Our stay at the apartment was great. Our host had everything prepared for us including breakfast, snacks and juice for the kid. They were super polite and reacted right away to everything we asked. Everything was super clean and stuffed with everything you could imagine. The apartment is in great location - super close to the city center and 150m away from a nice area with many restaurants, bara and coffees. Close to the University, the neighborhood is full of young people. I would totally recommend the place and if we come back to Bologna, will surely book it again if free!

Amazing location literally steps from the train station and 10-15 min walk through the beautiful Bologna portici to all the main attractions and restaurants. Amazing stay in amazing city!

We absolutely loved staying at Eliana's place, and our dog loved it even more! The house is spacious and decorated in a very homely style. The fenced garden is beautiful — our puppy loved roaming around and playing in the grass. If we come to the Bologna/Castel Guelfo area again, we will definitely stay with Eliana!

Wonderful place, even nicer than the pictures. A more than convenient location for visiting the center of Ferrara. The Host was always present and accompanied us during our stay with continuous messages containing directions and suggestions on parking, things to see, places to eat (from breakfast to dinner). Automatic check-in and check-out were a more than welcome discovery! I can only compliment you on your professionalism.

Given the comfort, cleanliness, location, responsiveness, and view from the windows, Caterina's place is one of the best (if not the actual best) Airbnbs i've stayed in. This apartment was an absolute dream! From the moment we stepped inside, we were enveloped in comfort and charm. The decor was stylish and inviting, and every amenity we could have hoped for was thoughtfully provided. The location was perfect, offering easy access to local gems. But what truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality of Arianna, who went above and beyond (sending an extensive list of recommendations) to ensure our stay was memorable. Spotlessly clean, incredibly cozy, and with a host who clearly cares, this is more than just a place to stay – it's an experience. Highly, highly recommended! Arianna notified us well before arrival that the life (elevator) was down for repairs and if this was an issue then a refund would not be an issue, but we proceeded nonetheless, however, we appreciated the prior warning.

I can’t speak highly enough about these two wonderful hosts. We had some trouble on our holiday and they were very responsive in helping us work everything out. If you’re thinking about booking here, just do it! Beautiful people, beautiful home!

This place is very comfortable and beautiful. you can feel the atmosphere of Italian historical life there. It's a great location for trips to surrounding towns. Franco was incredibly nice and open to our needs.

The place is beautifully located. In a very quiet area with lots of nature around. We really enjoyed being outside. The bed, kitchen and bathroom are also very pleasant and in good condition. Communication with dear Laura is flawless. All in all, we can highly recommend this accommodation and it is dear to everyone, as you have absolute peace and quiet.

We felt at home right away! With me and my aunt, there was also my one-and-a-half-year-old child, and the spaces were safe and clean, welcoming. Everything was perfect, the stay, the various rooms, the location, just everything! I will definitely ask for availability in case we have to go to Bologna again. The host was kind and friendly, we communicated easily and she was always there when I needed help. The apartment had everything you needed, it was like being at home. There were also verandas, we could lie down on one side and relax in the chairs of the other veranda. Easy access with the stroller both in the ramp and with the elevator. I had a very nice stay at Alessandras place. The appartment was very nice and had everything we needed. It was located in a quiet area, but within walking distance to nice restaurants and the city center. Communication was easy and she was a very helpful host. Would recommend.

This is a very spacious flat, which is beautifully furnished and has a lovely outside seating area. It is walkable distance to the old town and has a number of good cafes close by for breakfast. Plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen was very well equipped. Communication with the hosts was excellent and they were quick to respond. Our group was a couple in their 60s and 2 in their 70s. We could not have walked from the station but Carolina described where it was best to catch a taxi and the whole process was very easy. Carolina then ordered us a taxi for our return to the airport, which worked very well. It was a great stay and I would thoroughly recommend this flat!

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo’s place, really beautiful apartment, super sweet balcony. The perfect location, city center in walkable distance and beautiful neighborhood. We had a lovely 4-night stay in this beautiful apartment while my husband participated in a nearby tournament. The apartment is modern, clean, and beautifully decorated, exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is peaceful and still conveniently close to the city center. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed our time in Bologna. Highly recommend!

The location is perfect, the property and the building are classic Bologna architecture, the beds are very comfortable (sheets are super soft), and the apartment is very quiet. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This airbnb is at a great location from which you can reach everywhere in the city by walking. Host is very warm hearted and always responded quickly. Kitchen and bathroom offer all the basic things you need. Apartment is on the ground floor. Air conditioning works well too. I really enjoyed my stay!

Fantastic spacious apartment in the heart of Bologna! It was our first visit to this part of Italy and we loved it. The apartment is in a great location. There is a local convenience store a few minutes away where you can get all of your essentials. Nicoletta was a great host, very responsive to my messages and made sure check in smooth and we were happy with everything. There is a wonderful restaurant right next door to the apartment which was brilliant and highly recommended, called Sette Tavoli.
