Great place to stay and walking distance to so many restaurants, parks, museum and amazing coffee shop called Tres Cumbres highly recommended! Great coffee and food!! Emilia is a great hosts, and makes sure your taken care of. Very responsive if you need anything and offers suggestions to restaurants etc. Will definitely visit San Juan and book this apartment again. ❤️ Thank you so much Emilia for everything!

Very nice accommodation and the service at all times

Very nice people and a nice place to stay in a great location!

The apartment is safe, the facilities are new and it is located eight blocks from the civic center, and about eleven blocks from the center. It has satellite TV and high speed internet. It is ideal for two people. Totally recommended.

Everything went very well! Fortunately there was air conditioning because it was very hot Only downside: There's no hot water but given the heat the water was still coming out a little lukewarm We took a bottle of wine from their cellar and it was very good, you can follow their advice!

Humberto is friendly and responsive. He waited for us before the time indicated at check-in and had no inconvenience in us using the deparatmento. For check-out, he also facilitated things, he asked us to only let him know. Also, one of the girls forgot a small plush that accompanies her on her nights, recovered it and handed it to a person who asked her to withdraw it. Excellent attention.

Franco's place is exceptional. Very beautiful Cabanas with a lot of nature. A place to disconnect from stress and connect with the universe. Franco is an amazing person, very helpful, polite and on top of that makes a very good craft beer. I highly recommend

The journey from the bus station was very easy. Noelia welcomed me with open arms and is very hospitable. He explained to me what places of interest there are in the city and how to get around by bus. The bus stop is about a 5-minute walk away and the area is well connected. Despite this, the area is very quiet at night, which I find pleasant. The apartment is nice, with lots of light and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the room was large enough. There was a small desk where I could work with my laptop. The bathroom smells very good because there is an intensely fragrant plant there. The air conditioning is great and very important in this hot city. That's why I liked to hide inside during the day. There is a small grocery store just 2-3 minutes away. The water filter is very practical, so I didn't need to buy bottles of water. I will gladly visit Noelia again if I am in the city again.

Duilio is a wonderful host!! Always attentive to guests' needs. We received a beautiful Christmas gift. We had a great time at the apartment, like at home. We are happy and grateful. Highly recommended!!!

A comfortable and practical place, it has a very nice garden with a pool, chairs, armchairs and tables. A grill with a bar. The place's location is good, porq is far from the transit areas but close to everything.

The accommodation is correct, it has everything you need for a stay. The area is quiet and safe. It is a 45-minute walk from downtown. At night we grab a slightly dark path. I don't know if all the streets will be like that. Karina is very attentive and helpful, she let us stay a little longer than the reservation time because they changed our flight, she recommended a driver and options near the place. Unfortunately, the apartment does not have cleaning supplies, which could be improved since there may be an accident that requires cleaning or to be able to leave it in good condition. However, Karina - due to our product requirement - I give us a sink, which helped us in that task. In general, this accommodation is highly recommended for both the amenities and the host's disposition. Thank you !

Private space, large space, comfortable bedding, everything you need for a good night!

The depto is cute and has everything. The list of services was not complete and I had to ask if I had certain things or not, but it ended up being very complete. The only thing to improve is that the entrance could be independent, and not have to wait for Cintia who very kindly welcomed us, but could improve and be faster.
