More beautiful than in the photos, very comfortable, very good with the schedules to arrive early, the area is nice, there was no problem and the noises were not annoying.

Great apartment, big pool, big house, everything is organized conveniently. There is everything you need. Check-in went without problems. Of the minuses - check-out at 10 am

We were in Buenos Aires for our son’s wedding and had another son and his wife staying with us. The apartment is the second floor of a grand old house in Belgrano, a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There were places for good breakfast and lunch nearby. We enjoyed the large spotless kitchen and the comfortable tv room. The bed’s are enormous and quite comfortable. Our friends who are from Buenos AIres saw it and asked for the contact information. We highly recommend this apartment, but we are used to city sounds of buses and traffic.

The house is impressive, the family was super happy, it was a good surprise. Thank you for everything, we will be back

An absolutely gorgeous house in one of the nicest areas of Buenos Aires. I think the house is even better than described and the photos! Also, Yanina was super responsive, helpful and really kind. Definitely would stay again if I’m back in BA!

Been staying for 6 months. Long story short: 10/10. It is located inside the block, so you don't have street noises. When there is no construction in a house nearby (I was unlucky, so I had a lot of noise), you won't find a more restful place than here. Safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and cafés. Coble stone streets that slowdown the already little traffic. Extremely beautiful patio and plants. Everything is exactly as in the pictures. Neighbors are incredibly kind too and if you love cats, you will be visited by the neighbor's cat often. What I didn't like too much was the bed as it makes a lot of noises when turning around in it due to the type of frame. Besides that, the place is absolutely beautiful. You will love it. The hosts are the best I ever had, available as quickly as possible, replying within minutes, trying everything to make you feel at home and taking care that you have everything you need. 100% recommendation.

Loved the place. We spent almost two months in this Airbnb. The apartment is simply one of the best Airbnbs you can get in Buenos Aires. The location is perfect, the area is very safe, and walking distance to centro, Puerto madero and many local spots. The apartment is very spacious (way more than what it looks in the pictures). The host was very kind and friendly but also we had all the privacy we wanted. Thanks Pablo!

The place was pretty good. Big and spacious to have family and friends over. Very nice location close to the subway and buses. San Telmo is great if you like the business and vibrancy of Buenos Aires.

Excellent apartment, location, cleanliness, comfort of the bed, attention and predisposition of Pablo... the apartment is one step away from Av Corrientes but you can rest perfectly without problems and you have the subway around the corner to move comfortably...everything is great! I would definitely choose it again. I would add a full-length mirror. Haha, it's a detail that some women need to see how the outfit looks, 😂 but I repeat, it's a detail and there's no reason why I wouldn't stay again on my next stay. Thank you Pablo and Tomy

I loved the apartment, well located, a safe place, friendly people, there was always security personnel at the entrance of the building. Gabriela was very kind and attentive to my arrival and departure. I already recommended it to my relatives who plan to visit Buenos Aires, it is a good place to stay.

What to say about this place wonderful location, close to everything, treem station, buses, cafes, markets. There were printed instructions and tips of where to go and what to do. Thanks to the localization we make the rides and get back to rest without stress. Pedro was extremely kind and friendly, checkin super quiet our data was with the porters that are even there 24 hours, including the night porter Mr. Ancel was one of the best people we know, he is very kind and tries to understand us in our portunhol, he really worked hard and helped us a lot with tips on places and safety. About the accommodation was clean, there are bedding for warmer and cooler days, air-conditioning in the bedroom and living room.

Beautiful apartment and excellent location. Very safe. Highly recommended for those who want or need to be in the center, and close to the most important points of the city.

The view is unmatched! Everyone was kind and accommodating and there was a supermarket right next door in case you need snacks. Pablo also made recommendations on where to get other essential items. he always responded within the hour if not immediately AND the place had all the amenities listed

The attention and communication was constant, from the reservation itself, days before the trip, and during the trip itself. They welcomed me at the time I arrived from my trip (at dawn). The apartment was in perfect condition and they always showed interest in my needs.

José Luis's apartment is highly recommended, it is a beautiful apartment. Super comfortable, with an unbeatable location. José Luis takes care of every detail, super comfortable beds, in front of all kinds of transportation: subway, bus, taxis, Uber, and even the tourist bus. Close to the shops, the Guerrin pizzeria, the Obelisk, the Colón Theater, everything. José Luis welcomed us with chocolates and coffee. There is a washing machine, kitchen, towels, toiletries, extra blankets, it smells delicious. I certainly hope to be back. José Luis welcomed us in the early morning when we arrived. He gave us all the directions and was always attentive to what we needed. We are very grateful for making our time in Buenos Aires the best experience.
