Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in San Nicolás

Pasamos una gran estadía en familia, el lugar es tal cual se ve en las fotos, está equipado con todo lo que necesita una familia. Fueron flexible con el ingreso y la salida, la comunicación fue excelente. Claro que volveremos y recomendaremos el alojamiento.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour, près du transport en commun et des restaurants. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse et l'aide de nos hôtes qui ont répondu à nos questions en plus de la terrasse avec le bbq pour se préparer des asados comme les argentins!

We were in Buenos Aires for our son’s wedding and had another son and his wife staying with us. The apartment is the second floor of a grand old house in Belgrano, a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There were places for good breakfast and lunch nearby. We enjoyed the large spotless kitchen and the comfortable tv room. The bed’s are enormous and quite comfortable. Our friends who are from Buenos AIres saw it and asked for the contact information. We highly recommend this apartment, but we are used to city sounds of buses and traffic.

Been staying for 6 months. Long story short: 10/10. It is located inside the block, so you don't have street noises. When there is no construction in a house nearby (I was unlucky, so I had a lot of noise), you won't find a more restful place than here. Safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and cafés. Coble stone streets that slowdown the already little traffic. Extremely beautiful patio and plants. Everything is exactly as in the pictures. Neighbors are incredibly kind too and if you love cats, you will be visited by the neighbor's cat often. What I didn't like too much was the bed as it makes a lot of noises when turning around in it due to the type of frame. Besides that, the place is absolutely beautiful. You will love it. The hosts are the best I ever had, available as quickly as possible, replying within minutes, trying everything to make you feel at home and taking care that you have everything you need. 100% recommendation.

Our host Candela was so helpful in answering all questions and communicating all the necessary details in advance of our arrival. When we arrived, everything was just as expected, and even better. The house, large and charming and super clean, was equipped to meet all of our needs. The only things we needed to purchase were the foods and drinks for our stay. The back yard was blooming with flowers and well manicured, and was a great spot for young boys to run and play, and for us to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. We enjoyed doing our own Parilla at the outside grill and kitchen. There was more than ample furniture, inside and outside, large tables and many chairs, and large comfortable sofas and beds. The place had a warm and cozy feel, and it felt like home when returning to it, after hours out exploring Buenos Aires. This location in Palermo was fabulous, as you can walk in any direction and find coffee shops, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, markets, etc. very near.

Loved the place. We spent almost two months in this Airbnb. The apartment is simply one of the best Airbnbs you can get in Buenos Aires. The location is perfect, the area is very safe, and walking distance to centro, Puerto madero and many local spots. The apartment is very spacious (way more than what it looks in the pictures). The host was very kind and friendly but also we had all the privacy we wanted. Thanks Pablo!

We stayed in spite of problems with the gas resulting in no hot water. Lucia offered a refund or a steep discount. We opted for the discount and we have no regrets. The terrace and views are more than worth the slight inconvenience since we could still heat up water with the kettle and microwave. Highly recommend.

This place is exactly as it is described. The apt is simple, but it has everything for 1 or 2 people to stay in downtown BA comfortably. It is a great value for the money

The apartment is excellent and very cozy. It’s warm inside, the heating is provided by air conditioners, and it’s more than enough. There’s a comfortable balcony with a nice view of the city. Everything was great. Amilcar always responds quickly and thoroughly to all questions. I definitely recommend!

me sentí muy a gusto, como en casa. Está cerca de todo, puerto madero, plaza de mayo, obelisco, etc. el edificio está nuevo y el apartamento es un lujo.

Estuve una noche y la experiencia fue excelente. El departamento está muy bien ubicado, en una zona tranquila de Palermo pero cerca de todo. Limpio, cómodo y con todo lo necesario para una estadía corta. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida y clara. Lo recomiendo sin dudas.

A estadia foi marcada por conforto, praticidade e uma localização excepcional. No 27º andar de um edifício moderno, o apartamento oferece uma vista deslumbrante da cidade e do Rio da Prata, com um nascer do sol espetacular todas as manhãs. A localização é um grande diferencial: rodeada por ótimos restaurantes, cafés e mercados — alguns 24h — além de estar próxima ao metrô. Muitos pontos turísticos estão a poucos minutos de caminhada, facilitando muito os deslocamentos. O apartamento é moderno, bem ventilado e iluminado. A vista é realmente o destaque, mas a estrutura também merece elogios, com cozinha equipada e utensílios disponíveis para refeições no local. Recomendo a quem busca conforto, praticidade e uma experiência visual única em Buenos Aires.

We had an excellent stay at the apartment. Check-in process was very easy. Tobias was very flexible as our flight got delayed and he made arrangements for a later check in for us. The place was perfect for our family of four. Very comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The only downside is some very mild street noise in the main bedroom. We knew this ahead of time as we had read it on some reviews. Overall did not bother us.

Excelente departamento para 1 o 2 personas, ideal tanto para estadías cortas como semi prolongadas (hasta una semana). Está muy bien decorado, limpio y tal como se muestra en el anuncio. Al llegar, nos recibieron con té y café de cortesía, además de toallas y todos los elementos prometidos. El mobiliario es de excelente calidad y todo el personal fue súper atento y amable durante toda la estadía. Como único detalle a mejorar, mencioné al hacer el check-out que la señal del WiFi era pobre y no llegaba bien y que el control remoto del aire necesitaba revisión. Me comentaron que ya estaban al tanto y lo solucionarían pronto, lo cual agradezco mucho. Sin duda lo recomendaría y volvería a hospedarme allí. ¡Gracias por todo!

Excelente opción de alojamiento. Se encuentra muy bien ubicado, fácil acceso al transporte público y a algunos minutos caminando del Obelisco. Muy buena comunicación con el anfitrión. Recomendado 😊

O apartamento é ótimo, extremamente limpo, roupas de cama e banho muito cheirosas e de boa qualidade. A localização é excelente, tem várias opções de restaurantes e cafés ao redor, fizemos muitas coisas a pé. Estava tudo perfeito, Magdalena foi uma excelente anfriã, sempre muito gentil e respondendo rapidamente. Recomendo a todos.

Muy buen hospedaje, estaba limpio y era hermoso. La anfitriona fue muy amable y nos resolvió todas las dudas al instante. Es un barrio tranquilo y a la vez cercano a varios puntos interesantes de la ciudad. Considerar que son 4 pisos sin ascensor por lo que dificulta el movimiento de maletas. Recomiendo comprar papel higiénico ya que no era de buena calidad el que se ofrecía. Si tenía todos los demás implementos para una estadía perfecta.

Muy amables y respondían enseguida. El apartamento precioso, buena ubicación. Todo muy limpio y ordenado. Habría que arreglar una de las canillas de la ducha que está floja. Demás todo muy bien!! El parking fácil de encontrar, pero al ser una calle transitada muy demorado en salir o entrar allí.
