The house has 3 floors: In the GROUND FLOOR you will find the living room, dining room and kitchen and one bathroom. In the FIRST FLOOR you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The biggest bedroom has the bathroom in suit. The BASEMENT FLOOR there is a playing ground area and the exit to the garage.

This house is perfect for families with children or groups. Fully furnished and decorated with great care. I renovated it a few years ago and it maintains a rustic exterior with a modern, bright and comfortable interior. It is in a very quiet and very well-connected area, 35 minutes from Madrid and 15 minutes from El Escorial. We especially value the neighbors' peace, so unfortunately reservations for people under 25 years old are not allowed. Thank you!
