The city is a mere 20 minutes away allowing guests easy access to the restaurants and amenities, while providing a tranquil and secluded escape from the hustle and noise of city life. Tours and general transportation for day to day needs to the the city and surrounding regions can also be arranged directly with the property caretaker Evers who is on site for an additional cost which can be negotiated directly with Evers.

Fundo Don Alfredo (en honor a nuestro abuelo) en las Lomas de Sauce, es el sueño cumplido de mi hermano. Un paraíso rodeado de exuberante naturaleza, con un clima tropical agradable y fresco y la paz que todos buscamos. Un excelente punto de partida para realizar trekings internos y a todas las atracciones turísticas de la zona. Una joya oculta.

Veronica was very attentive from my arrival, she greeted me with courtesy and showed me the facilities of the place. He gave me recommendations on places to visit, dishes to order, and made check-in and check-out easy. Although my stay was very short due to work issues, Veronica's hospitality and recommendations made my stay more comfortable and complete than I thought. I'll definitely be back!!

We loved our stay at the Botanical Gardens! It was a unique experience to be immersed in nature, yet still close to town. Waking up to the sight of little monkeys, birds, and other rescued animals was truly special. The gardens are filled with a variety of beautiful plants, flowers, and trees — a true paradise for nature lovers. Everything was just as described, and Denisse was a great host, offering helpful local recommendations and keeping communication smooth throughout. Just a small note for future guests: the accommodation has quite open acoustics, so sounds from the building and nearby rooms carry a bit. Also, access can be tricky during heavy rain, as mototaxis may struggle with the muddy path — something to keep in mind when planning your transport. That said, these were minor aspects of an otherwise wonderful and memorable stay!

I loved the place and my whole family also, very spacious, ventilated and with several common spaces. The backyard is very beautiful, has a pool, place to grill and share with family and friends. The hostess was very friendly, communicative and flexible also with our schedules! I would recommend it 100% and of course we will be back in the future!
