The place and ambiance inside is great. The thing is when you enter the property there are 2 stairs so old people or disabled are not advisable to stay to this property.

I really love how Miss Pam and Co-host prepared the place for us. I had no problem with my stay. However, the check-in time is a bit later than usual and it was hard for us since we are not familiar with the place and i had a senior citizen with me. Nonetheless, i had a great time staying in their place, very accessible to convenience stores, tourists spot, foods chains and mall

You won't even thought that there's an Airbnb like this in the Metro, near the mall, very accessible. The caretakers were kind and accommodating, always ready to answer your inquiries and requests. Nate is very responsive, you can expect him to answer your queries right away. I like their kitchen, they have provided everything you need from plates to utensils. They also provided mineral water and the use of the gas stove is for free. Excellent experience, worth recommending. We enjoyed their amenities, billiards, darts, air hockey, and also the Videoke. The rooms were also nice, hope you will have rooms at the ground floor for Seniors who can no longer go upstairs. Overall rating excellent. 👍

I work remotely and needed some quiet from the hustle & hustle of Manila (and didn't like the idea of being on the 67th floor of some building). So I rolled the dice and looked for a place outside the city and landed in Cainta. I needed a makeshift desk and Ms Honey made it happen. The apartment is nestled inside of neighborhood, but there are plenty of places to eat. The grocery isn't far and the mall is a bit of a hike, but I like walking as it gave me a chance to see things. My favorite spot ... Coffee Daniel. Best Spanish Lattes hands diwn. And my favorite part ... the people Everyone was courteous and kind. The coolest part was after playing basketball with the neighborhood kids them calling me as I passed by on my way somewhere. I've traveled all over and of all the places this felt most like I was at home. It's a bit out of the way, but if you want a relaxing, peaceful neighborhood, this is your place. If the universe says the same, I'll be back

This was a great stay! I appreciate, first of all, the excellent communication with the host and co-host. They had their messages and reminders ready to go and they responded to questions I had quickly. Because of this, check-in was a breeze. There were no concerns from the reception and the building's check-in process was also smooth. The room used an access code which was really convenient because we didn't have to hold on to a key (which could possibly get lost). The room itself was spotless and smelled clean, we appreciate the additional amenities (bottles of water, coffee and tea, complete with shampoo, body wash and hand wash). Everything worked well, the air conditions were quick to cool up just after a few minutes. I just noticed that the lamp beside the TV has a bulb that's about to go out so we didn't use it. It was also peaceful, especially after waking up though it made sense that it was subtly noisy in the evening (because of Xylo nearby). Otherwise, perfect accommodation.

Everything you need are in there (may pa coffee and tea with matching snacks hehe). The place is cozy,clean and smells great.Perfect ang view hehe especially at night . And to the responsive host Sir Rey Emil ,Thankyou for accommodating and quick response to our concerns (first time kasi namin talaga hehe). Arleen&Anne are excellent hosts. They make you feel welcomed and take the time to meet you and explain everything in person. Their attention to detail is commendable. Their place is very clean and comfortable, and has everything you need and more. We also love that it smells so good. It is also convenient with the Venice mall within 2 minutes of walking and the Uptown Mall, Mitsukoshi Mall, Landers, etc. just a short Grab ride away. We recommend their place and would come back when we are in the area again.

We had a wonderful stay at Dennis’ place! The location is fantastic—close to malls, cafes, and everything we needed, which made exploring the city super convenient. The building amenities were a big plus, especially the gym and pool, and we absolutely loved spending time on the roofdeck. It was a perfect spot for morning walks or just relaxing with a view. The unit itself is very spacious and thoughtfully laid out, with plenty of cabinets and storage space that made it easy to settle in. While there isn’t much natural light in the living and dining areas, the space still felt warm, homey, and very cozy—perfect for unwinding after a day out. Dennis was a great host and the check-in process was smooth. We’d happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in the city.

We had a GREAT stay. I highly recommend this listing! Ms. Teresita was very responsive, accommodating, and fair. If may requests din kami, she tried her best to help. Malinis yung place, maayos, maraming cooking equipments—super okay talaga if you plan to just cook at home rather than eat out. Very home-y and warm din ng vibe! Para kang nasa bahay lang. No problem din with the neighbors, wala namang maingay, rude, or anything. Tabi lang sya ng main road (Dr. Sixto) so transpo was not a problem. If I had to say one downside, we spotted little cockroaches, but yung mga super liit lang, and I don't think galing sila sa house mismo. We kept the house clean naman at all times. Parang galing yata sa labas pero na-attract lang since occupied yung unit. All things considered, I had a really great stay! I would definitely come back if ever need ko ulit ng place! :)

This place is awesome! The unit offers a breathtaking city view from the balcony and we really enjoy our stay. Also ate diana is really responsive and friendly. Definitely will come back here.

Had a nice stay here! When I arrived, malamig na ang unit kasi naka on na ang aircon. The unit is clean, and I felt safe during my stay though I am alone. But I hope the host will provide slippers since sobrang lamig ng floor. Nonetheless, I recommend this place. This is also near NAIA T3– around 15-20mins via car. ‘Til next time!

The unit was very clean and perfect for our short vacation in BGC. The host recommended restaurants that we tried and enjoyed. The unit was fully equipped with essentials and a decent wifi connection. I like that Netflix was also available. The building also felt safe with good security. I totally recommend this listing. Apple was very accommodating and responsive. Check in/out was smooth and easy.

Its our 2nd time on Bennii's place and always a good experience. It's clean, great location, and wonder host as ever! I highly recommend this to those who don't have car to go around, surrounded by good resto, groceries and nice malls!

Absolutely no issues. The place was clean and spotless. The AC was cold and the shower’s water pressure was strong. Watching TV was an awesome experience with their Govee lights and soundbar. Our pets enjoyed their stay as well. Also appreciated how proactive and responsive the hosts were. We never had to worry about anything as they made sure to give us clear instructions about everything. 10/10
