Location is good, near Clark and Friendship hiway where a lot of restaurants are located. The place is clean and bery near the gate. The pool is dirty though, I gues because there's a lot of construction going on and it's a community pool. Overall we had a great stay. Thank you!

The place was very clean and relaxing because the whole place had airconditioning. I recommend everyone to try and stay at Grayhouse Inn. The owner is very accomodating and will make your stay very easy.

Aya’s place looks exactly like the photos—what you see is what you get. Our family had a great time! The space is so big that everyone found their own cozy spot to relax and unwind. The AC is cold, check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the people on-site were kind and courteous, which made our stay even more comfortable. Aya was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and setting clear expectations about potential downsides like flies and occasional brownouts. But none of that stopped us from enjoying our stay. Everything we needed was provided, and she was even kind enough to set up the room just the way we liked. Overall, we had a blast—her place is definitely one of our favorite summer getaways!

Anei's place is situated in a safe gated subdivision. It was easy to find thru waze. The location is near downtown Angeles, near Clark, and also near San Fernando so everything is within easy reach. All in all it was a good place to stay. The price is reasonable and the host responds quickly. She even gave us complimentary cheese bread from the famous local bakeshop. It was delicious. Thank you!

We had a good stay overall. The host was very responsive and accommodating throughout our booking and stay. The unit is inside a quiet subdivision, but we did get a bit lost at first. It would be helpful if self check-in instructions were provided ahead of time—we had to wait outside for a while since we weren’t informed beforehand. The house was spotlessly clean and had complete kitchen wares. We also appreciated the mini pantry with food and drinks available for grab—very convenient since we could just pay via GCash or cash. The bed was spacious and comfortable, and the internet was fast, which we loved. Just a few suggestions: it would be great to have towels, hand towels or a table cloth, a drying rack for the dishes and a water heater. The only bathroom is downstairs, which was a bit of a challenge especially at night. Also, the parking area is quite small. Despite those small concerns, we enjoyed our stay and would consider booking again. Thank you!

Love the honesty store! Really helped out when we didn’t feel like going out but wanted sodas and snacks. It’s a great place for long term stay that is cozy and chill. I appreciate the aesthetics of the place and the access to streaming services. It’s defo one of the nicest designs in the subdivision. Devine was very accommodating too! Just to set your expectations if you have a car, parking is a hassle for everyone in that neighborhood. Devine’s place is conveniently located near the basketball court where there’s more parking space but when it’s rainy, that’s another thing to deal with. No problem if you have a motorcycle though. Will definitely stay here again!

The place was just like the photos, which we really appreciated. It’s in a convenient location—close to the town and right near an Alfamart, so grabbing essentials was easy. The person who assisted us was friendly and helpful, and finding the house wasn’t too difficult. That said, the cleanliness could’ve been better. The bathroom floors were a bit dirty, also the floors in the living room and stairs and the beds had some dust and dirt on them. It didn’t ruin our stay, but it’s something that could be improved. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and would still recommend it, especially for the location and convenience.

The utensils were also top-tier — clean, and well-maintained, which made cooking and dining feel a little more special. Just a small suggestion: it would be great if they could add a bedside lamp or some soft lighting aside from the main light in the other bedroom for better convenience at night. Also, it would be helpful to mention in the listing that the main gate closes at 9 PM, as guests will need to take an alternate route to access the property after that time. It’s a minor thing, but good to know ahead of time. Parking was easy and secure – one car can fit in the driveway and there's space for another one on the street. No issues at all with safety in the area. Overall, a beautiful and peaceful place to stay. Highly recommended!

Next time my family goes on vacation to Philippines,still look if the this place is available to stay in. I highly recommend this Airbnb. Minor thing is mosquitoes and crawling insects get in to the room due to a gap in between doors and short curtain’s,so we have to used our luggage bag to blocked the bottom of the glass door. For sure that can be done in the future. The rest perfect. Thank you

Norma’s Staycation was a fantastic choice for our family trip! The location is super convenient—close to SM City Clark and Marquee Mall, and a great home base for exploring Clark’s top spots like Aqua Planet and Dinosaurs Island. The neighborhood felt safe and lively (we even saw some friendly basketball games on the street court), but inside, the place was quiet and peaceful. The property itself was spotless and well-kept, thanks to the caretaker, Relly, who was always helpful when we needed anything. Foodies, don’t miss ABE Buffet Plus nearby, or try Binulo Restaurant for some local flavors! Highly recommend this cozy and well-located stay.

We had an amazing experience at this resort. The place was clean, beautiful, and exactly as described in the listing. The surroundings were peaceful as it is in a private subdivision. The location was great as well — just a fee kilometers from San Fernando Exit. What really made the stay special was the host — Ms. Faye was kind, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. She happily accomodated our requests for additional blankets and late check out until 1pm. Perfect for small family gatherings.

The host and his assistant, Kath, are excellent, responsive, and great hosts. We enjoyed the place, and my favorite part of the house is the open kitchen in the backyard. Our stay was pleasant, but keeping up with the daily electricity consumption was a little stressful. Jason was excellent in giving some suggestions about conserving electricity. Thump up!

My main issue of the overall condition of Unit and of Kandi Condos. Near the end of stay there were issues with the AC and the Roof leaking in two areas. Jay responded quickly and the AC issue was resolved but the unit is definitely showing its age and so was the gym on the roof. Most if the equipment was quite old

The place was very clean, also the pool. The house is very spacious and included everything we needed for our stay. It’s centrally located for quick access to the expressway or Clark.

What a fantastic Airbnb! We spent 4 nights here and had a truly great time. The space was impeccably clean, we felt completely safe, and the neighborhood was lovely. Our stay was seamless, and we wholeheartedly recommend this place. We're already looking forward to booking with the Doramas family again on our next trip to Clark! Thank you!!

Our stay was nice and pleasant, but some improvements could enhance the overall experience. The mattresses in both rooms were low quality and flattened quickly, making them uncomfortable even after a short time. The cooling system wasn’t effective due to the ranch-style sliding doors, which had gaps that let cool air escape, making it hard to maintain a comfortable temperature. The bidet setup was inconvenient, as it required turning on the faucet to use it—having a separate water line would be more user-friendly. Lastly, the shower head sprayed water in multiple directions, which could be improved for a better experience. With a few upgrades, this place has great potential.
