Noey’s house was amazing! We wish we could have stayed longer. Probably one of my favorite Airbnb‘s we’ve stayed at. A lot of privacy yet still close to everything. The pool was amazing and she even arranged for us to get a ride back to the airport. Would 10 /10 recommend and stay here again

We had an amazing time at the villa with our family! The place is very family-friendly — the fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare breakfast every morning, and the kids absolutely loved the pool. It’s located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, which gave us real peace of mind. A perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway. Highly recommended.

Our stay at Luna and Lulu's forest house was an absolute dream!​​ 🌿 We spent a rejuvenating week in this charming two-story home surrounded by lush greenery and blooming flowers. The interior’s cozy, artistic touches made us feel like we were living in a fairy-tale cabin nestled in the woods. Luna and Lulu’s thoughtfulness shone through every detail—from the well-stocked bathroom essentials to the yoga mats that added to our relaxation. Our favorite moments were sipping tea in the tranquil garden and unwinding in the sunroom, where we listened to music while watching squirrels play among the trees through the windows. This oasis perfectly captured the serene spirit of Chiang Mai. We left feeling refreshed and already longing to return!

that's a really good place

Tammey House was one of our best Airbnb experiences. The location is 10/10 so convenient to walk everywhere or hop in a Grab or on a Songthaew. The home is comfortable and beautiful. Khun Tam is so friendly and eager to help in any way she can. She helped arrange a car to take us to Doi Inthanon and also recommended many local activities and restaurants. We would love to come back again.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was convenient, and communication with Ton was clear and helpful throughout. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. Not necessary but It would be even better if a weight scale was available, as it’s helpful for foreign travelers who often need to check baggage weight before flying. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

This home is FANTASTIC my partner and I had such a luxurious stay and the amazing chance to stay with a cat!! It is so clean and spacious with loads to do around.

Great place to stay overall. Easy to access and there were parking lots available for cars. Walkable distance to nearby mall, night market, cafes and convenient store! The place is also safe to stay. The only issue i had was the noise of airplanes and heavy rain. If you are a light sleeper, this place is not recommended. Or else, overall is a good place to live!

Great accommodation in a quiet location but close to all hotspots

The condo was in a quiet area of Nimman. Nice view, nice furnishings, good kitchenware, comfy bed, good bathroom facilities. Security guards were always on duty and very friendly and helpful. Pimpinan was easily contacted when we asked to extend our stay one day. This is a great place to stay if you want to get the feel of Nimman. Everything you could want is close to you.

The room was just as described. Good price, location and responsive host. I would recommend it, and stay here again.

The apartment is well located and walkable to Nimman 1, maya mall.The room is well equipped and the balcony mountain view is magnificent.The homeowner was very responsive and communicative.Temporary due to late check out and house owner openly.Friendly and quiet neighborhood.Renovated during stay, working hours can be noisy, can't do it.The balcony door is screened and sealed but still can hear the airplane.But it doesn't affect my sleep.I'll come back when I get the chance. We enjoyed our one month stay so much, we wish we could’ve stayed longer. We will definitely return next time we’re in chiang mai. The apartment had everything you need, the building and area felt very safe, loved the gym and pool, great location, we could park our motorbike. Kate was lovely and clear and quick communication. The cleaning included is such a bonus. If you are coming to Chiang Mai, stay here! :)

Great condo with pool and gym in Nimman. One of the best ever

Location: The apartment is in a great location. It's just a 5 minute walk to Maya and you don't need to go through the major crossroads so no waiting for traffic lights when going to the Mall. It's very quiet at night and the noise of the planes didn't bother us at all. Apartment: The space was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. Has basic cooking supplies and utensils etc. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is very powerful. The wi-fi is very fast and stable. There is lots of storage space and the host left us extra bedding and towels as we stayed for a month. There's a washing machine on the balcony and it's easy to get clothes dried as you can pull back the shutters to keep the heat in from the A/C units. The space is much smaller in person compared to how it looks in the photos and, like other reviews said, there is very little natural light, which didn't really bother us as we were out most of the day. Host: Very helpful and quick to reply.

One of the nicest Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. It’s cozy, but very clean, comfortable, and meticulously furnished. These hosts could literally teach lessons on how to Airbnb a home. They provided a detailed guide with everything from restaurant recommendations to emergency contact info. The kitchen was small but equipped with things you don’t see in many regional Airbnbs such as a toaster, a gourmet coffee maker, and a generously-stocked snack tray that was replenished twice during our stay. They even had robes in the closet! (I didn’t wear them, but it was nice they were there. 🙂) The location is extremely convenient, in walking distance to probably hundreds of great restaurants and cafes in the Nimman area. We’ve stayed at several places in this area, but none with such amazing mountain views from the balcony and bedroom. We liked it so much, we extended for as long as we could.

Staying at Nicha’s Airbnb was like stepping into a hidden gem tucked away in the heart of a vibrant city. Whether we were sipping morning coffee by the window or returning from a day out, the space embraced us with warmth and beauty. Nicha has truly created a sanctuary that balances style, comfort, and practicality in the most graceful way. We left with hearts full and memories richer for it. The highlight was the soft bed and the quality of linen used. We fell in love with it and missed it in every other place we stayed in Thailand after that. 🤗

This was the most clean and beautiful Airbnb I lived in so far. The hosts were the nicest and gave me so many amazing recommendations for the city. They even let me check in and out earlier/ later for free. Super nice and never happened like this to me before. If you are looking for a super modern, clean and central accommodation in the nimman area, this is your place. Thank you again guys. I will be back for sure!
