Maria’s place is beautiful and so peaceful, with amazing views and a wonderful balcony on which we spent hours relaxing. The beach is so easy and lovely, too. Within a few minutes of the apartment are a grocery store, an ice cream shop, and excellent restaurants! Also, the Paseo Marítimo is perfect for a morning/evening walk or run. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms have good water pressure and consistent hot water. The air conditioner works perfectly and we slept so well. The apartment was perfect and so clean, too. We enjoyed everything about our stay. María was also very helpful throughout the week with everything we needed. ¡Gracias! I highly recommend her place and we would love to stay there again!

We spent some amazing days in Carmen's apartment!!! On the beachfront with all the amenities possible . The beautiful black village, we are in love ! We'll be back for sure ! Thank you Carmen for being always available for us to need it.

We enjoyed Felipe's well positioned property very much. The high quality furnishings, bed linen, excellent and spacious power showers make a comfortable and spacious holiday home. We also appreciated the excellent communication with Felipe and his mother Lourdes (who lives below) who was ready to help with any questions. Parking the car is also very easy. Felipe provided very useful tips for beaches, restaurants and places to visit which we also enjoyed. As a 60+ and 70+ couple we did not have a problem at all with the short hill to the property - the sea and Carboneras views made it worthwhile. We recommend Felipe's apartment.

The apartment is faithful to the description, it is small but it is very well used, it does not lack detail, clean and comfortable. We use it as a center to get to know Cabo de Gata and Almería. Car is a must. I would give it a 10 if the pool in the development had been open.

What a wonderful stay. Five minute walk to the great beach, five minute walk to the supermarket, five minute walk to the local coffee shop and bar. Salva met us on arrival and showed us the apartment. If we needed anything we just asked. We will go again and we would highly recommend this property.

Mojacar is stunning!! Lovely flat and true to description and photos. Was actually a lot larger than it looked. Everything you would need in the kitchen and bathroom. Pool area was spotless and having the beach directly over the road gave you options. Supermarket only a 5 minute walk and lots of gorgeous restaurants in easy walking distance - 5-10 minutes and lots more a little bit further along the beach. Veranda space was ideal for a glass of wine after a hard day of sunbathing! Rachel was very helpful and can’t thank her enough for letting us stay - we will definitely be back if she’ll have us. 5 star property 👍🏻

The accommodation is wonderful, it has a quiet location on the beachfront and a terrace with spectacular sea views. We only had a few problems with the person who manages the accommodation for the owner, but we were rewarded in other ways that made the weekend great. We'll do it again.

We had a wonderful time at Maria's place. The location was absolutely perfect (private access to the beach and at the foot of the best trails from Las Negras into the park and to other beautiful coves, great restaurants and really good ice cream just around the corner). The house was impeccably clean and exactly as described. The main bedroom was comfortable and the shower was really nice. We used the sofa bed in the living room too, which was not very comfortable, but not the worst. (The apartment is best for a couple; which Maria told us, but worked for us for a few days with two little kids). Everything else about the stay was wonderful! We will definitely be back to stay at one of the bigger apartments they have to offer in the same complex with an incredible view of the sea and mountains.

This is def a great spot. Very comfortable for solo/couple trips. I had such a nice time there. Def will be back.

The apartment is nice and has spectacular light and views. It is also perfectly equipped and tastefully decorated. A 10 for cleanliness. Luis and Antonio were attentive at all times. They answered our questions and offered us all kinds of suggestions. They were really helpful. We fell in love with the area and the house. We'll be back!

There were two of us staying in Rafael's apartment in Cabo de Gata for a week. It was before the peak season, so not all shops were open yet. But that didn't bother us, we enjoyed having the beach almost to ourselves. In the well-equipped kitchen, we were able to take care of ourselves excellently. Rafael gave us tips for the area and made us feel very comfortable. The sunset on the balcony with views of the beach, sea and mountains with a delicious drink in hand is pure relaxation. Thank you for the wonderful time!

I spent a week with my family at Julia's house, and we had a great time! The apartment is very comfortable, it has everything you need. Good air conditioning and fans in the rooms. Two minutes' walk to the beach. The islet is a great place to go with kids! We'll be back for sure!

Perfect stay. Both description and photos fit the reality in full. Quiet area, easy to park, close to many places. Clean apartment, with everything you need to spend a few days, furniture in very good condition, comfortable bed, fantastic shower, pressurized water, and with gel and shampoo. In general, a very cozy apartment, in a fantastic area. unbeatable value for money. I have already recommended it to several friends and if I go back to Gata, we will repeat. Delighted. Everything was perfect, the apartment has stunning views and you have everything you need to spend a few days at the beach. We arrived quite late due to a transportation incident and Manuel made it very easy for us.

It was a very nice stay, quiet area. the house was in perfect condition, kitchen utensils and various utensils. The only sticks for saying something that the sandy beach, big and good had to go by car to Vera, when going with Niña and being stone was very uncomfortable for us.

The apartment is ideal for two people. It is very well equipped, it lacks nothing. The terrace is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings, and although the jacuzzi had cold water, it was still an unbeatable experience. The area is quiet, with bars and restaurants nearby, which makes it very comfortable. Luigi was a very attentive host at all times. We would repeat without hesitation!

A clean apartment, in a good location and with everything you need for a family vacation. The terrace with the jacuzzi is amazing. The community pool is large and with warm water, it is great for children. The beach is very close and there are shops and restaurants very close. It was great to be able to put the car in the underground parking, the space is very large and is in front of the entrance door. The only thing to take into account is that it is not accessible as it has stairs to access everything, but we were so comfortable that we didn't care. Definitely a place to go back to. The apartment was very good, clean and with the equipment advertised. The place was quiet, close to the beach and with restaurants in the area. Elena was there for us at all times. Everything was perfect.

Very comfortable place, perfectly fits your job. My two daughters, my wife and I have been very comfortable. Next to the beach, next to the port, at the height of the boardwalk.

Nice and quiet apartment, close to the beach and well connected to Vera, Garrucha and shops. Well equipped. Great for a few days of rest. César was always very attentive from the first moment that everything was fine and trying to solve any unforeseen event that happened. Good management on your part!
