One of the best apartments we have stayed at… Antonella takes care of the tiniest details by providing goodies and toiletries. The apartment is spotless and the linen is crisp. I would recommend her apartment for a great and memorable stay in Venice. It’s within walking distance to Rialto Bridge and has a great location.

Der Aufenthalt bei Claudia war perfekt. Die Wohnung ist noch besser, als auf den Bildern. Alles ist makellos sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der kleine Garten ist wunderschön. Toll war auch, dass wir früher einchecken konnten und so nicht noch warten mussten nach der Anreise. Die Umgebung ist auch super. Nah an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Supermärkten und trotzdem ruhig. Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt 😊

This was the best stocked AirBnB in my month in Italy. Real home away from home experience. It is as described in her photos with some lovely welcome touches. It is close to the train/bus station in a quiet area. Communication was effective and timely. Siria was very thorough with directions and entry. Would stay here again for sure! It was a pleasure to stay with Viorica once more. The third floor flat has a wonderful terrace with a retractable awning that provides full cover. We had lunch and drinks on our own terrace every day. Viorica is a lovely person who takes pride in ensuring all is perfect and you have a great stay. My wife has brilliant chat with Viorica, practising her Italian language skills. We visit a lot of local restaurants, with fabulous food on offer. The location is very good and easy to use as a central point to allow walking to all the areas. We have visited Venice on many occasions and confirm that this is the best apartment ever, we look forward to returning in the future. L'appartement est hyper bien placé, la décoration est top. La vue sur le canal est géniale. L'arrivée autonome est un plus surtout en arrivant dans la nuit. Si vous prenez un taxi, il vous pose devant la porte. Les petites attentions sont très agréables, je pense qu 'il ne manque rien, il y a tout en équipement : lave linge séchant, climatisation, parapluie et cape de pluie... si je reviens à Venise, c'est sur je choisirai cet appartement.

our Airbnb in Venice was amazing. the apartment was clean, comfortable, and right on a canal which our kids loved! the apartment was centrally located making for short walks to many of Venice's wonderful sites. it is close to restaurants , a wonderful bakery, and a fabulous gelato place. Our host, Mirca, was amazing! she communicated daily to see if we had any needs, helped us find the best way to the airport in the early morning hours, and even booked our taxi for us. in a city where we knew no one, Mirca made us feel that we had a friend. I would recommend this property and her to anyone looking for a great place to stay while visiting Venice

The house was exactly as described! It had chilly air conditioning, the perfect location and a super responsive host. My film for my film camera got destroyed and the host even went and purchased some for me and had it waiting on the table, when I arrived. I thought that the bed/pillows were fine and we slept great!

This was a great experience. The apartment looks very much like the pictures. We slept great, quiet street, easy access, felt safe, perfectly working kitchen, bathrooms, etc. You can tell Marco takes care of the place and makes sure that everything is taken care for you. On top of all that, Marco was super responsive, very helpful with recommendations, advice about anything you might need, and frankly a hard worker who takes his role seriously and goes above and beyond to make sure his guests are happy. Would give 6 stars if I could. Thank you!

Arrigo’s home was in a good location if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle (which we did) It was in a quiet, peaceful and clean location. Arrigo is a great host, when we arrived early he met us at the water bus stop helped us with my suitcase and walked us to his home sharing with us his love for Venice. He kept our suitcases while we walked around and explored until check in time. Once check in time came we walked back, he met us outside and walked us in. He showed us around the apartment and how to work everything. He then pulled out a huge map and marked down anything and everything from restaurants, grocery stores to must see places as well as bus lines to and from different islands. He also made a little handbook for reference of everything he went over with us it was amazing, he’s so organized and we actually referred to his handbook a few times for restaurants. He also left us with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco from Vino Vero a must try very close to Airbnb.

Le logement est très bien placé , il est propre, la literie très confortable. Le quartier est calme donc agréable , peu de touriste , et idéalement placé pour profiter d’excellent restaurants à proximité. L’accueil était juste génial , des explications claires, l’hôte a vraiment pris le temps de nous indiquer pleins d’endroit sympa ! Et le petit plus , elle parle très bien français et est super réactive en cas de pépin. Elle nous a également arrangé par rapport à notre départ tardif pour déposer nos valises en attendant ! Logement donc au top en tout point

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Laura's apartment. Everything was so clean and organized, and still felt like home. Laura's instructions were super clear and she met us at the designated spot within a minute. We would highly recommend staying here and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we ever return to Venice.

Ilaria and Andrea’s place was absolutely amazing. It’s perfect location and being right on the canal you will see gondolas and boats going by all day. The place has incredible interior design and it has everything necessary for a great stay in Venice. A special thank you to Ilaria for setting up our water taxi to take us back to the airport at 4 am.

One of the best AirBnB stays we've ever had! Giacomo is an excellent host - was very proactive and gave us great recommendations; also was very responsive for questions during our stay. The apartment is amazing! It was perfect for our family with two small kids (ages 4 and 1). It was very well appointed and had everything needed for our stay. We felt right at home. The location of Campo San Polo was perfect! It was close enough to all the main sights, and had lots of restaurants/shopping in close walking distance. We felt like locals (even though we probably weren't fooling anyone) The restaurant just right outside the apartment was great for lunch (really good Pizza/Pasta) and being in close proximity was a game changer for the kids. If you have kids (particularly small ones) - it's helpful to hire a luggage porter. We did this when leaving, and it made our lives a bit easier.

I am still dreaming about the view from the windows! An ideal base to explore Venice and cozy sanctuary to return to, exactly as described—clean, charming, and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Caterina was incredibly responsive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a smooth stay. Everything was wonderful! The location was perfect. Close enough to explore the best of Italy, but tucked away just enough for peaceful mornings and restful evenings. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and welcoming Italian experience.

A great location just outside the busy center but still close enough to everything. Nice to be amongst locals in this charming flat. Our family had a wonderful two days in Venice.

A beautiful place to stay in Venice with beautiful canal view. Free and far away from tourists and feels so peaceful early mornings and late evenings. The apartment is in 4th floor, the view from the top is breath taking. Host replied to my messages promptly. Highly recommend.

Mikro was really a good host! The apartment looked like the pictures and was in a nice neighborhood close to a lot of restaurants and things to see.

Wonderful stay! Our host was very friendly and told us a both of recommendations on what do in the city. My friend and I loved the bath tub and sauna! Would stay again.

The place was perfect! Very well located, in an ideal spot, and spotlessly clean. It’s a unique triplex spread over three floors, which makes it both spacious and charming. Access is super easy through a private ground-floor entrance. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this place!

Great Airbnb! Flavio reached out via whats app and made sure I was comfortable with check in procedures. He sent his cousin, who spoke English, to assist us. The Airbnb was very clean and exactly as described! No issues at all! Great location! Very walkable to where we wanted to go!

The apartment has historic feelings and has been kept up to modern amenities. The view from the window is just unbelievable which elevates the apartment. Location is in the quieter part Venice which enables you to sleep well. I would highly recommend Pierantonio apartment.

It was great stay! I enjoyed a lot, beautiful neighbourhood, not far from Venice! The flat was clean, good condition and taken care well. It made me to feel, that im at home. Monica is the kindest host 100% ever! For sure coming back!
