Kid-friendly holiday rentals in San Marcello Piteglio

My wife and I stayed at Marco’s for a week for our honeymoon. We both loved it. Pool was beautiful and peaceful. The property is fantastic the pictures don’t do it justice. As amazing as it looks in the photos it is 1000 times better in person. The front gate made everything feel so secure. Walking up the steps to the guest house we were hit with a nice floral smell with all the daisies growing everywhere. Such a peaceful and beautiful property. The view was stunning looking over the mountains. The place was perfect. The kitchen was everything we needed and more, the pull out couch allowed us to relax and watch tv at the end of the night. The patios were perfect for coffees and meals. And the bed was nice and comfortable. Marco left a flower pedal heart on the bed for us which was a nice personal touch. We met his parents (who stay in the main house) they were very kind and gave us our privacy. There was lots of information about the area and things to do. Wish we stayed longer

This home is most beautiful. We felt like royalty and were received with the kindness and friendliness that is rarely seen in the best 5 star locations. Better as we not only felt like guests we felt like family. The home is minutes from a world famous Italian spa which we experienced - truly amazing. The home is a short walk to town which is small albeit charming. Guilio and his mother Rita are true gems. We are already planning our next trip to our new home away from home. Everything was 5 star all the way. Hands down. Thank you again, Guilio and Rita😘

Wat hebben wij het getroffen bij Tenuta Verde. Monica en Daniele zijn gastvrouw en heer pur sang. Alles is tot in de puntjes geregeld. Warm welkom bij aankomst, een welkomspakket waarmee je de eerste avond en ochtend mee doorkomt. Alle vorige lovende recensies zijn helemaal waar. Tips over de omgeving wat er te doen is naast de grote bezienswaardigheden en waar je lekker kan eten en het beste ijs kunt kopen. Warme persoonlijkheden die altijd voor je klaar staan. Daniele kwam zelfs 2 keer eigengemaakte wijn brengen, heerlijk. Het huis is zo fijn "thuiskomen" na een lange dag weg. Heerlijk de rust in de tuin en om het huis. We missen het nu al. Prachtige omgeving en heerlijk verblijf, de rust komt je tegemoet. De host en zijn vrouw zijn super vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen!

Heerlijk verblijf gehad op een mooie locatie. De familie is erg aardig, de kinderen zijn lief, goeie tips gehad van Tessa, alle benodigdheden waren aanwezig en schoon.

Appartamento in centro paese, delizioso e caratteristico. Ben arredato e rifinito con gusto, ad un prezzo estremamente competitivo. Un grazie a Claudia, la mamma di Lorenza, gentile e presente ogni volta che serve. In buona sostanza: Se cercate un appartamento dove stare bene, in un borgo piccolo e delizioso, dove le persone che incontri ti salutano e alcune si fermano anche a chiacchierare con te. Se cercate un host gentile e disponibile, che quando ti incontra lungo la via si ferma e ti presenta alle altre persone del paese, raccontandoti anche frammenti di storia di quel borgo. Se cercate un luogo dove il tempo veramente rallenta e dove potete gustare ottimo cibo, senza spendere cifre folli (se non volete restare a casa a cucinare, cosa possibile perché l’appartamento ha tutto). Se cercate questo e tanto altro ancora, andate a colpo sicuro e prenotate questo appartamento.

Wie auch die anderen Gäste waren wir rundum zufrieden und wurden unglaublich herzlich empfangen. Es ist eine ganz wundervolle Familie. In der Unterkunft war alles vorhanden was man zum gut leben und für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Wir haben tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen bekommen und uns total wohl gefühlt. Francesco ist ein sehr charmanter, hilfsbereiten Gastgeber, mit dem wir nette Gespräche hatten. Ganz besonders toll fanden wir die Fürsorge für Kinder. Unser Kind liebte die bereit gestellten Spielzeuge, den grossen Garten und die Katzen. Ganz klare Empfehlung.

This place is absolutely stunning! Alessandro is the most amazing host- very flexible with our late check in and early leaving time- even brought us a cappuccino at 3:30am before we left! Couldn’t recommend more- we will definitely be back- thank you for the most amazing stay!

Micaelas lejlighed er et perfekt sted til 100% afslapning og dejlige vandreture. Lejligheden har alt hvad der skal bruges. Og der er mange dejlige udendørs opholdssteder. Landsbyen er rigtig hyggelig, og der er fine stier der til. Og mange andre steder at vandre. Michaela hjalp med bagage transport, da det sidste stykke op til huset ikke er til lave biler, også det var rigtigt godt. Der var rigtig god service fra Micaelas side under hele opholdet. Amazing place & beautiful location. Personally, we really enjoyed the restaurant below us, super friendly, gorgeous traditional Italian food at an excellent price! I would highly recommend the accommodation for a relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings! Super clean, great communication via the host, extremely comfortable and decorated to perfection. Restaurant - Antica Osteria Dei Mercanti - 5 star too!!

Das Inserat der Unterkunft bietet bei weitem nicht die wunderschöne Landschaft der Unterkunft ab! Es gibt zig versteckte Plätze im Garten, in denen man entspannen kann. Am besten gefiel uns die tägliche Radfahrt nach Lucca mit den von Anita bereitgestellten Fahrrädern. Call me by your name Szenen in real life! Ebenfalls toll war die Nähe zum Strand Marina di Vecchiano, welcher als Art Geheimtipp gilt im Vergleich zu den überlaufenen Stränden bei Viareggio. Der Grill der Unterkunft eignet sich perfekt für ein gemütliches Barbecue, wenn man genug von Pizza und Pasta hat. Die Küche reicht vollkommen aus um sich mittags jegliche Gericht zu zaubern. Außerdem gibt es eine Dartscheibe, mit welcher man sich gut die Nachmittage vertreiben kann. Die einzigen Nachteile waren für uns: Der Pool war leider etwas niedrig mit 1,10m. Die Gegend hat eine leichte Mückenplage, wobei Anita uns Material zur Verfügung stellte um dem entgegenzuwirken. Alles in allem eine wunderbare Unterkunft!!

Die Unterkunft war sauber und schön. Vor allem die Terrasse ist ein Traum. Davide war ein super toller Gastgeber. Er hat uns tolle Ausflugstipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Pistoia, la petite Florence, vous invite à prendre le temps de vivre tout en vous dévoilant la beauté de la renaissance Toscane. Dans cette ville, un palais du 16ème siècle abrite un magnifique appartement. Son intérieur, rythmé par les croisées d'ogives rappelant son histoire, vous accueille à bras ouvert après une journée de visite. Les anciens escaliers de service dans la buanderie, rappellent qu'à l'époque, cet endroit était la cuisine de cette noble famille habitant le palais. Ces traces du passé laissent sans problème la place à la modernité et l'aménagement du lieu mêle design et authenticité. À moins d'une heure de Florence, Pise, Lucca, Vinci ou de la mer, Pistoia est sans nul doute extrêmement bien située. Alessandro nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de patience et de gentillesse. Un hôte très amical que nous prendrons plaisir à retrouver une prochaine année. Ma fille le remercie d'avoir retrouvé son doudou après notre départ, ennième preuve de sa gentillesse.

Sehr schöne ruhige Unterkunft im toskanischen Flair. Tolle Anlage auch mit Pool und toller Aussicht. Schnell in Florenz und auf den Straßen zu den Ausflugszielen. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen! Wir kommen gern wieder. :)

Bryan en Marina hebben een waar groen paradijs gemaakt rondom deze fraaie oude boerderij. Naast Bryan en Marina zijn in het gebouw 2 appartementen opgenomen, benevens een derde appartement dat door anderen verhuurd wordt. De appartementen van Bryan en Marina zijn zeer smaakvol ingericht met een Engelse touch. Wij hebben daar heel veel van genoten. De mooie grote tuin en het terras wordt met elkaar gedeeld, voor het appartement is nog een klein eigen terras. De locatie ligt erg mooi en handig om de vele bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving te bezoeken. Wij vonden Bryan en Marina zeer hartelijk en we hebben veel leuke gesprekken met ze gevoerd. We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad.

El apartamento está en un pueblo precioso. Tuvimos algunos problemas, pero hablamos con Paolo y los resolvió enseguida. Estuvimos muy cómodos. Lo recomiendo.

It’s just not possible to accurately state in an Airbnb review how otherworldly this place is— this home and its location and community (Mony and The Top Bar!!!) were unlike anything we’ve ever experienced. We will D R E A M of coming back someday! We’ve been traveling Europe with our three children for the past three months and this was my favorite Airbnb out of all we’ve ever been to. If you’re looking for an authentic Italian village getaway — this is it. Please don’t miss your opportunity!

Eugenia was a wonderful host - she went above and beyond to help us with our car parking. She gave a brief and welcoming orientation to the property and made us feel very welcome. I was visiting for a conference and my fiancée felt safe in the area when she was alone and very secure in the property. If you are traveling to Florence I recommend trying to avoid bringing a car - the city is better done on foot, but there are some parking garages nearby for 30-40€/ day if, like us, you arrived by car. Wonderful stay, cute apartment, great area. Enjoy!

We loved our stay. It was a beautiful place to relax during our travels.

We've stayed in many nice AirBnbs, but few have truly made us feel as comfortable and at home as this place did. Very easy walk to the main piazza with shopping and cafes. 6 min walk from a lovely park with a weekly farmer's market. Food and coffee on the same block, and near a large grocery store. Nice desk/work space, good air conditioning. One thing to note is you have to climb four flights of stairs and there's no elevator. Also, the couch is small for 2 people. Still, we would stay here again.

This historic apartment inside Palazzo Pfanner is a unique stay with a splendid view into the magnificent palazzo gardens! I highly recommend staying for a once in a lifetime experience. Dario and his family own and manage the property and are very welcoming hosts. Depending on whether you intend to cook, we found the kitchen small and not very well equipped. Also, the bathroom is functional but rather dated. Overall a great stay for a unique experience!

We had a wonderful stay! Chiara and Giovanni were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. The house is small but has all what is needed (including kitchen staff and homemade olive oil, dish and laundry machine...). In front of house is lovely garden with the table and chairs. The swimming pool was clean and had a lovely view of the olive trees, adding to the charm of the settingm. There is a parking spot always available at the property. The place itself is beautiful and peaceful - perfect for relaxing. We also loved the location - few minutes from city by car, yet tucker away enough to feel quiet and remote. That balance made our stay truly special. 10 min from place is a nice farm/garden where are animal, small playgrounds for kids, there is also possibility to do picnic, walk, feed animals... We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!
