Family-friendly holiday rentals in San Pedro Totoltepec

The apartment is beautiful and in a wonderful location- on a nice quiet street but in a wonderful and walkable location to so many restaurants and other neighborhoods. I felt very safe and comfortable! The apartment with its floor to ceiling windows and tree views is so lovely that I didn't even mind being rained in one evening!

We stayed in four different Airbnbs while in Mexico City and I think Rafael’s was my favorite. It felt most like home! From the moment we arrived, Rafael greeted us to show us around and then went out to provide us with a large jug of water, fresh fruit and juices, and a treat for the kids. He truly went above and beyond. The apartment is close to great restaurants and coffee shops. I loved that the building was secure and the amenities provided were great. Plenty of extra blankets, a fully stocked kitchen and fans which were very appreciated during the hot month of May. We also extended our stay two separate times and Rafael and Gabriel were super accommodating. Highly recommend this Airbnb and host! Would happily book again.

Very nice place, in a safe area, and with a nice view. Having guards outside the apartment was not something I expected but made me feel better as a solo traveler. The front desk people were really nice as well and respectful. I liked that not just anybody can go in and out. The apartment was nice and clean, I don’t have any complaints!

Excelente lugar para desconectarse del agentreo de la ciudad, muy tranquilo. Todas las amenidades tal cual estaban mostradas la encontrarás en la casa. Es pet friendly mi perrito estuvo muy contento y hay mucho espacio para andar por las áreas designadas.

Un lugar muy agradable, cómodo y seguro. mucha naturaleza el clima perfecto, las instalaciones muy cómodas. Las personas que nos recibieron nos hicieron sentir muy cómodos y en confianza, nos mostraron todo el lugar nos gustó mucho y se hicieron disponibles para cualquier cosa que necesitamos, los peritos son muy amigables, Duvalin nos acompaño y Popis es una perrita muy linda, 100 % recomendable.

Me encantó el lugar, es bastante tranquilo y no se escucha nada de ruido lo cual se agradece en la ciudad. Lo único con lo que batallé mucho fue con la escalera ya que no estaba bien afianzada, de ahí en fuera todo estuvo excelente. 🤍

Guillermo was a great host, very communicative from the jump to make sure we were comfortable. When we needed some extra accommodation he went out of his way to make it work. The location was wonderful, just outside the main hustle and bustle with everything you could want a 5-10 minute walk away. The apartment was clean and the balcony was perfect for enjoying a coffee or pre-dinner drink. I would highly recommend this airbnb to anyone looking to stay in CDMX!

Richard and Lety’s place exceeded all of our expectations! As someone who has visited Mexico City numerous times, I can honestly say their home is in an ideal location—just a short walk to the metro and a quick Uber ride to many of the city’s top attractions. The neighborhood feels very safe and has a great local market less than five minutes away where you can eat delicious food and buy anything you might need. But what truly makes this stay special is the room itself and the hosts. The space is cozy, the views are beautiful, and Richard and Lety are simply wonderful people. Their warmth and hospitality made all the difference during our trip. At one point they kindly offered to let us use their washer when I couldn’t find a laundromat, and by the time I came downstairs to collect our clothes, Richard had already washed everything for us. It was such a thoughtful gesture that really stood out. When I return to CDMX, I’ll definitely be booking with Richard and Lety again! Highly recom

Excelente alojamiento, gran vista, muy limpio y lindo. Ofrecen detalles que hacen la diferencia. Recomiendo la ubicación también, al estar en el centro el ruido y tránsito es normal, pero el edificio es muy seguro.

Lovely apartment full of music and literature. Beautiful neighborhood and very friendly neighbors. There was a brief power outage due to very heavy rains when we stayed and the neighbors in the building were so kind to us, gave us candles and helped us charge our phones, despite us being foreigners with a language barrier. Demian was very helpful throughout. It’s a beautiful building and apartment with a lovely balcony in a beautiful area, would definitely stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Ximena’s place is beautifully designed and decorated and the floor plan is spacious. She left recommendations and thoughtful touches in the space as well. We found the street noise to be a lot, but was drowned out fairly well using the fan on while sleeping. During the day it did get warm inside without AC but between opening the doors in the evening and using the fan overnight we found it comfortable even on the hotter days. We felt safe having security in the lobby and the neighborhood was very walkable. The view is lovely and location was central for us to walk or uber around many places throughout the city. Would definitely stay again and Ximena is a friendly and helpful host from start to finish in your stay.

El lugar es cómodo y está en una área donde puedes caminar a varios restaurantes, cafés, y tiendas. Me gustó que por las noches era pacífico y no se escuchaba ruido de trafico. El lugar es tal está descrito.

Estancia super recomendada, el lugar muy tranquilo, centrico, el loft limpio y el anfitrión siempre pendiente de todo.

Nuestra experiencia en el alojamiento de Susana fue excelente. Desde el primer momento, fue muy atenta, respondió rápidamente a nuestras consultas y nos hizo sentir bienvenidos. El lugar estaba impecable, tal como se mostraba en las fotos, muy cómodo y con todo lo necesario para una estadía agradable. La ubicación también fue perfecta para lo que necesitábamos. Sin dudas, volveríamos a hospedarnos allí y la recomendamos 100%.

Great place for our first visit to CDMX! Walkable to anything you could want in Roma Norte and condesa. Sarali is very responsive and friendly; we especially appreciated her list of recommendations. We went to some great places we wouldn’t have found ourselves.

This is a very nice location with a very walkable neighborhood with many restaurants and cafe's to choose from. Markets were close as well as nice boutiques on Amsterdam Street. The apartment was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was a plus as we did a lot of walking and various excursions.. The kitchen was well equipments and the roof top pool and loungers was a nice place for a quick dip and relaxing after a busy day. We highly recommend this apartment and Luis and colleagues were very helpfull

¡Espectacular! La casa es una joya, con una vista impresionante al Tepozteco. Fuimos el fin de semana para la boda de mi hermano y no pudimos haber elegido un lugar mejor. Patricio fue súper flexible con las personas que vinieron a ayudarnos a arreglarnos y a tomar fotos, lo cual hizo toda la diferencia. La casa es aún más hermosa que en las fotos , se siente como un verdadero hogar. Maribel también estuvo siempre atenta a cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Es importante saber que hay poca señal de celular y que, cuando llueve, se puede ir la luz en todo el pueblo. Pero honestamente, eso solo sumó a la experiencia, es el lugar perfecto para desconectarte y disfrutar de verdad. La pasamos increíble y regresaríamos 1000% sin pensarlo. ¡Mil gracias por todo!
