This is already the second time I have stayed at Eduardo's accommodation, and once again, the experience was excellent. He is always very attentive, kind and responds quickly to any questions. Great host, great location. awesome pool and enemies. walking distance to several restaurants. we are a family of 7 and had plenty of space. my only quip was no AC during the day. I'm hot-natured so it was a little uncomfortable during late May. evening was cool with open windows after sun down. host has many fans available to cool off. overall, I would stay again

Everything was excellent, we had a luxury weekend, I had already been in the same house a few years ago and it was pleasant to return, the only problems are the tree house that is no longer functional and it is dangerous to go up for the children and the steam that like a few years ago that I was not working, it's a shame, but out there everything is excellent

A beautiful place to get out of the world. There is no good internet signal and no wifi, the road is complex if you are carrying a small vehicle.

With a wide view towards Chapala Lagoon, it is a very pleasant place to disconnect and experience nature. They welcomed us very kindly and gave the necessary instructions. I highly recommend it

The house is very well located, on one side you have a view of the lake and on the other of the mountain, there is a nice green area and a pool with water at room temperature to relax and sunbathe. The house was impeccable, tidy, clean, everything worked... I would definitely stay here next time.

This place is beautiful and an amazing slice of Aijic! The place is very spacious and well decorated, our group felt comfortable with our rooms and bathrooms and the living area and kitchen were clean and good for large groups. We found it easy to navigate conversing with the hosts and the couple on the grounds were very kind and helpful. The best part of this pace is truly the outdoor space with the pool and terrace overlooking the lake!!

The stay was pleasant in every way. Clean, comfortable house with amenities that made us have a good stay in the house. Cesar is an excellent host as he was aware of us and the small issues that arose during the stay. The only drawback I see is the variety of spiders and insects inside the house, even with the windows closed. From then on, recommended for an excellent weekend.

Great quiet location with a beautiful view of the lake. Access by foot to the main road and the malecon was facilitated by the pedestrian walkway. Great outdoor patio where we had all our meals and relaxed on the roomy furniture. We loved the place and felt at home.

Beautiful peaceful place, very close to the boardwalk and little downtown area of Jocotepec. Convincente store right across the street. Comfortable beds, hot water showers, large kitchen and living area. Will definitely consider staying here again!

A very special house. For those who are seeking classic Mexico, this house is a goldmine find. It has been well used by a growing family. Evidence is everywhere from the slides and swings for young kids to the basket ball court with 2 baskets; one lower for little people and one higher for teens. There is also a small soccer field at the base of the property, nearest Lake Chapala, and a swimming pool, just right for cooling off and splashing around. The house itself is built with wings, one for boys, the other for girls. Two large bedrooms with multiple beds – we counted a total of 13 that included trundles and roll aways, but I imagine the owners would be careful about renting to large groups. There is a large master bedroom off the girls’ room with its own private bathroom and a rather monastic bedroom off the boys room, also with its own ¾ bath. My son and I shared the house with a Mexican family – parents with two young daughters. It was perfect for us. We had a wonderful time! Gaby and Mari, the caretakers, live in a little casita on the property, and are at your service whenever needed. They are friendly and hard working, Mari is particularly proud of having worked for the owner’s family for 21 years. Gaby and Mari have two lovely girls who were excellent playmates for ours. They don’t speak English, so knowing a little Spanish is very helpful. This is a family home in a very private and exclusive setting with lots of history. The view of Lake Chapala and the grounds are exquisite. The house itself is not perfect, it is in need of some paint and roof tiles, and shower pressure drops to nil whenever two showers are in use. However, it is very comfortable, spacious, and inviting. If you are a family and want a very special Mexican experience, this is the place for you!
