Apartamento tríplex muy nuevo y cuidado con muchos detalles, lo único incómodo es la terraza,demasiadas escaleras... Pero todo genial

Très bon séjour, la maison de Sébastien est fonctionnelle, bien équipée. Elle dispose d’une petite terrasse sur la rue avec une jolie vue sur la mer mais surtout sur l’arrière, côté cuisine, d’une cour calme entourée des jardins des discrets voisins. Il y fait bon se reposer et dîner. De belles plages dans le parc naturel de Cabo de Gata et aussi quelques jolies randonnées. Sébastien est en sus un hôte réactif Un maison pratique à recommander

La ubicación y las vistas inmejorables, sitio muy tranquilo q se presta al relax....el trato con juan y el recibimiento perfectos. Nos volvemos a casa muy contentitos

Felt right at home in this lovely house. only a few minutes to walk to the numerous restaurants, shops and beach. Our favourite part was the sunny roof terrace with beautiful mountain views. Luis and Roco were perfect hosts. Excellent communication and eager to please. Highly recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay and Laura was wonderful host. The villa was decorated well with nice homely touches. The outside was spacious and we made good use of the excellent pool. The villa was in a residential area but within walking distance to beach, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. A bus stop was near by for us to go further afield. We stayed for the whole month and had a brilliant time. Would recommend the Villa to anybody wanting to come to this area.

We had a wonderful few days at Bartolome's place. The apartment has everything we needed to be comfortable, the view from the kitchen and dining/livingroom is spectacular, and overall the apartment feels really calm and comfortable. Sitting by the pool overlooking Las Negras and the sea in the distance was heaven. You can easily walk down to the village, for short trips or an evening drink. The pool is so nice, and gets sun pretty much all day. The outside kitchen/BBQ really make it convenient to eat-in during the evenings if you prefer. Great shower too. We felt super comfortable overall and communicating with Bartolome was smooth and easy. We'll be back for sure.

Une maison de qualité! Un endroit magique où je retournerai avec grand plaisir.

Emplacement idéal, proche de la plage ,de criques, des sentiers de randonnées, et pas loin de la isleta del moro et de ces restaurants. Très central pour visiter la région. Antonio, Maria et leurs 8 chats sont très gentils et accueillants. Un petit bémol sur le samedi soir où la discothèque voisine du Chaman à fait une soirée techno danse pendant plus de 12h. On n'entendait pas la musique mais les basses étaient présentes. On a réussi à bien dormir quand même 😜. On recommande chaudement car c'est vraiment un super endroit .

El apartamento es muy acogedor y no le falta de nada, y por destacar la terraza con vistas al mar. Muy bien localizado, cerca de restaurantes y de platas preciosas. Mar la anfitriona muy atenta en todo momento, si volvemos repetiremos!

El piso estaba en una buena ubicación, limpio y bien equipado. Los anfitriones flexibles en la llegada y salida. Lo recomiendo

What a wonderful stay. Five minute walk to the great beach, five minute walk to the supermarket, five minute walk to the local coffee shop and bar. Salva met us on arrival and showed us the apartment. If we needed anything we just asked. We will go again and we would highly recommend this property.

Estancia buenísima. Francisco es un excelente anfitrión, súper educado, amable y muy simpático. El apartamento impecable, muy bonito, cama y sofá muy cómodo. Ideal para una pareja. He de decir que se agradece los aparatos de aire acondicionado y que una vez que cierras las ventanas no escuchas nada de nada, ya que debajo tienes un par de bares. Volveré a repetir sin duda ☺️

El alojamientos estaba tal cual el anuncio y el dueño nos recibió personalmente, e incluso accedió a que saliéramos una hora después el último día.

Wunderschöne Wohnung an bester Lage zum baden im Meer und für Ausflüge. Einkaufen, Bars und Restaurants in nächster Nähe. Von der Wohnung aus hat man eine wunderbare Sicht auf das Meer und den Himmel. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und perfekt ausgestattet mit allem nötigen für einen entspannten, gelungenen Aufenthalt. Hatten wir Fragen, hat uns Raquel immer sehr zeitnah geantwortet und geholfen. Wir haben uns stets bestens Unterstützt gefühlt. Wir durften so wunderbare, erholsame Tage in dieser Unterkunft verbringen.

El apartamento de Kike está totalmente equipado, es moderno, cómodo y acogedor. La urbanización está muy bien localizada. Kike es un gran anfitrión, dando facilidades e indicaciones.

Encantadora estancia en casa de Friederike y su marido, Joaquín. Su casita independiente, con terraza privada preciosa, lugar silencioso y respetuoso con la naturaleza y los animales. La casa dispone de todo lo esencial y está andando muy cerca del pueblo (10 min). Equipada con ventilador en el salón, estufa para invierno y mosquiteras en todas las ventanas, recomendable llevar algo más para los mosquitos. Pasamos unos días súper tranquilos, son un matrimonio atento, súper amable y nos encantó su cuidado con el entorno y sus gatitos.

The apartment is very beautiful, everything clean, amazing terrace and all the nice decorations make feel us like home. The kitchen is great equipped, many restaurants very close to the flat and also to the beach. The owner communicates very well, quickly replied all the time and is very supportive. We would like to come back, we like our stay a lot ❤️ Thank you for everything 🍀

El trato con Carlos inmejorable, que pendiente en todo momento, el apartamento exactamente como en las fotos y todo limpio e impecable, no tengo duda que repetiremos con el!

Excelente complejo turístico. Bien situado y comunicado coincidente totalmente con la descripción. Casa muy limpia y bien equipada. Perfecto. Cristian, excelente anfitrión, muy atento y dispuesto a ayudar y aconsejar. Repetiríamos experiencia.

Wir verbrachten zwei Nächte in Patricia‘s Häuschen . Sie begrüßte uns sehr herzlich , hatte bereits einen fahrbaren Gasofen bereit gestellt , wofür wir sehr dankbar waren. Es standen Früchte, Tomaten und Getränke bereit und sie gab uns viele tolle Tipps für Ausflüge in der Umgebung . Das Innere des Hauses ist sehr gemütlich , es ist alles vorhanden um sich selbst zu versorgen . Außen ist es wunderschön gestaltet und lädt zum Sitzen ein . Da wir nur einen kompletten Tag zur Verfügung hatten , starteten wir früh. Die Gegend in diesem Naturpark ist spektakulär, wir liebten die kleinen Orte an den schönen Stränden . Leider hatten viele Restaurants geschlossen , die Saison im Cabo de Gata endet Mitte Oktober . Wir möchten Patricia noch einmal danken für ihre Gastfreundschaft .

Hemos pasado unos días estupendos en un fantástico lugar y la casa con todo lo necesario y en inmejorables condiciones, muy recomendable y sin duda repetiré se está muy bien. Los dueños muy amables y el trato a sido un encanto.

La estancia maravillosa, ubicacion perfecta para relajarse y desconectar. Todas las comodidades al alcance, no echamos en falta absolutamente nada. ¡Sin duda repetiremos!

We had a great stay! The location was perfect — just a quick ride from the airport and a short walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants. There’s even a 24-hour store called The Jungle nearby, which was super convenient for grabbing water, ice, and snacks. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and coffee in the mornings, and the AC was a lifesaver on those hot days. We also really enjoyed relaxing by the pool during our downtime. The host was friendly and very informative. He told us about the Noche de San Juan celebration happening on the beach, which was such a fun experience, and he even helped us call a taxi when we checked out. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!
