Holiday rentals with a patio in San Sai District

this booking was true and accurate to the descriptions and photos provided on airbnb. with 7/11 across the road and a main shopping centre less than 5 mins walk it was perfect for our stay. The hosts for this condo were exceptional, I had only one issue in the nine days and It was responded to and addressed within 5 mins. Thankyou and I will be sure to inquire about staying here again when visiting Chiang Mai

Nice compact apartment with all the basics. The TV and workstation are great. The area is loud in general, but that's the trade for if you want to be so close to Nimman and MAYA.

Good location. Accessible to both Maya Mall and One Nimman. The apartment itself is dated but maintained. There seemed to be some minor aircon water drip issues but overall a good value stay.

P's randomly booked B&B while waiting for a flight, many exceeded expectations, full facilities, pool gym, downstairs is a 711 convenience store, it is too convenient to buy and buy, Tina has shared a lot of recommendations for eating, drinking, and going to stay again next time!

A total of 7 people used it as a place to stay. It is located in the center of Old Town, making it easy to move to other areas, and it is easy to find when you come back because you can search for the name of the accommodation on Google. I didn't have to worry because the host responded quickly and in detail to inquiries about check-in or use of the accommodation. It was nice that the bedroom and bathroom were clean, and the air conditioner didn't smell, so I was able to live comfortably during my stay. It's not crowded at night, but it's usually a residential area, so it's nice to stay quietly. Even after check-out, they offer luggage storage services, so even if the flight departure time is a little late, it was nice that I didn't have to carry my luggage around until then. If I have the opportunity to visit Chiang Mai next time, I would like to use this accommodation again.

Prattana hosts a lovely home in a relatively peaceful part of Nimman Road. The house is very clean with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The accessibility to surrounding areas is quite easy and convenient as well. Prattana is a very responsive host with clear instructions as well as providing active responses to unforeseen events. Our group is very pleased with staying with her and will definitely come back !

Very nice and tranquil place. You can hear the birds chirping in the morning and feel the sun on your face when you lay on the couch. The location is good, with most of the shops you would need in just a few minutes driving away. The place was clean and the airconditioning was good and pleasant. Overall great place to relax while still being close to the city, would stay again!

Absolutely perfect, as always. I am often in Chiang Mai for a quiet place to work while we renovate our home in Phrae and if Kansiree's home is available I always stay here! It feels just like home 😌 See my previous reviews for details - but you will not find a more welcoming host, a more comfortable spot or a better value in Chiang Mai! 10/10 - can't wait to be back again.

What a wonderful place to stay! Gorgeous shared pool with a private hot tub and very spacious bedrooms. Everything was pristine and matched the photos exactly. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend everyone to come here when visiting Chiang Mai. Super attentive hosts who are extremely responsive to all your needs.

Jo is a fantastic host and so kind. Check in was easy, the space was clean and as expected, and the location is amazing right next to Nimman. Jo was very attentive to my requests!

The inside of the house is really tidy!! There are also groceries such as trash bags, foil, wrap, oil, salt, etc. in the kitchen. And it was originally supposed to be a check-out at 11: 00, but I told them about the train schedule, and they postponed the check-out time. I had a good stay with🥺🥺 the kind host for about 20 days!!

Love the place, Garden and swimming pool view

We really enjoyed staying here for over two weeks. The condo is spacious and the facility has incredible amenities, including several huge pools (one has a slide), a fitness center, a music room, and even a Lego room. Walking to restaurants and shops at Central Festival mall was very convenient, as were pickups and deliveries. The hosts were incredibly responsive throughout our stay. We arrived during a smoky season in Chiang Mai. When I asked if an air purifier was available, the host purchased a brand-new purifier and delivered it to us. I am so grateful that we had pure air for our entire stay. All in all, I highly recommend this unit.

First, the instructions for check-in steps were very clear and smooth, which was very convenient unlike some other places. The location of the condo is reachable to most of essential places within walking distance. The host was very responsive to the needs of her tenants. I’ll definitely stay here again if I ever get a chance to visit Chiang Mai.

Very close to Nimman No. 1, within 10 minutes walk to the restaurant and cafe, the decoration is very new, the bathroom is clean and the water pressure is sufficient, the air conditioning and air purifier make the indoor environment very comfortable, the kitchen utensils are complete, and the cleaning staff will come to clean and change the towels every two days.The small drawback is that you need to be familiar with the operation of the bathroom water heater. After 10:00 pm, you can only enter and exit the basement, and the route is dim. During the stay, the rooftop pool was not open for some reason.

Chen Ni is one of the best host that I ever came across recently. She was extremely responsive, friendly, informative and went an extra mile to make my stay more comfortable. The unit is extremely clean located close to the most happening place in Chiang Mai and I would recommend this place to everyone and will definitely consider for my future trips to Chiang Mai.
