The front of the unit looks out to the boat ramp reserve with large trees and some filtered views of St Georges Basin. The boat ramp, jetty and fish cleaning table are just across the road, this area also includes public toilets and childrens playground. Just down the road you will find a cafe/ shop and further from there is Palm Beach which is great for the kids, fishing, kayaking etc. It is a great place to relax and unwind and only 10 minute drive to Hyams Beach. This newly renovated, private downstairs unit is located in the quiet neighbourhood of Sanctuary Point. The property backs onto a native bush reserve with numerous walking tracks to see the many kangaroos , abundance of bird life and Cockrow Creek. The property is ideally located just a short 10 minute drive from Booderee National Park, the famous Jervis Bay beaches and a further 5 minutes will take you to the many cafes and restaurants in Huskisson. The property is well fenced and dog friendly.

We are "up the hill" online sometimes updates location which is out of our hands. We are not "on" or "right by" any of our beautiful local beaches in Jervis Bay.

Gorgeous, cosy and peaceful apartment very close to a beautiful walking track on the water! Daniel was also very responsive and allowed us to have a late checkout which was really appreciated. The front garden and veranda were brightly sunlit and relaxing to hang out in. I highly recommend!

We loved our bnb stay. We are regulars in jervis bay but it’s the first time we’ve had to stay not at friends places. This house was central for our needs and even better. 2 blocks from the bay, one block from the local shops and RSL and a great bike track and play ground for kids. The house was very neat and comfortable, the amenities and extras were a lovely extra since it rained everyday while we were there. The house was very homely and with a huge back yard, it was great for our little ones to run around. Our next stat will be booked at the home again, if they’ll have us
