Holiday rentals with a patio in San Sai District

this booking was true and accurate to the descriptions and photos provided on airbnb. with 7/11 across the road and a main shopping centre less than 5 mins walk it was perfect for our stay. The hosts for this condo were exceptional, I had only one issue in the nine days and It was responded to and addressed within 5 mins. Thankyou and I will be sure to inquire about staying here again when visiting Chiang Mai

Nice compact apartment with all the basics. The TV and workstation are great. The area is loud in general, but that's the trade for if you want to be so close to Nimman and MAYA.

Good location. Accessible to both Maya Mall and One Nimman. The apartment itself is dated but maintained. There seemed to be some minor aircon water drip issues but overall a good value stay.

Amazing place in a great location. Alice qas incredibly helpful and responsive. I will definitely be staying again!

총 7명이 숙소로 사용했습니다. 올드타운 중앙에 위치하여 다른 지역으로 이동하기 편리하며, 돌아올 때도 구글에서 숙소 이름으로 검색할 수 있어서 찾아가기 쉽습니다. 호스트가 체크인이나 숙소 사용에 관한 문의에 대해 빠르고 상세하게 답변해주기 때문에 걱정할 필요가 없었습니다. 침실과 화장실이 깔끔하여 좋았으며, 에어컨도 냄새가 나지않아 숙소에 머무는 동안 쾌적하게 생활할 수 있었습니다. 밤에는 인적이 드물긴 하지만 평상 시에는 주거지역 느낌이라서 조용하게 지내기 좋습니다. 체크아웃 이후에도 짐 보관 서비스를 제공하고 있으므로, 비행기 출발시간이 다소 늦더라도, 그때까지 짐을 들고 돌아다니지 않을 수 있다는 점이 좋았습니다. 다음에 치앙마이에 방문할 기회가 있다면, 이번 숙소를 다시 사용하고 싶습니다.

Prattana hosts a lovely home in a relatively peaceful part of Nimman Road. The house is very clean with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The accessibility to surrounding areas is quite easy and convenient as well. Prattana is a very responsive host with clear instructions as well as providing active responses to unforeseen events. Our group is very pleased with staying with her and will definitely come back !

Very nice and tranquil place. You can hear the birds chirping in the morning and feel the sun on your face when you lay on the couch. The location is good, with most of the shops you would need in just a few minutes driving away. The place was clean and the airconditioning was good and pleasant. Overall great place to relax while still being close to the city, would stay again!

Absolutely perfect, as always. I am often in Chiang Mai for a quiet place to work while we renovate our home in Phrae and if Kansiree's home is available I always stay here! It feels just like home 😌 See my previous reviews for details - but you will not find a more welcoming host, a more comfortable spot or a better value in Chiang Mai! 10/10 - can't wait to be back again.

What a wonderful place to stay! Gorgeous shared pool with a private hot tub and very spacious bedrooms. Everything was pristine and matched the photos exactly. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend everyone to come here when visiting Chiang Mai. Super attentive hosts who are extremely responsive to all your needs.

Jo is a fantastic host and so kind. Check in was easy, the space was clean and as expected, and the location is amazing right next to Nimman. Jo was very attentive to my requests!

숙소 내부가 정말 깔끔해요!! 주방에 쓰레기봉투, 호일, 랩이랑 기름 소금 등등 식료품도 있어용 그리고 원래 11시 체크아웃이었는데 기차 일정 말씀드렸더니 체크아웃 시간도 미뤄주셨어요🥺🥺 친절한 호스트님 약 20일간 잘 머물다 갑니다!!

세제 있냐구 물어봤을뿐인데 바로 배달시켜 주셨어요! 답변 엄청 빠르시고 친절해요! 주방에 쪼그만 개미들만 빼면 벌레 전혀 없고 깨끗해요! 배경이 푸릇푸릇해서 힐링되고 수영장 진짜 좋았어요

We really enjoyed staying here for over two weeks. The condo is spacious and the facility has incredible amenities, including several huge pools (one has a slide), a fitness center, a music room, and even a Lego room. Walking to restaurants and shops at Central Festival mall was very convenient, as were pickups and deliveries. The hosts were incredibly responsive throughout our stay. We arrived during a smoky season in Chiang Mai. When I asked if an air purifier was available, the host purchased a brand-new purifier and delivered it to us. I am so grateful that we had pure air for our entire stay. All in all, I highly recommend this unit.

First, the instructions for check-in steps were very clear and smooth, which was very convenient unlike some other places. The location of the condo is reachable to most of essential places within walking distance. The host was very responsive to the needs of her tenants. I’ll definitely stay here again if I ever get a chance to visit Chiang Mai.

距離尼曼一號很近，走路10分鐘內可以抵達餐廳咖啡廳，裝潢很新，浴室乾淨水壓足夠，冷氣、空氣清淨機讓室內環境很舒適，廚房廚具很完整，每兩天就會有清潔人員來打掃、更換毛巾。小缺點是浴室熱水器操作要熟悉一下，晚上10:00後只能由地下室進出路線昏暗，入住期間頂樓泳池不知道為什麼沒有開放。

Chen Ni is one of the best host that I ever came across recently. She was extremely responsive, friendly, informative and went an extra mile to make my stay more comfortable. The unit is extremely clean located close to the most happening place in Chiang Mai and I would recommend this place to everyone and will definitely consider for my future trips to Chiang Mai. Amazing host & Amazing place to stay in Chiang Mai.
