I had an incredible stay at this penthouse. The views were unreal — waking up to the Medellín skyline every morning felt like a movie. The space was clean, modern, and exactly like the photos, if not better. Great location too, close to everything in El Poblado but tucked away enough to still feel private. The host was responsive, helpful, and made check-in easy. The building felt safe with good security, and the rooftop was a major highlight — perfect for relaxing or entertaining guests. Definitely recommend this spot if you’re looking for a luxury experience in the city. I’d stay here again without a doubt.

Super comfortable apartment, with everything you need, super located very close to the stadium. The building is very quiet, its staff is very attentive and willing. The coffee had very good food and drink alternatives. We just loved it and will be back!!

The place was fine, but the apartment lacked cleanliness. It smelled very musty. The sheets, the beds, in general, the cleaning was not done well. A little dust. It would be good to wash the sheets and shake everything well.

Paula's apartment is excellent. It is spotless, in a very convenient location and in a super quiet sector. The beds are comfortable and have all the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay. In addition, Paula was always very attentive to what was needed. Super recommended!

Excellent place to hostarte, it is a place very well located a few minutes from the Estadio metro station and a chévere sports unit. About the 70, a rumba area. The area is very quiet and pleasant. The property is well equipped for short term or long term stays. Ferleín is an excellent host, he is always attentive to what you need. Widely recommended for your stay in this beautiful city.

According to the published, it is close to the stadium, if you buy a tour, they pick you up at the Estadio metro station and you can walk, it is safe, the only thing I would recommend for more peace of mind is to place another type of chapa or insurance of the doors of the room, no event occurred, but to give more peace of mind it would be super what could be implemented, thank you very much for your attention and help, I would come back of course.

I had a fantastic time here! The hosts are incredibly warm and open – you get to know them in person, and they are always helpful. They even invite them to do something with them, which made the stay even more special. The house itself is very large, spacious and spotlessly clean. The rooms are top equipped and offer everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this place and would come back anytime!

Nataly and Luisa were very accommodating, and gave a lot of local recommendations. There is a lot to do in the area, and I found the streets to be quite safe. As this is close to Carrera 70 and it was a holiday season, there was some noise coming from outside, but that’s to be expected, so recommend bringing ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. The street where the house is located was very peaceful and secluded. We ran into some issues, but Nataly and her sister Luisa did everything to fix it and make the stay as comfortable as possible. These girls are absolute gems! Only wish I would’ve stayed longer to check out all the other recommendations, the restaurants in the area are very good! The rooms I stayed in may need a bit of tlc, but this is reflected in the price, which I found to be good value for money. The room and common areas were very spacious and tidy, and the WiFi was working great.

I thoroughly enjoy my stay at the green house. Nataly couldn't be there during my visit but she gave me many recommendations and made sure everything went well. Her sister Luisa is very friendly and attentive. She invited house members to do activities with her. I recommend that they take Salsa or Bachata lessons with her, she is a good teacher. The house was very cute and the neighborhood was fun and quiet. When I go through Medellin again I'm going to stay here again, without a doubt.

I really enjoyed my time with them. Laura, the daughter, picked me up from the airport. Maritza made me a really good tea, when I wasn't feeling well. I also took boxing lessons with Carlos, who is an expert as his craft. Highly recommend for someone new to Colombia.
