We would like to extend a HUGE thank you to Maurine and the hosts of this AirBNB! This house is truly a gem and exceeded our expectations! We loved everything about this property- from the comfortable, homey setting to the beautiful landscaping and outdoor spaces. Directions and communication were clear and guest friendly. On behalf of the 5 of us, on our girls' getaway, we thank you all wholeheartedly and are already planning on returning next April! Thank you for sharing this truly special home with us. It was a perfect 5 star get-away from beginning to end!

Amazing retreat in the Redwoods - the property is quiet, has beautiful views of the redwoods with both outdoor sun and shade spots, and has a cool interior. Pool was perfect for cooling off on a hot day. I would stay again! We stayed in May, and while the yard was mowed, it had a type of grass that was very prickly so not barefoot or dog friendly - so we weren’t fully able to enjoy the expansive yard space.

What a lovely house! In particular we enjoyed the expansive and fully-fenced outdoor space with our doggos and kiddos - pictures don't really quite do it justice. The pool house worked as a separate nest for the teenagers, while adults used the two bedrooms in the main building. Location is pretty perfect, with just a 5min drive to Sonoma downtown and easy access to main roads. Our host was extremely communicative, and even helped return an item we forgot at the house promptly and without delay. Hope to visit again!

The Treehouse was a perfect getaway for a family of 8 adults and one child. Surroundings were beautiful. Nature was plentiful. The place had great amenities, kitchen well stocked, and the pool and hot tub one of a kind of !! We all had a great stay !!!

We celebrated our honeymoon in Sonoma and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The home was spotless, beautifully designed, and had all the thoughtful touches that made it feel special—fresh flowers, local wine, and cozy spots to relax after wine tasting all day. The setting was peaceful and private, yet close to everything we wanted to explore. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made our stay completely stress-free. This place truly made our honeymoon unforgettable—we can’t wait to come back!

Bill is an incredible host! He is so kind and responsive, always trying to make your stay 10/10. The house is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, spotlessly clean, and well-stocked. Great find in Sonoma! Well located with easy walks but in a peaceful neighborhood. Plenty of space for our four women on a girls’ trip!

The oasis is the perfect place for a quite relaxing stay. The house smells wonderful and the decor is on point. Floating in the awesome pool chairs was so enjoyable. The outdoor bath and sauna are quite the perk too! Trinnete is an amazing boat and very communicative. We can’t wait to stay again! Book early because it rents out fast! Our stay at Hillary and Jim’s was nothing short of amazing. We underestimated just how great our stay would be. The views were absolutely stunning! The hosts were humble, sweet, attentive and give you plenty of privacy. The cleaners do a wonderful job, I was thrilled to hop in the Japanese soaking tub knowing it was clean. Location felt safe and was conveniently located in an upscale neighborhood just outside San Francisco. The weather here is amazing, significantly warmer than the city with less intense wind-plus it’s pretty much fog free! It was perfect coming back from long days in San Francisco to easy parking, a beautiful garden walk down to the bungalow, moon/bridge views over the water and peace of mind you and your belongings are in a safe place. We can’t wait to come back! *China town, palace of fine arts, go car tours, Alcatraz island, hop on hop off bus tours and pier 39 sea lion watching were all hits. McNears park is definitely worth the couple minute drive as well!

I’d recommend an upgrade to the WiFi, but short of that … the property was perfect and I wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.

Paulas place is beautiful and relaxing. Lots of great amenities. She was very responsive and kind. Highly recommended

We truly enjoyed our stay at Peter and Monica’s beautiful place… we highly recommend and would stay again! Everything was clean, welcoming and as described!

This was our second stay at BayMod, and we're already excited to come back again. It's a stunning location, right on the bay, with kayaks and all the accessories you'd need (like lifejackets in many sizes). We saw seals, bat rays, and lots of other wildlife when we went out in the morning. We love going to Nick's Cove for lunch and outdoor games (you could even kayak there), to Route One Bakery for breakfast and coffee, and down to Point Reyes Station for shops, restaurants, and groceries. The house is impeccably organized (the most well-organized Airbnb I've ever seen) with helpful instructions and just everything you might think of. Example: lying on the couch looking out the window and feeling a bit cold? There is a bin of throw blankets within arm's reach. Trying to see what's on Hog Island right now? There are binoculars, plus a powerful monocular with a phone mount. This thoughtfulness extends to all aspects of the house. It's beautiful, clean, and cozy. Thank you Deb!

We had a great stay at Caroline's Cottage while visiting our daughter that lives in the neighborhood. The Cottage is just like the pictures , very nicely decorated and not much clutter . Very comfortable beds with good linens , plenty of towels too . The kitchen is fully equipped to have meals at home if you so wish to do so. The house feels very peaceful and is very quiet , we loved that ! Caroline was a very friendly , responsive and helpful host . We did not encounter a single problem the whole time we stay there. We will definitely be back . Thank you , Caroline for hosting us.

What an absolute pleasure to stay at Jewel on the Avenue!! The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you could want for a group get away. It’s also perfectly located near downtown. We were initially using San Anselmo as a home base to visit a couple places around the area but we ended up spending a good amount of time downtown. San Anselmo is so lovely!! We will definitely be back. Thank you thank you to our wonderful hosts Geri & Laura!!!

very quiet with beautiful view. hosts were very responsive. place is very clean with modern appliances in working order , washer and dryer are very efficient and quiet. I have back pain and the bed is very comfortable. it is easy and safe to park on the property.

This little treehouse cottage was a fantastic stay, and a beautiful home! Everything was clean, and it had a cozy bed, great water pressure, and dedicated parking; all huge benefits. Not a bad drive into San Francisco. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We had an amazing stay at Casita Casita, the kids had so much fun in the pool and the kitchen was beautiful. On the last day, my six year old didn’t want to leave, she said she wished we could live there forever. It was super clean and when I did have a question, Courtney replied almost immediately. She was super great to work with, she sent us the house guide before our arrival and it included food recommendations. There was also a book printed guide which we actually referenced a lot! So that was helpful. The location is EXTREMELY walkable, we had fun walking to local shops and restaurants and the local park and bocci ball court.

This was a fabulous place and just perfect for us. The kitchen was great, we did some entertaining with our California relatives while we were there, had all the utensils, pots, pans, grills, platters we needed. Beautiful deck and outside area, great for morning coffee and evening Yahtzee; lovely plantings that made it feel even more secluded, we loved the hot tub, the beds were really comfortable, completely clean, the host was wonderfully responsive, the street was nice and quiet but also very easy to get to. I 100% recommend, and I would definitely stay there again. Thanks for giving us such a lovely California home for a week!

Jenny's place was really nice and private, I couldn't stay my two nights sadly due to circumstances out of my hand and because of an uninvited third person that has nothing to do with the home. Besides that the home is gorgeous, really clean, gives the sensation of home. I do recommend Jenny's house, she is nice and respectful.

It was so wonderful in the Treehouse! We will be back - we had wonderful family time with two grown kids (following our son's college graduation!). We love Marin County and the scenery, hiking, towns, food, sunshine was restorative. Truly, though, the house was the star - cozy but plenty of room, beautifully appointed and decorated, amazing location and views, walk to town and trails with expansive views ... we can't wait to be there again! Wow - we had an amazing stay and loved Job's beautiful home. The photos barely capture the incredible views. 180 degrees views of Mt. Tam all the way down to the Bay - truly on top of world. Pool was bigger than expected, warm water, great covered porch, VERY nice pool house/bedroom & bath. All beds were super comfortable, everything sparkling clean and living room was such a great and comfy area to watch movies or just look at the view with a good book. Kitchen is outfitted (and labeled) with everything you need. Very close to San Anslemo downtown - which is filled with great lunch spots, coffee shops. So much to do in Marin and this is centrally located (note a steep driveway but we had no issues.) Can't think of a single improvement Job could make. I left something behind and he responded that day that he would ship back to me. One of our most favorite Airbnbs ever. THANK YOU!

Just an incredible spot with majestic views. It’s Marin, so it’s expensive! But worth it. It’s also on small side—we were 2 adults with 2 small children and it worked for us (but probably no more!). Very well decorated interior. We will be back!
