The apartment was fantastic. There was so much space and it was in a nice quiet area but still close to the centre. Dante was very helpful. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

Perfect location and looks exactly like the pictures. Floor is very uneven and not suitable for anyone with mobility issues and not enough towels for our week long stay. However, we didn’t ask for more and I’m sure we could have gotten some. We had a great time and most of our adventures were walking distance from the Airbnb.

The worst first: hot water was v unreliable during our stay. In 6 days, we only ended up with 2 hot showers. While Mario and co were extremely responsive about this, the issue persisted. So if reliable hot water is a deal breaker for you, this probably isn't the right place for you to stay. Otherwise, the apartment was great! Extremely centrally located in a fun, safe, and bustling neighborhood, it was also somehow maybe the quietest airbnb I've ever stayed in, perfect for sensitive sleepers. The apartment was immaculately clean and spotless, as well as being beautifully decorated. I've never seen an airbnb so prepared for small children (crib, child locks, etc) or the mobility impaired (grab bar, seat in shower); while neither of these were relevant to my travel party, I was still impressed with the readiness. Mario and team were great to deal with and even recommended a wonderful, reasonably priced driver who we ended up working with extensively. I recommend!!

I've stayed with Cristian and Fabian before, and I will come back again. Here is my previous review: Highly recommendable! First things first, Christian is a great host and his place is awesome. Great location, easy access to public transportation, lots of food options around. It's located in a quiet street that allows you to get a good night sleep. The unit is quite cozy and clean, it feels very peaceful . It has exactly what you need for your next visit to Mexico City. The communication with the host is great, he's very responsive, very polite, very welcoming. I had a great stay at this place.

We loved our stay at Alex's apartment. It was spotlessly clean, super comfortable, quiet, and in a great neighborhood. It was full of light and a cool breeze during the day but also had blackout blinds when we needed it dark and calm. I really felt like they'd thought of everything: nice artwork, comfortable beds, beautiful houseplants, clear signs for everything we needed, filtered water, washer/dryer, even enough coffee and sugar to get us through the first several days. There were great restaurants in walking distance but in a quiet and safe neighborhood. There was a binder with great local recommendations. We are pretty independent travelers and we were given total privacy. But when we did reach out, the responses were instantaneous. We asked about borrowing a card to ride the metro and it was at our door in minutes. Alex even reached out unprompted to offer us a late checkout because the cleaner wasn't going to come by until later in the day. Highly recommend.

Kyra's place was very beautiful. We had fun exploring the surrounding areas. This location is a very close walk to the mercado and many good restaurants and art markets. There is so much to do around this area that 2 days was not enough. Kyra was very responsive and kind. Thank you Kyra for being very helpful and flexible with our check-in time.

The most beautiful artistic Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! Every room had a different vibe and there was so much beautiful art and books to look at. The house is so well designed and has so much character! The hosts were super helpful, kind, flexible and communicative. We loved every part of our stay! A very comfortable stay! The private rooftop terrace was a highlight and the space had everything we needed. The hosts were very kind and checked in throughout to ensure we had everything we needed.

Hands down, this was one of the best AirBnB stays I've had. I wouldn't hesitate to rebook! I stayed for 7 weeks, and had an excellent experience. As others have said, the house is even better than the photographs! The garden is fantastic, and my dog and I were very comfortable. Cata and the folks upstairs were absolutely terrific! I got sick while I was there and they were incredibly thoughtful and kind. I'm so grateful for that. The neighborhood is terrific! It has a diverse mix of folks, is very walkable, and full of great shops, cafes, and restaurants. I highly recommend a visit to the weekly Tuesday market, as well as the brick and mortar Mercado Escandon! Great tacos, tropical fruit, Pan Japanese and all sorts of interesting and fun yumminess! I can't wait to head back. Enjoy!

Martha & Jorge's house is picturesque and the location is excellent! I stayed in their studio apartment for a month and it was exactly what I needed. There are dozens of restaurants in walking distance, along with a ton of coffee shops, dessert places and a really good bakery. In addition, Martha, Jorge and their pups are quite lovely, getting to know the hosts was a wonderful bonus to my stay in Coyoacán! I will certainly be back to stay here next time I visit CDMX!!

Very nice 3-day stay in this sweet apartment. The location is wonderful, just steps from all Condesa has to offer and its beautiful tree-lined streets. Mario and the team were wonderful with communication! Clean and spacious, and a large open kitchen. Wasn’t too loud for us at all, as they supply two nice fans which work well for white noise in a bustling part of the city. We appreciated the wonderful artwork, which was very original and felt more like home than a lot of Airbnbs. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in Mexico City's Roma Norte neighborhood. The location is fantastic -- stunning, vibrant, right on a gorgeous plaza, and super convenient. There are amazing restaurants, cozy coffee shops, and great bars all within walking distance or just a short Uber ride away. The apartment itself is stylishly decorated, cozy, and very comfortable -- truly a lovely place to relax after a day of exploring the city. Everyone we interacted with during check-in was incredibly kind and helpful, which made the experience even better. The only thing to note is that there’s no air-conditioning. There were fans provided, which helped, but it was still a bit warm for us at night. Just something to keep in mind if you prefer sleeping in cooler temperatures. Overall, it was a great stay and we’d definitely recommend this spot for anyone visiting CDMX!

Meinen gute 4 Wochen dauernden Aufenthalt in Gaby's Appartement, und vor allem die kleine, aber wunderbare Terrasse, habe ich sehr genossen! Auf dieser konnte ich, da es die trockene Jahreszeit war (Mitte April bis Mitte Mai), ganze Tage verbringen, da sie immer gleichzeitig Sonne und Schatten bot. Es war genügend (hübsches!) Geschirr und auch Gartenstühle vorhanden, sodass ich auch Freund Innen zum Frühstück/Essen einladen konnte. Ich fühlte mich sehr ungestört und trotzdem stets mit höflicher Aufmerksamkeit bedacht. Das Appartement ist etwas dunkel und kühl, was jedoch zu dieser warmen Jahreszeit (es hat, bis auf wenige Male am Abend/Nacht keinen Tag geregnet) eher angenehm war. Das Appartement liegt im Halbkeller einer von ca. 30 Maisonnettewohnungen, die - gut und sicher bewacht- rund um einen parkähnlichen schönen Innenhof mit Sringbrunnen und hohen Bäumen gebaut wurden, in einer der schönsten Straßen Coyoacáns. Ein kleines Einkaufszentrum liegt fußläufig 15 Min. entfernt.

El departamento se encontró ordenado y limpio, coincidia con la descripción de la foto y siempre estuvieron muy atentos de nuestras dudas y comentarios, existe una excelente comunicación y son flexibles si tuvieses alguna petición especial siempre y cuando este dentro de sus manos.

This place is GREAT. Truly amazing location surrounded by tons of fantastic coffee shops, bars, restaurants and shops and just far enough from the bustle of Roma Norte to feel more serene and neighborhoody. The space itself is very cool and has all essential basics including in-unit laundry which was clutch after traveling throughout Mexico the weeks prior. The bed is huge and super comfy too! It does get a bit stuffy and hot during the warmer months but Salvador provided 3 fans that were able to cool it down to a comfortable temperature. The 24 hour security guards were incredibly sweet and kind and cheerfully greeted us daily in addition to making us and our belongings feel safe at all hours. Salvador was also very responsive, communicative and accommodating. I really can't recommend this place enough, it was certainly one of the best Air BnB experiences I've had yet!
