Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in San Jose

Ashley’s studio suite was very comfortable, clean, neat, and tidy, quiet, and has many great amenities including a nice size kitchen. It was perfect for morning coffee, breakfast and evening appetizers. We opted to have most of our meals out. The sheets (so soft) and towels were fluffy white and high quality. The Queen bed was very comfortable. The studio is located within walking distance to so many wonderful restaurants. We had two amazing dinners at Almanac Brew company and Saltbreaker. Yum! We Uber’ed to Yoshi’s for dinner and a show. Fabulous! Thank you Ashley for sharing your sweet vacation property. Diane & Mark

Great place to stay. Very convenient to everywhere in SF. Lots of board game and PS4 + switch available. Altho the light has changed from the picture, but the lighting was pretty extensive. Something to notice are 1. The heat was a bit loud. 2. It’s a kinda old and fragile building. You can feeling house is shaking whenever a car pass by the street. The host was super nice and responsive!

This is an airy and bright apartment building and Walter & Celina’s unit is warm and cozy, very clean and well-kept. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, very close to the train station and a Costco and stone’s throw away from restaurants and places to hang out. Walter is super helpful and a great host. Enjoyed our stay here, will come back to stay here if I visit the area again

The en-suite was in a perfect location for me- within walking distance to my son’s house. You will hear noise from the home above but it was peaceful and quiet by 9:45pm at the latest. A few very minor issues were very quickly resolved.

As expected, a gorgeous place. Location is great—right across the Tesla shop, walking distance to everywhere in Santana Row. Highly recommended.

Tom was an excellent host. He left clear instructions and was very accessible and responsive. The place was almost nice and comfortable in a very secure building with acgeee to a fitness center.

Had a wonderful stay at Ay's apartment! It was clean, spacious, and he was extremely helpful and responsive with some small questions. I would definitely come back!

The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The hosts were incredibly friendly and kind, as well as very understanding & above all accommodating.always available if I had any questions and genuinely made me feel welcome. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant stay in the area. Would definitely book again!

Beautiful home in a great location, perfect for a group of 5 young women for a couple days! Just know there are many steps in the staircase leading up to it so it may not be accessible for all.

Ellen’s place is a true gem—spacious, well-appointed, and in a fantastic walkable location to lots of restaurants and shops. The décor is charming and felt warm and welcoming, far from the typical rental. We had wonderful weather and loved sitting on back patio where we could even see the Golden Gate (a rare find!). Ellen was great to work with – very responsive and accommodating, making our stay seamless. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable home with three generous bedrooms and a dedicated parking space (so rare). We hope to stay again.

We stayed at Sara's while visiting family nearby, but her home felt like a vacation in itself. The backyard is magical - we spent a fair amount of time there, swimming, grilling/dining, reading/napping. The backyard (and its myriad diversions) even lured our tech-obsessed teenagers away from their devices for extended periods. Everything was well maintained, no detail overlooked. We also enjoyed the access to a peloton bike and workout equipment. The interior was clean, organized, stylish but comfortable. The sunroom and small courtyard off of the bedrooms were great for yoga or stealing a quiet moment with a cup of coffee or book. Sara was responsive and attentive. Instruction booklet was clear and helpful. The stay exceeded our expectations. We hope to be back.

Location, location, location! Beautiful luxury home in the heart of Silicon Valley. Roomy with lots of amenities, we had a great comfortable stay. Our hosts were wonderful, attentive, and communicative. Our favorite parts, morning jogs in the nearby park, walking to great dinner and lunch spots in Willow Glenn, family time in the fantastic kitchen and living room, and relaxing in the new hot tub. 10/10. I have stayed at my fair share of Airbnbs over the years, and I have to say that this one is a new top favorite for me. My family and I had a great time enjoying the stunning view with a big, beautiful, well-stocked kitchen to prepare food while we caught up with all that life has had for us the last 6 months. There is a great path along the ocean cliffs or the marine reserve in the neighborhood where I frequented for some exercise and beach time. It had all that we wanted, making us feel like we didn't need to leave to go somewhere else for entertainment. Good food, stunning scenery, the sounds of waves and sea gulls, places to walk/run, and great company was all we needed. We will certainly be back!

What a beautiful home nestled in the Oakland hills! We loved staying in a space that felt cozy and genuine. We had the amenities we needed like plenty of plates, towels, and bedding. This is a 2-bedroom listing with an optional, comfortable Murphy bed in the living room, which we used. The neighborhood has incredible views of the bay and SF, yet is still close driving distance to shops and restaurants (around 10 mins). We enjoyed our stay!

Kevin is a great host , very responsive and eager to help. His place is in a great location, amazing view and incredible shower ! Would highly recommend staying with Kevin if his place is available

The main floor of the house was very nice. The lower floor of the house needs some updating but clean. Kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked. The view was stunning and the balcony was so comfortable. Will stay again!

Ernesto and Judy were incredible hosts. They were always responsive and answered the several questions I had throughout a long planning process. Instructions were clear and house rules were more than reasonable. The house and annex were clean, organized, and cozy — lots of space all throughout the home. I especially appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was for cooking. I’d love to stay here again if an opportunity arises!
