Multiple tvs and a very fun game room, and three spacious bedrooms. Located in a great area with just two miles to Publix and other retail locations. The kitchen was fully stocked - could use a little love, as the silverware and cutlery were well used - and clean. The hosts are truly the hidden asset of this unit. Upon arrival, we learned that the previous tenant had broke the coffee pot. We asked Lorena about this on arrival and had a new coffee pot delivered in 90 minutes! Never had faster responses to any requests, and it was all positive. Very impressed and would stay again.

Yan's property was very clean, warm and welcoming. Bed was comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. checking in was good, and they were readily available. the location can't be beat, with nature park and beaches close by.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this condo! Worth every penny paid. We had 4 adults and a 9 month old. It was so spacious, and was perfectly set up to have a family. Especially nice with all the kiddo amenities like pack and play, high chair, etc. The hosts always responded immediately, the place was spotless, great walkable location. We will be back to this condo no doubt!

Perfect! Beautiful condo, fully equipped with everything you could possibly require. 5 minute walk to the stunning Clearwater Beach. Great hosts, going over and above with what they provided: Beach Towels, Beach Chairs/Parasol. Would love to return some day. Would highly recommend to anybody.

Excellent location for beach which was much less crowded than up around Pier 60. Within walking distance of restaurants shopping, pier60 and marina.The most beautiful sunsets can be viewed right from your balcony. Lovely pool. Comfy beds. Lots of beach items to use buckets shovels umbrella and chairs. Any questions or concerns we had for Peter were responded too quickly. 🐚🌝☀️

It was a great stay with plenty of space and easy access to the beach. Just what we anticipated.

We love the location. Very walkable to the beach and local restaurants. Host is always very responsive. We have stayed here twice and will likely stay again.

We had a wonderful time staying at Esteban's place. The condo was so clean and had everything we could have needed. The location is perfect...steps to the beach and also within walking distance of several restaurants and small shops. The only possible negatives I could say is that we did hear quite a bit of noise from people in the unit above us and outside the first morning and night. After that, it was fine. Also, the beds weren't super comfortable, but we were able to sleep in them just fine. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Rosana was an excellent host- very responsive, kind, and accommodating. Fun location on the bay with a great view, pool with towel service, and bar/grill with great burgers. Fire pit on the little beach at night with great view of sunset. The unit is in a quiet location within the complex with a view of the beach and bay. The trade-off is that the unit is a bit far from the elevator (though close to stairs). Great experience overall.
