Apartment holiday rentals in San Sai Noi

The condo of Paul's apartment was super beautiful! Lush, and green, with a nice pool. There is a 7/11 right across the street, and a mall right behind the condo with everything you need. Its also SUPER quiet. The downside is that the surrounding area isn't super walkable (as it's just off of a highway). Luckily, it's super easy to get a cheap Grab to wherever you need. The apartment itself is simple, but nice and comfortable. My one complaint (as someone who cooks a lot at home) is that the hot plate is a bit temperamental, and the pot and wok could use replacing. It's a lot easier to just order in, and enjoy the amazing local food. Paul was also a great host, and was always quick to reply. Would definitely recommend!

this booking was true and accurate to the descriptions and photos provided on airbnb. with 7/11 across the road and a main shopping centre less than 5 mins walk it was perfect for our stay. The hosts for this condo were exceptional, I had only one issue in the nine days and It was responded to and addressed within 5 mins. Thankyou and I will be sure to inquire about staying here again when visiting Chiang Mai

Wow, how do I begin? We stayed at Man Ching’s place in Chiang Mai for 2 weeks and it was an amazing time. A great host who always kept in contact to see if we needed help. Amazing location with one of the very best shopping centres in Thailand only a few minutes walk away. And many facilities like pool snooker and ping pong to keep you busy at The One! We highly recommend it and would love to come back

매우 아름다운 3층 건물로 이루워졌으며, 1층에 카페와 레스토랑이 위치해 있습니다. 매우 맛있는 커피에 감명 받아서 매일 아침 커피를 마셨으며, 유명한 프렌치 레스토랑 인지 외국인들이 차를 타고 방문하는것 같았습니다. 숙소는 아파트 형식으로 3층에 테라스와 큰 창이 우리를 맞이해 주었으며, 매우큰 나무가 창가에 자리하여 우리를 보호해주고 분위기가 좋았습니다. 침실과 거실 화장실 모두 매우 깨끗하였으며, 올드타운 타페게이트 건너편 골목 안쪽에 위치하여 매우 편리하지만 조용한 골목에 좋은 위치라고 생각하였습니다.

This place located near the Central Festival Mall and the new Maya Mall and has a spectacular pool view. Easy drop off and pickup ride share area right out in front of the condo. Last, but certainly not least, the beds were comfortable and the water nice and hot with great water pressure. These simple things made Sirada’s place a 5-Star location!!

I had a lovely stay at Waris’ place for three weeks. Originally I had booked for four but I had to leave early for personal reasons. I didn’t expect a refund as this was my own decision, but Waris was so kind to waver the electricity fees which I really appreciated, thank you again for that! The condo is really modern and so clean! The only tiny thing I would recommend is having some plates in the kitchen as there was only two bowls. Also maybe a dustpan and brush as to not have to unbox the hoover for quick clean ups :) The amenities were such a nice touch to the condo and absolutely worth the price. The only slight downside is not being very central, so I relied on Grabs to get me in and out of town a lot. If you have your own bike then it would definitely make things a lot easier. I’d definitely recommend Waris’ lovely home to other guests, I felt super safe staying there alone due to the excellent security out front and the double locked doors. Thanks again Waris!

치앙마이 한달 살기 숙소로 머물렀는데 정말 행복했어요! 첫 날 체크인 하고 방에 들어갔는데 공간에 포근하고 좋은 향이 나서 기분이 좋았고 침구가 부드럽고 푹신해서 잠을 푹 잘 수 있었어요. 준비해주신 월컴스낵도 감사했습니다. 방에는 모든 물품이 비치되어 있었고 주방에 모든 물품들이 구비되어있어 한달 동안 머무르기 적합했습니다. 또한 일주일에 한번 하우스키핑 서비스를 받을 수 있었는데 하우스키퍼 분들도 정말 친절하셨고 방도 매우 깨끗했습니다. 숙소의 위치도 좋아서 걸어서 다양한 식당과 카페 쇼핑몰에 갈 수 있었고 가까운 거리에 코인 세탁방이 있어 편리했습니다. 덕분에 즐거운 치앙마이 여행을 즐길 수 있었습니다. 다음에 온다면 꼭 다시 머무르고 싶어요.

처음 치앙마이 여행 와서 좋은 숙소에 지내게 되어 좋은 추억 만들고 갑니다

I really enjoyed staying in this cosy apartment in central Chiang Mai. It was exactly as described, clean, modern and comfortable, and in an excellent central location. Nubkhun is an excellent host and was extremely helpful with very detailed instructions on the check in procedures, the apartment facilities and lots of useful local knowledge and great advice on where to go and what to see. Highlight of the trip for me was the amazing night bazar/market (Anusarn Market) on Changklan Road just a 5 minute walk from the apartment. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who is visiting Chiang Mai and I would not hesitate to book it again on my next trip to CM.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay! This was one of the best rooms I've encountered in Thailand. The comfort and quality exceeded my expectations, and I would certainly choose to stay here again. Highly recommended!

마야몰까지는 걸어서 3분 거리로 정말 가까웠고, 위치적으로 굉장히 편리했어요. 숙소는 전체적으로 아담했지만 혼자 지내기에는 딱 적당한 크기였습니다. 호스트와의 소통도 만족스러웠습니다. 응답이 빠르고 필요한 부분에 대해 친절하게 안내해주셔서 편하게 지낼 수 있었어요. 한 가지 아쉬운 점이 있다면, 님만해민 대부분의 숙소가 그러하듯 이곳도 공항과 가까워서 밤에 비행기 소음이 조금 거슬렸어요. 예민하신 분들은 참고하시면 좋을 것 같아요. 그래도 전반적으로 위치, 청결, 소통 모두 만족스러운 숙소였습니다.

아이 한명 있는 세명가족이 10일 있었어요 한명은 거실에 있는 소파베드에서 잤습니다. 소파베드에 깔려있는 토퍼가 조금 꺼져있는데 자기에 크게 불편하진 않아요 186인 제가 소파베드에서 지냈습니다. 센페입구까지 가깝긴 하지만 센페에 있는 마트까지는 좀 걸어가야 하긴해요. 작은개미가 몇마리 있었는데 어쩔 수 없는부분이라 생각합니다. 건물 구조상 방음에 취약할 수 밖에 없습니다 수영장은 최고입니다 해수를 사용하는지 짜요. 1월 기준 한낮(12:00) 지나서 다섯시 여섯시 정도 까지는 물이 햇빛에 데워져서 수영 가능 합니다. 이른아침, 밤에는 긴시간 할 수 없습니다. 저는 지내면서 호스트분과 따로 연락할 일이 없었습니다. 아주 만족하면 지내다 갑니다. 맘같아서는 혼자서 한번 더 오고 싶네요. 아 그리고 E507은 창문 앞이 공사장 뷰 입니다. 아침부터 공사를 시작해서 좀 시끄럽긴 합니다. 정말 잘 지내고 갑니다 benmo 고마워요

Definitely worth the stay, Robert is nice and fast with response and very helpful throughout my stay. The room is definitely just like the picture, especially the view !! Overall very nice place and will recommend to others!!

趁着寒假，带孩子又去清迈待了两周，这次我们选择了the one condo。Rita的这套公寓一尘不染，客厅有一张沙发床，有时早上我煮粥煮面也非常方便。小区还有中文客服，可以订水送到房间，还有接送机服务和上门泰式按摩。从阳台就可以到滑梯泳池，对面还有乐高室和健身房。小区每天还有班车去各个超市和景点。因为要回家过年，不然真想多住几天呢。

we stayed here long term and had a great time! The apartment was comfortable and spacious. The pool was our favorite part. Will definitely come back when we come to chiang mai!

Great place to stay overall. Easy to access and there were parking lots available for cars. Walkable distance to nearby mall, night market, cafes and convenient store! The place is also safe to stay. The only issue i had was the noise of airplanes and heavy rain. If you are a light sleeper, this place is not recommended. Or else, overall is a good place to live!

늦은 시간 체크인을 함에도 먼저 잘 도착했는지 확인해 주셨고 모든시설 이용에 불편함이 없었다. 11월쯤 다시 치앙마이 올때 가능하면 다시 이용하고 싶다.

Lanna’s place was perfect! It reminded me of my home - like home away from home. Lanna was probably by far one of the most helpful kind hosts I have experienced - I ended up injuring my ankle and lanna went out of her way to find her walking cast for me to try. As well as pulling up clinics - hospital and pharmacy for me. She is such a kind soul 💕 Her home was one of my favorite airbnbs I have stayed in

We just really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment itself is super light because of the large windows and because it’s a corner apartment, so you have light from both sides of the building, which we really really loved. It has everything you need in the kitchen/ bathroom etc. Yes you do hear the airplane, but you hear that everywhere on this side of Chiang Mai and it’s not disturbing and we got used to it really quick. The location of the apartment is great, with lots of shops around. If the apartment was still available, we would’ve extended our stay so definitely recommend the place!

Lovely studio. The space is large in design compared to most of Astra. Really nice huge balcony overlooking the greenery and pool of shangri-la A nice amount of cooking tools compared to most of Astra Cai is nice, helpful, and communicative

The place is great, just as it appears. We used the pool once and that was cool & refreshing. Across the street are some food spots plus there are some food stalls that were simple and affordable (had egg over rice one day, street sushi another day). A number of massage shops nearby and other resturants that were walkable. I also walked to the grocery store & night market; totally doable with sneakers (I'd likely take a tuk-tuk if I was just in flip flops as those were relatively inexpensive). The elephant reserve, organic cooking class were both tours I setup with a shop on-site at the building. The temple tour with ex-monk was one I found online that was well worth it. Enjoy!

非常非常便利的社区！楼下走路2-3分钟就是Big C 周三到周六还有小夜市 很安全 24小时保安 我们自己租了车也有停车位 安保人员超级nice 整个社区真的是太舒适方便了，体验当地人的生活。路口大711后面有个小炒摊 连吃了三天 下次去清迈还会来住的！ 房东小姐姐人超好，知道我们有租车特意等我们给我送停车票，还给我私家攻略，推荐的小区里的咖啡和附近的马杀鸡都超好的！ 很愉快的经历😄
