Smoking friendly holiday rentals in San Nicolás

Pedro was responsive, professional and the unit 2 doors from Defensa and the Sunday San Telmo street ferria- very worthwhile. Nearby are several of the main tourist sites and many of the Tango shows. As they say in these parts, the neighborhood is a "poco complicado" especially at night, unlike a lot of Buenos Aires. Use Iber, Cabify, etc. I would definitely stay again to explore this side of town.

Facundo was very helpful, he answered the questions quickly and clearly. He is a really super person. The house gets a lot of sun, just the elevator is old. The rest was super.

The apartment was exactly as in the photos, it has an excellent location: very close to the obelisk, restaurants, cafes. It is also easy to find transportation by bus, subway or taxi. Alejandra was kind, diligent, she was attentive and always lends a helping hand. Undoubtedly we recommend it, it is very convenient to go around the city

A great studio apartment, well located in the city. Marcos Nicolas was very friendly, communicated well and gave recommendations. The perfect spot for a few days in Buenos Aires.

A nice stay and Raúl was always attentive to any questions, queries we had, adding that he answered quite quickly. The place is quite nice , clean, cozy, with natural lighting and ventilation (something I always appreciate ) . The location was quite central to go anywhere and/or use public transportation. The av. currents has a unique energy, highly recommended.

Great place for those who go in group. It comfortably accommodates about 12 people. The house has a yard with a barbecue that is charming and very useful for rainy days and lunch with the gang. It has three bathrooms with hot water (one in a suite) and working perfectly. There is a supermarket almost on the corner. In the end, the house was a comfort for everyone. I would definitely come back if I needed a big place to stay. I loved it!

This is a wonderful place. For a very reasonable price, you get a real home in Buenos Aires – two floors, two bathrooms, balconies, and even a real garden on the terrace. Highly recommended! Just be prepared for heating via air conditioning – it got a bit cold during rainy days. Other than that, everything was great.

We loved our stay at Tobias' place! Firstly, the courtyard is beautiful and so quiet and peaceful even though you are right on the middle of the city. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. The neighborhood was perfect, a grocery store across the street, plenty of great restaurants and parks nearby. Tobias was so helpful and gave us a lot of local recommendations that we loved. He was also always responsive when we messaged him and was very flexible with our check in time. We would stay here again for sure!!

Great place to stay with a large group. It is very conveniently located and easy to get around from. The rooftop is a special treat.

Amazing stay!!! I highly recommend Lucas's place. Perfect location, walkable everywhere, gorgeous home, high ceilings (the place is bigger than in photos when it is usually the opposite!!!) And the patio is AMAZING! Spent so much time up there. Spent a full month and could truly have moved there. The only thing I would note is the stairs going up to the balcony dont have a railing (brutalist style which I really liked, never felt unsafe) so if you have little kids or have poor balance that may be a safety risk. Otherwise no issues!

I loved my stay at this home. The place is very clean, the bed is impeccable, with clean sheets and extras in case you are cold. Mara's kindness and warmth give the place a plus. Always attentive and very flexible with schedules. Thank you Mara for everything!

Had a lovely stay at Maria’s adorable condo. The building felt secure, and the neighborhood was very walkable. Maria was also kind enough to accommodate a late check-out, which we really appreciated since my partner and I had a red-eye flight home that night. ✨
