Our stay at Hai Ya was truly special. Khun Ae and Tony were responsive and helpful, and Mr. Lhur went above and beyond—attentive, kind, and full of humor that made us feel right at home. His cooking class was a highlight: we made five Thai and Northern Thai dishes with great techniques and cultural insight (definitely recommended). The home is spotless, peaceful, and full of Chiang Mai charm—thoughtfully decorated, cozy, and welcoming. The kitchen reflects the local culture and made the class even more enjoyable. Breakfasts were fresh, delicious, and tailored to us each morning. They also offer affordable laundry service, which was so convenient. Mr. Lhur and his team were respectful and attentive, always making sure we had what we needed. We loved their local recommendations too—they helped us explore Chiang Mai beyond the tourist spots. This place is full of heart, culture, and care. Highly recommended—thank you for a truly unforgettable stay!

Stayed at Hong's place for 5 nights, super super responsive host that also gave us some great local food recommendations :) A little more mosquitoes this time round bcos of the rainy season, but it wasn't an issue if you stay indoors! Plus the airbnb was well equipped with all kinda of mosquito repellent/swatter/spray etc :")) A great location to stay at, easy to get around with the Bolt/Grab app! Absolutely one of the best stays I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home – like part of a Thai family. The hosts were incredibly kind, thoughtful, and welcoming. The communication was fast, easy, and always warm. The owner would even stop by with fresh fruit or little surprises, making every day feel special. I left not just as a guest, but as a friend – and I would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you for creating such a beautiful, heartfelt place.

Fon's place is located in the old city, making it easy to explore the Saturday and Sunday markets. Restaurants, bars, and convenience stores like 7-Eleven are just a short 5–10-minute walk away. We absolutely loved the beautifully decorated yard, designed in an elegant Lanna style. All the instructions were clear, and Fon was incredibly friendly and responsive.

Lieu encore plus beau que sur les photos. Le personnel est accueillant et sympathique. Je recommande fortement le petit déjeuner (payant) qui est vraiment excellent tout comme le pad thaï servi au restaurant ! Nous avons eu le droit à des serviettes en plus. C’est un détail mais ce sont des petites choses qui rendent un séjour encore plus agréable. Un très léger bémol (dont nous avions connaissance avant la réservation), le lieu est légèrement excentré. Nous avons loué un scooter que l’on a pu laisser sur le parking du lieu.

Our stay at Luna and Lulu's forest house was an absolute dream!​​ 🌿 We spent a rejuvenating week in this charming two-story home surrounded by lush greenery and blooming flowers. The interior’s cozy, artistic touches made us feel like we were living in a fairy-tale cabin nestled in the woods. Luna and Lulu’s thoughtfulness shone through every detail—from the well-stocked bathroom essentials to the yoga mats that added to our relaxation. Our favorite moments were sipping tea in the tranquil garden and unwinding in the sunroom, where we listened to music while watching squirrels play among the trees through the windows. This oasis perfectly captured the serene spirit of Chiang Mai. We left feeling refreshed and already longing to return!

This home is FANTASTIC my partner and I had such a luxurious stay and the amazing chance to stay with a cat!! It is so clean and spacious with loads to do around.

this booking was true and accurate to the descriptions and photos provided on airbnb. with 7/11 across the road and a main shopping centre less than 5 mins walk it was perfect for our stay. The hosts for this condo were exceptional, I had only one issue in the nine days and It was responded to and addressed within 5 mins. Thankyou and I will be sure to inquire about staying here again when visiting Chiang Mai

The condo of Paul's apartment was super beautiful! Lush, and green, with a nice pool. There is a 7/11 right across the street, and a mall right behind the condo with everything you need. Its also SUPER quiet. The downside is that the surrounding area isn't super walkable (as it's just off of a highway). Luckily, it's super easy to get a cheap Grab to wherever you need. The apartment itself is simple, but nice and comfortable. My one complaint (as someone who cooks a lot at home) is that the hot plate is a bit temperamental, and the pot and wok could use replacing. It's a lot easier to just order in, and enjoy the amazing local food. Paul was also a great host, and was always quick to reply. Would definitely recommend!

This was my first time renting a condo through Airbnb, and it was a wonderful experience. The condo looked exactly like the pictures and was beautifully located within a lovely compound. We truly enjoyed our stay. During our time there, the toilet water spray suddenly stopped working, but after I informed Maam, she responded promptly and fixed the issue right away. From day one, she was very responsive and helpful. We stayed for 28 nights, and it truly felt like home. Maam also gave great recommendations for local attractions, which made our visit even better. The condo was very clean, and I especially loved the kitchen and the comfortable bed. The price was reasonable considering all the amenities provided. I highly recommend Maam’s condo if you’re planning to stay in Chiang Mai. It's in a convenient location—close to BIG C, Makro, and Central. Getting around the city was easy, and Bolt rides were even cheaper than in Bangkok. Thank you again, Maam!

아이 한명 있는 세명가족이 10일 있었어요 한명은 거실에 있는 소파베드에서 잤습니다. 소파베드에 깔려있는 토퍼가 조금 꺼져있는데 자기에 크게 불편하진 않아요 186인 제가 소파베드에서 지냈습니다. 센페입구까지 가깝긴 하지만 센페에 있는 마트까지는 좀 걸어가야 하긴해요. 작은개미가 몇마리 있었는데 어쩔 수 없는부분이라 생각합니다. 건물 구조상 방음에 취약할 수 밖에 없습니다 수영장은 최고입니다 해수를 사용하는지 짜요. 1월 기준 한낮(12:00) 지나서 다섯시 여섯시 정도 까지는 물이 햇빛에 데워져서 수영 가능 합니다. 이른아침, 밤에는 긴시간 할 수 없습니다. 저는 지내면서 호스트분과 따로 연락할 일이 없었습니다. 아주 만족하면 지내다 갑니다. 맘같아서는 혼자서 한번 더 오고 싶네요. 아 그리고 E507은 창문 앞이 공사장 뷰 입니다. 아침부터 공사를 시작해서 좀 시끄럽긴 합니다. 정말 잘 지내고 갑니다 benmo 고마워요

地理位置非常优越，可以步行到塔佩门和周日夜市，这次出门忘记带纸质书了，这里竟然有一书架的书本耶，愉快地阅读完了Super normal。 喜欢房屋布局，小书房临近芒果树，适合工作，也很适合创作。每个空间都维护得很好，看得出来房主很爱惜这个房子。推荐

This was a last minute stay for me, and I have absolutely no regrets. Not only was the location perfect, and beautiful on the inside but the hot was extremely communicative and helpful.

Nice clean apartment in a convenient location just outside of the heart of Chiang Mai. I loved the fact that the location was not located in the old city which gave me a chance to explore more of Chiang Mai. Clean, confortable with access to gym, infinity pool, numerous shops on site such as a coffee shop, massages and there is a 7-eleven located perfectly across the road. Would recommend 100%

The apartment was spotless and welcoming, great location right next to the biggest mall in Chiang Mai, the hosts were very reponsive and extremely helpful. This apartment will make you feel at home while on vacation. Highly recommended.

We moved to this accommodation from another of Lin’s as Lin was a fantastic host and we felt right at home. I’m glad to say we felt the exact same in this place. We were greeted by Lin’s mother in law upon check in and she was so charming and friendly, she guided us to the apartment and showed us all we needed to know. The apartment was just like the photos, spotless, spacious and cosy 😊 the bed was very comfortable, we’ve seen others mention it to be hard but we found it wonderful! They even supply complimentary bottled water, juice boxes, soda, coffee and tea, and fruit! Whenever we had a question or needed assistance, we were helped super quick and Lin’s parents in law would be right at the door as soon as possible if needed which made us feel very looked after, and they were so friendly and great to talk to! The building itself felt like a hotel (even though it isn’t) with a cute coffee shop just at the lobby. Overall, fantastic stay and can’t wait to stay again!

Natasha is amazing. She is incredibly efficient and organized to start with but also very very responsive. She went out of her way to accommodate me and meet my needs. The building is new with a really nice gym and pool on the top floor. The air conditioners and wifi both work well in this room and I slept well. The views are amazing (it is on the 14th floor). Because of the height noise is minimal, which is great. Nearby are many, many things to do and short walk to old town. Great location Thank you Natasha!!

The apartment at the Astra Condo was so great. We felt so incredibly comfortable. Check-in was super easy, the apartment was modern, very clean and fully equipped. The location is ideal for quickly reaching everything. Arthit is super kind and communication was always easy and courteous. We would have loved to stay much longer.

I have stayed at various Airbnb places in Chiang Mai since 2022. With no though that Aon's condo was the ultimate Airbag experience for me in Chiang Mai. I was so impressed with every fine details that she placed at the condo, including the clean wine glasses, cookware, utensils, soft bed, ahd soaking bathtub. She even installed a safety net to prevent the accident on the balcony. I have a shower water filter to remove the harmful ingredients from tap water in my house. You will find it here too. The ultimate Aurbnb experience and better than most five star hotel experience in Chiang Mai.
