The location was easy to locate via Uber only 10 minutes away from the airport, which was super convenient. I got in about 9 PM and he had someone meet me at the Airbnb and go over any questions I had connecting to Wi-Fi. Very helpful. The Airbnb was exactly as listed Pots pans cups glasses, seasonings coffee, toaster washer and dryer. The beds were comfortable great restaurants not too far away all within a 15 minute walk or less. There’s a great Mexican restaurant right around the corner. Lots of plants in the house which makes it feel like home.There is street noise as mentioned in other post things, but it’s manageable if you are used to Costa Rica. Overall, highly recommend cannot say enough positive things about this place.

Excellent accommodation, very clean and well distributed. The location is perfect, the only bad thing is the noise the train makes when it passes at all times. It is worth mentioning that the parking lot is very narrow, so you must be very careful when entering the vehicle in the elevator. Otherwise, everything is fine! 👍🏼

We had a good experience at this next to new condo during our stay from April 9 to May 24, 2025 Pros: 1. Location is incredibly convenient, with restaurants just one to two blocks away walking distance. 2. A convenient store is right next door. 3. A bus stop is directly in front of the condo making transit easy and convenient, very affordable (310 colones), transit, allowing for trips to San Jose, Heredia, and surrounding towns. 4. The condo is not anymore then 2 miles from the center of Heredia. 5. The property managers were cooperative & very nice, easy to work with. 6. The condo felt brand new and comfortable. 7. Very safe feeling with a 24 hour security guard on site. Cons: 1. The pool was unheated and too cold for us to use, which was disappointing, 2. Noise from big trucks between 2 AM and 5 AM could be bothersome, despite being on the fifth floor. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to stay again if in the area again.

Rob is a great host, I wish all host were like Rob. The Appartement was lovely. Our kids loved the puzzles and the books. The only thing is that it’s not very child-friendly in terms of the windows- kids have an access to them, can easily open from the bed, from the table…. But perfect for grownups.

Everything was very clean and tidy, it even had snacks and welcome juice, the cabin is private and with everything you need to have a good time, a good size screen, a kitchen equipped with several spices for cooking and Jeannette even offered us information about restaurants with home delivery in the area for our convenience.

Lovely place, felt really comfortable and cozy. It was full of all the things we needed, and also mentioned the great location. I would stay in the future in this relaxed place.

Wonderful stay at this Pueblo bonito airbnb hole. To start the place is modern and beautifully decorated and kept. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, bathrooms sooooo clean and nice showers, the outside part of the house was very nice for an afternoon hang out. All kitchen gadgets available were great too. We were a group of 8 and we found everything comfortable and spacious. Also just 20 min walk to Heredia downtown. Hosts are super responsive and helpful, and the care taker of the place Yesenia was a very accommodating and a very pleasant person to deal with. 10/10 thank you!!

I had a great stay in San José. The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. Check-in was smooth, and the host was very responsive and quick to resolve any issues that came up during my stay. It was a perfect base for exploring the city and surrounding areas. I’d definitely stay here again.

Jorge is an amazing host. He checked in several times throughout our stay to ensure everything was all good. House was very clean, it had everything we needed for our stay. The apartment is beautifully decorated, well appointed, very very clean and in a vibrant and walkable neighborhood. The host is kind and responds quickly.

I’m an expat living in the southern part of CR. I fly out of SJO 3 or 4 times a year, and usually stay at the Fairfield or the Courtyard because of their proximity to the airport. I decided to try something different this time and I’m so glad I did! Not only was it less than half the price of staying in a hotel, it was WAY nicer. It’s a safe, quiet neighborhood, walking distance to City Mall (3 minutes) and all of its shops and restaurants, and only $6 Uber to the airport. Carolina is very quick to respond to any messages, and you can tell she cares about your experience. I especially loved that there was an ice maker in the door of the fridge (super rare in bnb’s in CR) and the snacks and water provided. The apartment practically sparkled it was so clean! Full-sized washer and dryer, 2 bathrooms with showers, comfortable bed and sofa… this was absolutely the best value of any stay I’ve experienced in CR. I will DEFINITELY be back!
