Beach house holiday rentals in San Juan del Sur

My friends and I had a great time at the house it had everything we needed and the Property Caretaker Don Pedro was very helpful and pleasant. I would highly recommend Violetas house to stay in San Juan del Sur.

The house is amazing, you have access to the beach right in front of you, only recommendation for anybody is to bring your own food from a local supermarket as there is an hour drive off road(4x4 recommended) after reaching san juan, the place is very private, you have the beach for yourself, the house is very clean, enough rooms, and spacious. Local housekeeper was very useful as he can go buy you items at extra cost while you enjoy your time, final score 10/10.

Magnifique Maison perchée au dessus de la canopée , la maison est très agréable et complètement ouverte sur la nature dans la partie à vivre au premier étage avec une superbe terrasse et plein d’endroits pour Chill (grand hamac, salon d’extérieur , fauteuils) . La maison est très bien pensé, les chambres se situent au rez de chaussée avec une belle terrasse donnant sur les arbres, ainsi que la salle de bain. La décoration est minimaliste et s’intègre complètement dans l’espace. L’accès à la maison est assez difficile , aussi faut il obligatoirement prévoir un 4x4, particulièrement avec la saison des pluies qui débute car la piste est en terre et peut s’avérer glissante par temps de pluie . La pente est raide ainsi que la colline qui mène à Playa Madera . Une fois sur place , la marche jusqu’à la plage se fait en dix minutes. Il y a des restaurants et bar de plages ainsi que des locations de planche et cours de Surf 🏄🏽‍♂️ . Sebastian a été réactif et de bons conseils . Merci

Beautiful place and at walkable distance to the beach. It was pretty close to different attractions nearby. Jose, the caretaker was very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth the price and we will definitely stay again when visiting Nicaragua.

Quiet with good security, nice views, high ceilings, very comfortable beds. Walkways can get very dark at night. Do not go out without a flashlight. It’s a little walk up to the pools, which are definitely worth a visit. No AC on the top floor, which got pretty warm. I think it was a great value for the accommodations. Cleaning lady came three times in a week. I would definitely stay again. Thanks Rakel

We had a great stay at la Bahia! Spacious home with nice pool only a few steps from the beach and town of San Juan del Sur. Special mentions to Veronica and Feliciano for always being available for our questions and needs. Be careful with the electricity usage. We had to pay a fee for exceeding the electricity allowance. We would come back anytime!

I recently stayed at Zen Garden and it was a very pleasant experience. Everything was just as the photos and the location is very nice since it’s close to everything you need to. I highly recommend this place for your next booking in SJ!!!

Es una de las mejores estadías que he tenido, disfruté mucho con mi familia, la limpieza fue extraordinaria, es un lugar muy seguro. La casa cuenta con todos los equipamientos que puedas utilizar para hacer tu estadía y viaje más satisfactorio. Tuvimos la oportunidad de tratar con nuestro anfitrión Hermann, es una persona sumamente amable y sobre todo contesta oportunamente y te orienta con mucha sencillez. También la persona que nos entregó la Casa, se llama Betania, fue muy amable, puntual y da muy buenas recomendaciones para lugares de comida. Espero volver pronto. Muchas gracias.

Súper recomendado ! Es un ambiente súper tranquilo, la casa está súper equipada, todas las comodidades para sentirte en casa, una piscina adecuada para niños y súper cerca de la Bahía.

we stayed here for 5 weeks and we're very sat to leave. loads to do; easy walk into San Juan (slightly harder back). the best part of this house though was eliezer and his wife who look after it. they really looked after us and not only cleaned but booked massages; horse riding; fishing and taxis. very friendly and always on hand for any assistance. we loved staying here

Nuestra estancia en este alojamiento fue genial. Cumplió con todas las expectativas, teniendo una buena ubicación, siendo una casa excelente para familias numerosas, con buen acondicionamiento y comodidad. Sin duda alguna volvería a tener una estadía acá, 100% recomendable.

La pasamos increíble, mi estancia con mis amigos fue excelente , el lugar estaba completamente limpio, agradable, ciento por ciento equipado en todos los sentidos y servicios, la vista era excepcional, te enamoras solo de entrar a la casa y observar el paisaje del océano de fondo, la piscina era grande y de buena profundidad, limpia y bien iluminada, el clima súper fresco. En mi opinión recomiendo muchísimo la Villa, nos encantó y volveríamos sin duda una vez más. Como recomendación a demás visitantes, la zona donde está ubicada la casa es en lo alto de una colina, tras otra, por lo que a pesar que el camino está siendo pavimentado, y momentáneamente es de tierra y grava, si vas en un sedan, procura que no sea con mucho peso, para poder subir las cuestas empinadas, o bien en 4x4 sin tanta complejidad, de ahí todo excelente, la playa y la ciudad está a 5-10 minutos lo más y disfrutarás de todo lo lindo de San Juan del sur.

This place was amazing. Rarely is the actual appearance of the home like it is on the picture and in this case, the live view is a lot better than pictures can even describe. Very beautiful place.Marielena was an amazing host. We had one of our family members on a wheelchair as she went out of her way to get us an extra bed downstairs to make things easier on our handicap family member.. the place looks better in person than it does in picture. We were all super amazed by how clean the place was. She has a wonderful staff. They’re very helpful as well. Would definitely recommend this to anyone. Honestly, there’s only a five star rating, but if I can rate it, I would rate it 10 stars. I can’t say enough about the beautiful view .super soothing and relaxing.we LOVED IT!!!!😊

I stayed at Tim's place with my family of 5. The place had absolutely everything we needed, and we felt comfortable right from the get go. We particularly loved the views - photos will never convey how gorgeous they are. We also appreciated how easy it was to get to town and the road leading up to the house. I would definitely recommend it.
