Amazing location with great views! I had a great stay here — the location is truly perfect, close to everything yet quiet enough to relax. The swimming pool was definitely a highlight, with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The apartment was exactly as described and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend it to others visiting Chiang Mai!

The condo of Paul's apartment was super beautiful! Lush, and green, with a nice pool. There is a 7/11 right across the street, and a mall right behind the condo with everything you need. Its also SUPER quiet. The downside is that the surrounding area isn't super walkable (as it's just off of a highway). Luckily, it's super easy to get a cheap Grab to wherever you need. The apartment itself is simple, but nice and comfortable. My one complaint (as someone who cooks a lot at home) is that the hot plate is a bit temperamental, and the pot and wok could use replacing. It's a lot easier to just order in, and enjoy the amazing local food. Paul was also a great host, and was always quick to reply. Would definitely recommend!

Artistic, stylish, relaxing, quiet, and convenient I can't believe I can find it on AirB&B at the same time Considering the extremely convenient location (Just near the Tapei Gate) The price is very reasonable It's a treasure for tourists! The place is located in a quiet alley There are restaurants of all sizes next to it There is a vegetarian restaurant about 30 steps away There are also various restaurants in the direction of the street There is also a small vegetable market nearby Actually, what you thought of Everything is available in this neighborhood The interior design is simple, stylish, and artistic Very spacious, plenty of light, and the big sofa is very comfortable The lobby has curtains For me, there is no problem of lack of privacy There are also cooking utensils and a microwave In simple terms The equipment is all there and very clean The bedroom is well air-conditioned, the bed is large and I slept well Meet the owner on the day of check-in She was very friendly and explained the equipment in the house to us Addressing our needs and respond quickly and genuinely It makes us feel as comfortable and at ease as if we were at home She also recommended many tourist attractions Very considerate Next time I come to Chiang Mai, I'll stay at an AirB&B. This is my first choice

I had a lovely stay at Waris’ place for three weeks. Originally I had booked for four but I had to leave early for personal reasons. I didn’t expect a refund as this was my own decision, but Waris was so kind to waver the electricity fees which I really appreciated, thank you again for that! The condo is really modern and so clean! The only tiny thing I would recommend is having some plates in the kitchen as there was only two bowls. Also maybe a dustpan and brush as to not have to unbox the hoover for quick clean ups :) The amenities were such a nice touch to the condo and absolutely worth the price. The only slight downside is not being very central, so I relied on Grabs to get me in and out of town a lot. If you have your own bike then it would definitely make things a lot easier. I’d definitely recommend Waris’ lovely home to other guests, I felt super safe staying there alone due to the excellent security out front and the double locked doors. Thanks again Waris!

This place located near the Central Festival Mall and the new Maya Mall and has a spectacular pool view. Easy drop off and pickup ride share area right out in front of the condo. Last, but certainly not least, the beds were comfortable and the water nice and hot with great water pressure. These simple things made Sirada’s place a 5-Star location!!

There was a family of three with one child for 10 days. One of us slept on the sofa bed in the living room. The topper on the sofa bed was a little worn out, but it wasn't very uncomfortable for me to sleep on it. I'm 186 and I slept on the sofa bed. It's close to the entrance of Senpe, but it takes a while to walk to the mart in Senpe. There were a few small ants, but I think it's unavoidable. Due to the structure of the building, it is bound to be vulnerable to soundproofing. The pool is the best. I wonder if it uses seawater. As of January, the water is heated by sunlight from noon (12:00) to about 5 or 6 o'clock, so you can swim. You can't do it for a long time in the early morning and at night. I didn't have to contact the host separately while I was there. I had a very satisfying stay. I want to come again by myself if I can. Oh, and E507 is a view of the construction site in front of the window. It's a little noisy because the construction starts in the morning. I had a really nice stay. Thank you, benmo.

Taking the kids to Chiang Mai for two weeks while on the winter break, this time we chose the one condo.This apartment in Rita was sparkling clean with a sofa bed in the living room and sometimes it was very convenient for me to cook porridge noodles in the morning.There is also a Chinese customer service that can be ordered to the room, as well as a pick-up and drop-off service and a Thai massage.The slider pool is accessible from the balcony, and across from the LEGO room and gym.The neighborhood also has a shuttle to various supermarkets and attractions every day.Because I'm going home to New Year, I really want to stay for a few more days.

we stayed here long term and had a great time! The apartment was comfortable and spacious. The pool was our favorite part. Will definitely come back when we come to chiang mai!

Thanks to the host's kindness and appropriate response, I was able to have a very comfortable and enjoyable vacation. The location of the accommodation is close to the Central Festival, so it's convenient for daily life, and especially the highway access was good, so it was convenient to drive.

Great stay at the one condo, friendly and helpful host!

Great place to stay overall. Easy to access and there were parking lots available for cars. Walkable distance to nearby mall, night market, cafes and convenient store! The place is also safe to stay. The only issue i had was the noise of airplanes and heavy rain. If you are a light sleeper, this place is not recommended. Or else, overall is a good place to live!

Lanna’s place was perfect! It reminded me of my home - like home away from home. Lanna was probably by far one of the most helpful kind hosts I have experienced - I ended up injuring my ankle and lanna went out of her way to find her walking cast for me to try. As well as pulling up clinics - hospital and pharmacy for me. She is such a kind soul 💕 Her home was one of my favorite airbnbs I have stayed in

We just really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment itself is super light because of the large windows and because it’s a corner apartment, so you have light from both sides of the building, which we really really loved. It has everything you need in the kitchen/ bathroom etc. Yes you do hear the airplane, but you hear that everywhere on this side of Chiang Mai and it’s not disturbing and we got used to it really quick. The location of the apartment is great, with lots of shops around. If the apartment was still available, we would’ve extended our stay so definitely recommend the place!

Lovely studio. The space is large in design compared to most of Astra. Really nice huge balcony overlooking the greenery and pool of shangri-la A nice amount of cooking tools compared to most of Astra Cai is nice, helpful, and communicative

The place is great, just as it appears. We used the pool once and that was cool & refreshing. Across the street are some food spots plus there are some food stalls that were simple and affordable (had egg over rice one day, street sushi another day). A number of massage shops nearby and other resturants that were walkable. I also walked to the grocery store & night market; totally doable with sneakers (I'd likely take a tuk-tuk if I was just in flip flops as those were relatively inexpensive). The elephant reserve, organic cooking class were both tours I setup with a shop on-site at the building. The temple tour with ex-monk was one I found online that was well worth it. Enjoy!

Very, very convenient neighborhood! 2-3 min walk to Big C downstairs. There is also a night market from Wednesday to Saturday. Very safe. 24-hour security. We rented a car ourselves and there's parking space. Security staff is super nice. The whole neighborhood is really comfortable and convenient. Experience the life of a local. There's a small food stall behind the 711 at the intersection. I ate there for three days. I'll stay again next time I go to Chiang Mai! The hostess is super nice, she knew we rented a car and waited for us to give me the parking ticket, and gave me a private guide, recommended the coffee in the neighborhood and the nearby massages are super good! Had a great experience😄
