Kid-friendly holiday rentals in San Polo, Venice

Tomasso provided a video of how to get to his place from the ferry over from the airport which was extremely helpful. Area close to restaurants and walking distance to train station, rialto snd St marks. we appreciated the cold water left in the fridge for our arrival and the coffee. All good and as described. Beautiful view and right next to Farragona water/boat taxi. The hostess was wonderful- flexible with our check-in/out. Easy to communicate. The apartment is spacious and clean. We always felt safe. It is a more quiet area and that was just what I was hoping - peaceful and relaxing.

We stayed for a weekend in Venice. This place was great, very easy to reach and we discovered the city by foot from the apartment. Very welcoming hosts and we received some great recommendations for the area, thank you!

This stay makes 5 weeks we have spent in this Airbnb. I can honestly say there is nothing I would change about it. Everything you could need is provided and everything works like a charm. This was a great place. It was close to the train and boats but also walkable To everything. It Was removed Enough from the busy area that we could Get away from Crowds for a break but still Close To everything. The apartment was beautifully equipped and decorated. It was better than the photos. We didn’t use the upstairs loft and reading area but soooo cute!!!

Loved the location and the many restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was beautiful and after sightseeing all day it was the perfect place to relax.

our Airbnb in Venice was amazing. the apartment was clean, comfortable, and right on a canal which our kids loved! the apartment was centrally located making for short walks to many of Venice's wonderful sites. it is close to restaurants , a wonderful bakery, and a fabulous gelato place. Our host, Mirca, was amazing! she communicated daily to see if we had any needs, helped us find the best way to the airport in the early morning hours, and even booked our taxi for us. in a city where we knew no one, Mirca made us feel that we had a friend. I would recommend this property and her to anyone looking for a great place to stay while visiting Venice

Gianluca was a fantastic host! He reached out to us prior to coordinate meeting time and provided directions to the city. He met us at the water bus station before leading us to the unit since it can be tricky to find to on our own. Once we checked in, Gianluca provided a map and recommendations for places to visit and his favorite cafes nearby. The unit is centrally located in Venice and has many restaurants and stores within walking distance. The apartment was very spacious for my wife and I, with all amenities needed for our 3 day stay. Please note that it can be a bit noisy at night, but that didn’t bother us. Overall, we’ve had a great time staying at this unit, definitely recommend this listing for future stays! The place was stunning with all the latest appliances in the kitchen and a beautiful bathroom. They organized multiple transfers for us, and they were all incredibly smooth. There was always somebody waiting for us to take us to our destination. When my mom was injured, Dimitri personally helped us get to the airport and transported our luggage for us separately since it would have been too much for me to carry it all on public transport. Not only is the place beautiful, clean, unique, and in a great location, but the hosts are truly great humans and anyone staying with them is in good hands.

Veronica’s flat is a fantastic location easy to get to from the airport water bus, near lots of good restaurants and within easy walking distance of all the sights. The flat had all the amenities you would need & the bed was comfortable. A gem in Venice

I had a great stay at Luisa’s place! The location was absolutely perfect — close to everything I needed, including restaurants, shops, and the water shuttle. It made getting around the city super easy and convenient. The neighborhood was quiet and nice, and it was a great base for exploring the area. I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a well-located spot!

We enjoyed our stay in Venice. it was nice to have a first floor condo. Raffaella gave great recommendations for food. Location is close to Waterbus and Gondola service. It was walkable to all the major sites The bed was very comfortable. All in all it was a great place to stay.

We loved our time in Venice, and Nicola’s property was perfect. Great location, communication with Nicola was excellent, and the apartment had everything we needed, especially the washing machine! Apart from a few mosquitoes at night we had a perfect stay 😊

What a lovely stay in Venice! Very close to the Rialto Mercato stop. Super easy to hop on and off from there and get around the lagoon. Great restaurants and shops closeby - and the actual space is fantastic. We slept really well, very quiet place, and the shower is awesome!

This was a beautiful, spotlessly clean apartment in a quiet area. The host was wonderful - providing recommendations, extra items like waters and slippers, and communicated wonderfully when we struggled with the lock. I would absolutely stay here again if I am back in Venice!

We booked because another guest's review said "just go for it" and I would offer the same advice to others. We had a great time enjoying coffee & wine on the terrace while watching boat traffic on the Grand Canal. Although there are Vaporetto stops nearby, we walked almost everywhere we went and it was great to explore the neighborhood. For a quiet night in, stop by Fried Land (just around the corner) for excellent take-out pasta.

We loved this Airbnb for our Venice trip! The location was cute and had everything we needed within waking distance without the touristy hub bub of other parts of the city. We felt welcomed by Elena and she was detailed and responsive about communication. Her lovely little guide book was very informative - great pizza recommendation! We also loved the wonderful decor - she has a great eye for decorating!
