Beachfront holiday rentals in San Juan

Spending my birthday here at the beach was just amazing. We had the beach almost completely for us alone. At night the star sky or at daytime the little kayak and snorkel adventures you could get yourself into. The hut was clean, rustic and the kitchen is incredibly equipped with pretty bowls etc. thank you again Angele for the surprise birthday present. The massage was great. 100% recommended if you like to be secluded and enjoy the beach on your own❤️🌺🥭🌊🌞🌴

Nice place! It is a small property with 4 domes. Private beach and restaurant. Didn’t try the bar but they offer bar service as well. The team do their best to make your stay comfortable. Unfortunately some day users of the facilities don’t share their dedication and left a lot of garbage on the beach. We had a good time picking it up with the kids who live there and had fun with some glow lights I had leftover from night diving. The team is really great’. They work hard and are very helpful. The beach at high tide has a sandy bottom but on low tide can be a. Bit rocky. But you will definitely enjoy it. Bring bug spray! Star gazing on the beach is a must.

It was a great stay overall, I appreciate the responsiveness and the hosts family even welcomed us. There were some items that need to be fixed but didn’t really impacted our stay. A great place to stay if you want peaceful, quiet, and beautiful view/scenery.

I love the place- beautiful and comfy, feels at home. Host is very friendly and responsive. Caretakers are so nice! Really recommend this place.

Karen is a great host, she was proactive and made check-in easy. She responds very quickly to messages. All his recommendations were really worth it. The place is beautiful, very private with splendid views and amazing sunsets! Close to activities like waterfall tour or swimming in beautiful lagoons! Wilson was really kind to respond to our requests. Definitely will be coming back!

Gloria is an amazing host. The place was exactly as described even better once you get here. Very clean great Ac. The pool was very clean and nice. I really liked her dogs too very friendly. My girlfriend really loved it too. We both would highly recommend this place and actually this is my second time staying here. Thanks again Gloria for helping My stay to be more enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our stay. As others had mentioned, the company of Oslo and Kirby, the two house dogs, was wonderful. We also really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and sitting area underneath the house as well as the large deck upstairs. There’s lots of good restaurants in Dauin and it’s really helpful to rent a scooter for the ~10 minute ride. For divers, Liquid Dive resort is directly next-door, which is very convenient. We would definitely stay again.

An amazing experience! Definitely a recommendation for both wanting to relax soaking in the sun on the hammock or seeking an adventure snorkelling and experience what the island has to offer. Amazing staff! Thank you to the host for an unforgettable experience defo coming back

I was freaking out about extra fees after reading the reviews. those don't apply if your staying there. They allow other people to come in and party. (Those I believe are where the negative comments come from, but this is the exclusive part of actually staying there. your are the vip and can invite others to join you or stay to yourself. the open areas are sold to walkins to watch the sunset.) you get 1st pick on all the amenities. welcomed with a drink and it was a great vibe.

The place is very accessible and we enjoyed our stay. Their staff is very accomodating with our requests. During our stay it rained so we'd say Wifi is ok for working if you don't need to be in a meeting.

Franklina's place was soo good. One of the best fit-for-purpose airbnbs Ive been in around the world. I had to work remotely during the day and then was diving at night and this was perfect. Balcony has sea view, powerpoints and fan!! Ideal work conditions. Pool was awesome, marine sanctuary at the front. Kitchen was fantastic and there is a deli with cheeses, wine etc 3 min walk away. Ricky on site could help with everything, even picking up my washing when the laundromat forgot to wash it and I had to leave. He also met me to check in at midnight. Even in one day of torrential rain I could still work from the balcony amd watch the storm. Very beautifully decorated and everything seems brand new. Night diving was also world class!! I was so sad to leave this place. Resturant across the road does amazing vegan (and non vegan) food and will bring it to your room too!! Such a great place to stay - infintely better than any hotel!

I completely agree with all of the positive reviews. This seaside cottage is a great place to stay, very comfortable, and convenient to town and the port. I enjoyed the pool and even got to watch a few movies on Netflix. The hosts are fantastic people. They picked me up and took me to the port, which was only a few minutes ride but this is a kind gesture which makes guests feel so welcome. They were kind, responsive, and gave me very prompt and helpful travel suggestions. My highest possible rating!

Fantastic place to stay if you choose San Juan as your home-base in Siquijor. The view from out room was absolutely gorgeous with the pool and the sea. Clean, new and with all the conveniences of a hotel room (even a mini fridge) but the privacy of a home. We loved staying in the lanai (open living room area) of our room. Kitchen was spotless and came in handy. We also loved being able to order in from some pretty good restaurants in the area. Franklina was also very warm and friendly and his staff were very helpful. We would love to stay here again if we find ourselves in the island once more.

This place was absolutely amazing and well worth the price paid. Directly on a white sand beach in front of a protected marine reserve with fantastic snorkeling. Walking distance to fabulous restaurants, local shopping, and small mom and pop grocery stores. Close to all the main attractions on Siquijor. The 3 full time staff were amazing, especially Ricky. They keep the pool and grounds spotless, are there to accommodate your every request yet are not intrusive and respect your privacy. The sunsets from the beach are incredible. The rooms are small and simple, yet clean and comfortable with every modern amenity you may need. We ordered breakfast from the restaurant across the street (Luca Loco) several mornings and they delivered it to us on the beach. We had a blast in the pool as well. On a scale of 1-10, I rate Casa Juan del Barrio a 12. We will definitely be back next time we visit Siquijor.

We loved our stay here. Wish we’d stayed for longer. Right on the beachfront and so central too so easy to get to restaurants etc, and very helpful staff. Probably one of the loveliest bits of beach in Siquijor! Very cozy clean room and amazing aircon haha! Thank you

You can relax at this place! It is quiet and the sea can even be seen from the bed. The shared kitchen is clean and well stocked. In general, the space is clean and maintained. Hosts are very friendly and eager. With a scooter you can quickly reach the nearest shops or in the nearest cities, the location of the property is in a quiet rural area. In summary 10/10, everything worked out here.

This was my second time staying at Juvys place and this was once again an amazing experience. Thank for having me and can’t wait to stay once again.

It's a beautiful location with access to the beach. We had a good time. Sleep was difficult as we were only using fan, but overall great.

Comfortable space for one or two travellers. Location has a gate that is closed at night to provide a sense of security for your motorbike. Fridge and kettle were provided in the room but there is no hotplate or stove. Host kindly provided a rice cooker on request which made preparing meals easier. There is access to a gas stovetop behind the lounge and there is powered mineral water dispenser outside the rooms for hot and cold drinking water. Be aware that if you need to work while staying the wifi signal and speed are very slow and subpar. The location is perfectly situated between Larena and Siquijor making grocery shopping easy. We would definitely stay again if visiting the area.

Really loved our stay at Republika! The staffs were very kind and easy to communicate with. The location of the airbnb was easy to find, and the view is just beautiful. Will definitely come back ❤️

Thank you James for hosting us at Adayo Cove Resort. The place was accurate as described, away from San Juan, quiet, clean, and comfortable with everything one might need. We particularly appreciated the quality of linen, the delicious food from the in-house restaurant, the karaoke machine, and the warm, friendly, and helpful staff. Please note that while this is beach front, it offers great sunset views but not best for swimming--they have a pool for that instead!
