I had a great stay at James’s place it was very peaceful and quiet. James was also very responsive and gave clear instructions. I love the setup I would definitely book again! Highly recommend to other guest!

Great space and loved the access to the gym. The only thing that may be an issue for taller people, is the shower head. I’m 5’1 so it was perfect but if you are taller the shower is very small and the shower head is very low. Over great decor and amenities.

Worth every bit. it was the stay you can come back to frequently. It was a very comfy stay in a beautiful home. We really enjoyed the interior design and neighborhood. Truc was an amazing host making it as smooth for us as possible.

Gustavo made me feel right at home! The washer and dryer work great, the bed is so comfortable and the bathroom is wonderful. Easy to get in and out and you have so much less than 5 minutes away (target, Walmart, chipotle, Starbucks etc.) Highly recommend and would love to come back

I had a wonderful experience! I was initially a bit concerned about my check-in and check-out times since I needed some adjustments, but the host was incredibly flexible and friendly. Anytime I had a question, they responded quickly and were extremely helpful throughout my stay. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were looking for. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

The place was in a really nice area wasn’t too far from shops and restaurants and the neighborhood was quiet which is nice. Would definitely recommend for anyone stopping by the city

The whole wedding party stayed in the house for the weekend of my wedding and the house was perfect! Me and my family had an amazing time. The house was super spacious. The backyard is amazing and the beds were so comfortable! The house had a lot of modern features and enough board games and toys to occupy adults and children! We were so pleased to see the house looked even more beautiful than the pictures that are posted. If you’re thinking about booking this house don’t walk run. It was a whole vibe!

This was a great stop for a wedding—quiet, situated right in the heart of Modesto, beautiful home that comfortably fits 6 (don’t worry—nobody’s sleeping on a pull-out bed or anything!). The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and bowls, and the living room even had games. Each room had a TV, too! Would recommend this stay to anyone!

House was perfect for us. it had plenty of extra linens. swati was friendly and always responsive.I will highly recommend to stay in Tracy.

This was our second stay in Ernesto & Judy’s AirBnb. Everything was exactly as described! Gorgeous back yard and super comfortable beds. We’ll probably book here again if given the opportunity!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Denise’s. It was the perfect place to stay while traveling for a few weeks for work. Denise was so sweet, responsive, and made me feel at home. Her place was very clean and looks exactly like the pictures. Definitely a great place for someone needing to stay a bit longer.

Always appreciate staying at Don's place. It's easily accessible and clear instructions are given to help you not get lost. Two of the cutest cats roam the place and give you a warm welcome. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. Definitely recommend this place and I'd book again.

It was such an amazing stay I felt like I was at home in the suburbs with the ducks an lakes and waterfalls literally it was clean and peaceful he was very understanding and always communicated quickly and helpful for other things as well the best stay this far I've ever been to I definitely will be rebooking and referring him thank you with all my heart for an amazing stay

I'm a traveler in the medical field and stay at a lot of Airbnbs. Stephen's condo was wonderful! Close to several grocery stores and restaurants and the neighborhood is very safe. Lots of space, great kitchen, and a super comfy bed. Definitely would stay here again.
