Stay at Juan Carlos' place is great! It's wide and spacious, love that there's necessities available to use if needed and a plus for the slippers! Had no problem at all with checking in, location is great as well and transportation as it is accessible. As per the host himself is very nice too, he's hands-on and will proactively be responding to concern if any arises. Thanks a bunch, Juan Carlos!

It is such a great place to stay for family with complete amenities and enough space for six people and had a comfortable sleep that felt like home. The room have stunning view and each room has own aircon and toilet. Restaurants and malls is just walking distance. Great place thanks!

The unit was spotless, n i really appreciated the thoughtful touch of providing toiletries. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout my stay. The property also offers great amenities like the gym and pool. What stood out to me the most was the host's communication style-- always polite, respectful, and professional. Highly recommended!

Our family stayed at this condo for almost a week in June, and we truly enjoyed our time there. The unit was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful, the bed was very comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The location was ideal, just a short walk to restaurants, grocery store and a Mall. The building was secure and quiet, and check-in was seamless thanks to clear instructions from the host. I’d definitely recommend this condo for a relaxing, hassle-free stay. We would definitely book this place again if the need arises. The place was clean when we arrived and felt very homey. I even asked if the unit was available for long-term rent. The entire residence was a great place to stay, with a good community and excellent facilities and amenities. It truly felt like home, and we felt secure throughout our stay. William was also very responsive, friendly, and easy to talk to, which made the experience even better.

My family loved the stay, very spacious, WiFi fast, have an space for laundry drying which I saved more from doing laundry outside, AC works good. Emily (caretaker) is very approachable and very friendly, she’s very easy to deal with. we will come back again for sure.

The place feels intimate we all had a wonderful time. The pool is not so big so if you have kids they're reachable if there's an emergency. The rooms were nice and cold. The kitchen has complete utensils. Place is also easy access so if there's a need to deliver or buy a food you can easily get in and out. The ate who assisted us is really friendly, accommodating and really welcoming. All in all this is a great place to stay. We definitely recommend this place and hopefully we can book again soon.

The entire experience was great. The place was even better than how it looked in the pictures and amenities including kitchen utensils are complete. The host was also very nice and responsive. They even allowed us to stay 30 mins longer to make sure tha everything is settled before we go. It would be better if the staffs would properly introduce themselves before getting inside the premise and taking pictures, medyo nakakagulat kasi pag bigla na lang may papasok na di kilala. We also had issues with caterpillars, although we understand that even the staffs are not sure where they are coming from, it would be best for this to be addressed as soon as possible as our children had rashes after spending time outside and in the pool and the only reason we can think of are the caterpillars(higad) all over the place.

You won't even thought that there's an Airbnb like this in the Metro, near the mall, very accessible. The caretakers were kind and accommodating, always ready to answer your inquiries and requests. Nate is very responsive, you can expect him to answer your queries right away. I like their kitchen, they have provided everything you need from plates to utensils. They also provided mineral water and the use of the gas stove is for free. Excellent experience, worth recommending. We enjoyed their amenities, billiards, darts, air hockey, and also the Videoke. The rooms were also nice, hope you will have rooms at the ground floor for Seniors who can no longer go upstairs. Overall rating excellent. 👍

I work remotely and needed some quiet from the hustle & hustle of Manila (and didn't like the idea of being on the 67th floor of some building). So I rolled the dice and looked for a place outside the city and landed in Cainta. I needed a makeshift desk and Ms Honey made it happen. The apartment is nestled inside of neighborhood, but there are plenty of places to eat. The grocery isn't far and the mall is a bit of a hike, but I like walking as it gave me a chance to see things. My favorite spot ... Coffee Daniel. Best Spanish Lattes hands diwn. And my favorite part ... the people Everyone was courteous and kind. The coolest part was after playing basketball with the neighborhood kids them calling me as I passed by on my way somewhere. I've traveled all over and of all the places this felt most like I was at home. It's a bit out of the way, but if you want a relaxing, peaceful neighborhood, this is your place. If the universe says the same, I'll be back

As it is, Aprelle’s place is already as ideal as it gets. But considering the price you pay, it really is unbeatable. I won’t think twice about booking the place again. I highly recommend it. The location is just perfect as it is super close to everything. But it is peaceful and quiet enough to get a good night’s sleep. Chona, the caretaker is a gem. She was extremely helpful and went through all the details about the property when she welcomed me at check in. Aprelle’s is incredibly responsive. Even got a reply from her in the late hour that I booked. She was also quite accommodating with an early check in and late check out. You could tell through the personal touches and finer details in the property that she put a lot of attention in making the place feel like home. Book this place when you visit Makati. You will not be disappointed.

Vanessa was a great host throughout my stay. Always available, very knowledgeable (especially regarding real estate), and goes the extra mile for her guests. Kristine and Regine were great co-host, in that they knew the technical aspects of the electronics listed. The listed price is definitely worth it. I will gladly consider working with them again in the future

Great value for the location and the terrace is a huge plus, very homey. It’s a 6 floor walk up so just keep that in mind if you’ve got heavy luggage! Andres was super responsive whenever we had issues and was quick to resolve!

Second time here, no problem at all. The Balcony gives you a great view, you have great access to the Venice mall, the room is spacious and looks great. We will come back again, 😁 thank you Penpen.

Had a great stay. The host is very responsive to messages. Didn't checked before booking and was surprised that the place is developed by DMCI and upon knowing I know it'll be a good building complex, i like DMCI developments :) The sticky notes on key places and appliances are extremely helpful - should be a must to all Airbnb listings. Key electronic appliances such as refrigerator, microwave, tv, wifi, aircon, etc. are available. The toilet papers, fresh towels and free drinking water is a plus. A quiet and peaceful place in my opinion. Also, it's great that there are nearby fast food resto, a convenience store and coffee and milk tea shops. The view from the balcony is just WOW! Would book the place again in the future just because of the balcony and the view from it :D It's a big factor that you can check-in here anytime before the usual 2 or 3pm check-in time (depending if there's no prior booking or if they can accommodate) free of charge.

As one has probably read from other reviews, Ms. Rosalie is an amazing host, along with her caretaker Ms. Gina. The unit has most, if not all you would need for your stay: cool a/c, good WiFi, you name it. Pool use for guests are from Mon-Wed only. If you have a car, request assistance from security as it is located in north tower. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again!
