Beach house holiday rentals in San Vito Lo Capo

Fantastic location for the beach and within a short drive to a wide range of restaurants. Rosanna was accessible and very responsive!

The accommodation is part of a beautiful house with a garden. They separated a part, but with independent access and clearly delimited areas. At dawn, only the blackbirds, turtle doves and wood pigeons can be heard. Breakfast in the garden is very pleasant. Cool rooms with very high ceilings. Excellent door and window closures. Kitchen with everything you'll need. It is easily parked at the gate. We felt right at home. Beach five or ten minutes away. Bus stop five minutes away. Many thanks to Giada and her kind father.

Beautiful home with the most beautiful view of water, beach and mountains. Very nice apartment that was exactly as described. Our host was very helpful and always quick to respond. Great recommendation from here.

We had a lovely stay. The accommodation is very close to the beach. Everything was as stated. The communication was great, Vita was very flexible on arrival and also at checkout. We recommend the place.

The house is perfect for enjoying Mondello beach, comfortable and complete with everything, including parking. Benedetto is an exceptional host, he also welcomed us with some very welcome surprises and allowed us flexible hours. Highly recommended :-)

We had a great stay! The house is located in a super nice area, we slept well and enjoyed the cozy fireplace in the evenings. The salt water was just not so comfortable and didn't really give a clean feeling to shower with. Furthermore, everything was to your liking and we would definitely recommend staying here!

One of the most gorgeous panoramic views of the ocean I have ever seen! Ferdinando’s place was clean and had everything we needed. It was a cozy and comfortable place to relax in while enjoying the views. The private beach was also very beautiful and easily accessible! The location is also situated minutes away from Scopello Village and Zingaro, so there is plenty to do in the area. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. They greet you upon arriving and walk you through everything you need to know about the amenities in the house. This was a dream stay, I highly recommend this place!

The garden was a peaceful oasis and the garden house is beautiful. Vivi and her husband were very friendly and flexible when our arrival was delayed. She had even bought us some supplies for breakfast and cooking so we didn't have to shop immediately. The house is easy walking distance to several kite/windsurfing schools. Shops and restaurants are a short drive. The kitchen is small but very well supplied.

We were a family of seven, grandparents, parents, three very active boys (ages 6-12). The owner and his wife were gracious hosts, greeting us with Easter time treats. The house and gardens are even more impressive than the description. Our beds were comfortable. The kitchens were well-equipped. We had a mishap and the host generously helped to solve it. You must have a car. The host can recommend excellent beaches and fun things to do We would love to return.

Roberto is a great host, he is very caring and supported us super with all questions. We always felt very comfortable. The house is in a fantastic location, with great views of the sea on every level. The highlight is the private access to the sea. The pool offers everything you need for a great vacation. Parking spaces are available on the property. We had a VW bus, a motorcycle and a small rental car with us. (and mountain bikes) The proximity to the airport was very convenient for us because we were there with the whole family and our children arrived at different times. A private car is necessary to be mobile. For us it was perfect because we needed about 50 minutes to the climbing paradise San Vito del Capo and could also go to Palermo. The distance to the most beautiful places in West Sicily can be reached in <1 hour. The residential area is very quiet and well maintained and we always felt safe. Thanks to Roberto

The place is an exceptionally good hit. Quiet, peaceful, clean and safe. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of space, great porch, comfortable large bedroom, air conditioners everywhere, large bathroom. The second bedroom is a compromise because of the lack of a window and therefore air, but we were a couple and we did not use it. Great location just 10 minutes drive from beautiful beaches and good restaurants. The pool is great with an amazing view. The parking lot is large and is an absolute convenience. The best service from Danilo, who took care of us in a perfect way with advice, delivered us coffee and breakfast in the morning and was always smiling and available. I 100% recommend this place!

We had a beautiful, amazing stay! We started off our trip in Catania area and finished it here. It’s only a couple min ride from the airport which was great for us since we flew out of Palermo. The home looked just like the photos. In fact, the yard/pool even looked bigger in real life. We couldn’t use the pool because it rained a bit during our stay, but it was super clean/we still had a blast and enjoyed sitting outside when it stopped raining. We traveled with 4 young children and they absolutely loved the play area on the lawn. That was such a nice added bonus. Home was spotless and had enough space to fit our group of 12. PLENTY of extra blankets and linen. Each room had AC which was nice too. Host was very responsive and great at communicating! We didn’t have any issues finding the home and we were greeted upon arrival with some yummy pies and snacks. So grateful we found this gem.

We had a lovely stay here. Ninni the owner was very responsive and friendly and the Villa is really comfortable with everything we needed. It is just a few minutes walk down to the beach so we are able to swim everyday before breakfast- bliss! There are a couple of supermarkets 5 minutes drive away and Scopello village with plenty of restaurants is 5 minutes drive.

We felt very comfortable right away. The apartment is nice, clean, has everything you need. The view from the terrace was a dream. Good base for exploring the area by car. Many thanks to Patrizia and her super loving mom and the little gift! :)

My parents were guests at Angelo's. The house is located in a very quiet street, very characteristic where cars do not pass and very close to the center of San Vito. The house was clean and had everything you need to have a wonderful holiday. Angelo was very kind and despite not being present, he provided all the useful information and has always been honest about the situation, always remaining available in case of need. It was like being at a friend's house. Kindness and cordiality. Very clean house and equipped with everything... and when I say everything I mean everything!! A pleasant gift from the fridge at home: a fine local wine. Very comfortable parking space inside the courtyard. Sveva is a super guest!

Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was fantastic. The outdoor space is lovely. Short walk to the beach area where you will find lovely shops and great restaurants. Wonderful way to spend our last few days in Sicily. Angelo is a wonderful host.

The stay was beautiful, very peaceful and the house was really big with lots of balconies and space! The rooftop was amazing. Laura was also so extremely helpful. We had a bit trouble with getting around since the taxis doesn’t want to drive inside Carini, just to take us outside the city. So Laura helped us getting a local taxi driver who was incredible too. The surroundings are beautiful, not that many restaurants and hard to find a grocery store nearby, but the ones that exist have really nice and friendly staff. The place is really close to the ocean, easy to take a nice walk. We were really happy with our stay, the house was perfect.

Spotlessly clean, well equipped apartment on the edge of town, short distance on foot to the centre and beach. Quiet location. The bedrooms and shower room are on the small side but perfectly fine. We loved the roof terrace with sunshine and views, though there are spiral steps to it that some might find difficult. Giovanni was so helpful, providing us with video directions as we arrived late. All in all a great stay in a good value apartment with a helpful host. San Vito Lo Capo is an unremarkable, busy, touristy place, nice beach but full of sunbeds, not exactly peaceful and we thought the restaurants were a bit overpriced. The surrounding area is very beautiful with a nature reserve and lots of walks so a reasonable base for a few days. We also used the local tennis court at the sea front.
