This charming studio casita is situated on a hillside with the best views of sunrise and moonrise over Lake Atitlan as well as fantastic canyon views. Very private, quiet, lovely gardens, kitchen. Perfect for a single person or a couple. Min. 2 days Santa Cruz is only accessible by boat and is known for its beauty and tranquility. There are some good local restaurants along the lake shore plus kayak rentals and great swimming at the foot our our hill. Hiking is also wonderful in our area.

The place is just like the pictures, beautiful space to hang around and cook in and close to the center of San Marcos, which was super convenient. The person who greeted us was super nice and helped us with our bags. I will caution, you have to climb a hundred steep steps to get to you cabin. They don't have a fan in the room so we slept with the door open to get some breeze but the town is very loud at night so that made it difficult to get a good night's sleep but it's not the hosts fault. Overall worth it!

Our family of 8 truly enjoyed our stay. We would’ve loved to have more time to get groceries to enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen. The host was always responsive with excellent suggestions and information. We will definitely stay again when coming back to the area. We loved the pool and soccer field. Laundry room was wonderful as well. We walked to a couple restaurants, and enjoyed them very much. Highly recommend!
