The apartment was exactly as described and had a beautiful view over the old city. It’s perfectly located only 5 mins walk to anywhere in town with lots of lovely restaurants and shops - there was also live music in the square. Reggio Emilia was a short stop for us and was a lovely hidden gem. Miles and his wife welcomed us and were amazingly kind and helpful. The apartment is well appointed, comfortable beds and exactly as described in the listing and spotless throughout. Miles was responsive and helpful at both check-in and out. Would definitely recommend and return if we come back this way again.

Really super kind and friendly homeowner, always available... I would even say that the photos do not do justice to the very well-kept structure in every aspect and super clean. Convenient location, nearby amenities and restaurants and walking distance. Incredible value, never found around Italy such new facilities at such affordable prices. Super-recommended.

Apartment was in a great location to explore the city. Good amenities and comfortable furniture. Good to be outside the ZTL zone if you are travelling by car. Parking can be a little tricky depending on the time you are parking but overall it was fine.
