We felt right at home at the villa. We stayed as a multi-generational family with grandparents, aunts/uncles and toddlers. There was plenty of space to move about and not feel on top of each other. The pool was a bit cool in early October. It was fine for the grown ups but the kids preferred to just get feet wet or not get in. There were plenty of inner tubes and some other pool toys to use. The kitchen was well equipped for our light and basic cooking. We also used the outside kitchen a couple of nights to have a barbecue. Each bedroom had its own bathroom as an ensuite or nearby. Every bathroom had a hair dryer as well. The villa was very well located. We enjoyed a very short walk to lunch or dinner most days. While you can walk to some things, Miriam had recommended having a hire car. This was great advice! We drove to larger food shops like the Discount Supermarket or Lidl. We also drove to Cituadella most days to explore or to nearby sites. Would definitely recommend!

Very pretty, peaceful and private house tucked away in Cala Morell, overlooking the forest and surrounded by nature. Joana gave us easy directions to get to the house which is barely 10 minutes from the beautiful town of Ciutadella which has plenty of shops for everything you need and some very good restaurants. We visited in late October and the garden still gets the sun though the day with enough shade to cool down. There is a pool which overlooks only the calm of the forest. Two beautiful beaches are just up the coast, our favorite being Platja des Bot, a short walk through the trees from the carpark. Any communication with the hosts received an almost immediate response which makes any planning easier. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back next year. Thank you Joana and Miquel.

We had a fabulous holiday with our daughter, son-in-law and our two grandsons (2yrs and 6mth Olds). The Villa catered for all our needs and the swimming pool guard for our 2 yr old was a godsend. The Villa is so beautiful with a contemporary style. The furnishings are very stylish. We really couldn’t fault anything. The location is private and quiet with everything just 5 minutes walk away. We had a fabulous dinner at Francesca’s one evening which is very nearby and would highly recommend. Jose Luis was the perfect host ensuring all our needs were met! We can’t wait to return soon!

We had a lovely stay at Beatriz’s place. Lovely private garden, all the amenities you could need inside and the shared pool was also nice a quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

Abbiamo soggiornato nel cottage di Maripaz sei notti durante la nostra vacanza a Minorca. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, l'appartamento dispone di tutti gli essenziali (pentole,piatti, lavatrice,ecc), ampio parcheggio interno, piscina, un bellissimo giardino ed è situato in una posizione molto comoda e vicinissima all'aeroporto di Mao. Infine Maripaz è una host molto gentile e disponibile. L'unica nota è che il divano letto può risultare un po' scomodo per riposate nonostante venga fornito un topper da posizionavi sopra. Nel complesso mi sento di consigliare il cottage di Maripaz anche per il buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

The location of Rachel’s house was perfect and the position right on the water was incredible. We loved the patio overlooking the ocean and it was so special to walk the couple minutes to the swimming cove. We went to some other beaches on the island but in the last few days we realized there was no reason to leave the house and swimming cove. It was perfect! There are a couple small stores within walking distance and cute town of Binbecca Vell just 5 minutes walk or so. Wouldn’t want to be any closer or it would feel too close to the crowds. The house is also very close to one of the nicest restaurants on the island with an incredible roof deck—Bambu. Highly recommend. We drove all over the island and were really glad we chose Rachel’s house. Rachel was really helpful and gave us lots of suggestions about what to do, where to shop, eat, etc. Highly recommend this beautiful house!

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans ce logement très bien équipé, confortable (très bonne literie), belles salles de bain et le tout décoré avec soin. Notre hôte s'est montré disponible, sympathique, réactif et de bons conseils. L'emplacement est très calme. L'accès aux petites plages à pied est un vrai plus. Supermarchés et restaurants accessibles à pied également. Nous recommandons sans réserve et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour, l’emplacement est vraiment top ! Dans le centre mais en même temps au calme. La maison est très propre, la piscine est plus grande que ce qui y paraît . Les hôtes sont très réactifs et encore merci pour la flexibilité !

Excellent séjour. La maison extrêmement bien placée est propre et décorée avec goût. En bonus en avril nous avions le couché de soleil face à la mer.

Really great and clean villa. Pool towels, umbrellas for the beach, kitchen utensils, all the amenities you could need. Hosts were very friendly and we even could check in ahead of the scheduled time due to the villa being empty the day before. Great pool, great view. The only negative I could think of is out of their control: that the walk to and especially from the beach are more strenuous than we expected, as there is no direct way there.

l emplacement de la maison au top !!! baignade en sortant du jardin.... dans une crique magnifique, mais pas accessible aux petits enfants . plage de sable à proximité . très proche de ciutadella , ville magnifique . on a vraiment apprécié notre séjour.

My husband and I stayed for a week and had the most fabulous stay. The villa has a stunning view of the sea. The top balcony has glass panels which shield you from too much breeze and is the perfect suntrap. The beds are extremely comfortable, we slept so well. It was peaceful, easy to find and such a lovely place to stay. We were pleasantly surprised that cleaners came halfway through our stay and they re-did clean linen and towels etc. We hope to come back next year, truly a gem!

Lovely stay at this villa, stayed elsewhere in Son Bou previously but this was very homely, in a great location and the view was second to none. The air con was a bit dated and we had a few issues but I do not want to rate down based on this as it was out of the owners control, they were very responsive and did all they could to solve any problems as fast as possible. I would be happy to return here in the future ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Binibeca es un sitio bello y familiar. La casa de Anabel es perfecta tiene todas las comodidades y además tranquila , ella estuvo todo el tiempo pendiente de nosotros. Hay parking delante eso ayuda mucho y por la zona tienes todos los servicios. Repetiremos sin duda . Gracias por todo !

La dueña muy amable nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos y nos ha dado todas las facilidades que estaban en su mano. La casa es espectacular, tal y como estaba en las fotos. Muy agradable y cómoda, daban ganas de pasar más tiempo en casa la verdad. La ubicación es muy buena y cómoda con un parking gratuito muy cerca. Sin duda repetiría es sitio u lo recomendaré a quien me pregunte.

Une maison très facile à vivre pour une famille, même avec des enfants en bas âge. Un cadre très reposant bercé par le clapot de la mer en bas de la propriété. De bons échanges avec Robert qui ont permis de bien préparer le séjour. Hors saison, se méfier de la fermeture de nombreux commerces et restaurants sur la côte. Mais on parvient à s'adapter

Jorge’s listing was awesome. The location is the best on the island. Private, quiet, open space. Perfect for a couple or young small family. Really close to seaside towns with restaurants, shops and great atmosphere. Overall, clean, location was spectacular and the house itself perfect for island life. The views are to die for.

Très belle villa ! Service d’entretien très efficace ! Au niveau vaisselle il manque des saladiers, des plats pour le four. On aurait aimé trouvé des produits de première nécessité : éponge, produit à vaisselle, huile, vinaigre, sel, poivre, savon….

Nous avons séjourné quelques jours dans la maison de Ona, située dans un environnement calme et bucolique à 5 minutes en voiture du coeur de ville de Alaior, qui est très centrale sur l'île de Minorque et à 20 minutes de l'aéroport en voiture. La maison est atypique et pleine de charme, on s'y sent bien. Elle est très fonctionnelle et bien aménagée. Il y a trois chambres avec un lit double ; l'une d'elles possède sa salle de douche/WC privée et on y accède en passant par l'extérieur de la maison. La maison est entourée d'un magnifique jardin plein d'oiseaux où se trouvent plusieurs terrasses et un patio, et également la piscine très agréable et un espace barbecue. La communication avec Ona a été très facile, tout comme l'arrivée et le départ sur les lieux. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir séjourner dans la maison de Ona et la recommandons sans réserve.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en Avri'. La maison est un peu éloignée de la plage mais qui permet d'avoir une vue dégagée et magnifique sur la mer et Majorque. La communication avec l'équipe se fait très facilement, nous avons apprécié le panier d'accueil très généreux. Les deux seuls bémols rencontrés étaient l'humidité de la maison (peut être étions nous les 1ers vacanciers de la saison) et les odeurs dégoûts dans les salles de bain. Nous recommandons ce logement :)

Wow what can we say. Trish’s villa is incredible - the photos don’t do it justice. Definitely hire a car as access is as expected in the natural park. directions super clear and Trish was an amazing communicative host - beautiful beaches in es grau and we even had a massage with petra who came to the house on our last day. The villa has everyhing you need - it’s remote and private but everything within a 15/20 drive. Pool area stunning. We couldn’t fault it at all and will be back 100%! to explore everything we didn’t get to see. Thank you Trish for a super stay xx

Soggiorno bellissimo: la casa è molto confortevole, ma la cosa a mio avviso eccezionale è la piscina, con il mare che sembra a portata di mano. ANDREU poi è un ospite attento e premuroso: ad accoglierci una bottiglia di champagne e tutto l’occorrente per cucinare. Spero che riusciremo a tornare presto.

The house is very pretty and also practical with plenty of space for our family of five. Several outdoor areas and multiple options for lounging, working, eating. The pool is very nice also and the area around it too. The kitchen is well equipped and we could easily prepare meals without any compromises. The area of Son Bou is the best on the island in my view. Multiple restaurants, mostly very affordable, supermarket, bakery etc within just a few minutes walk. No need for a car on a daily basis. And best of all the beach which is one of the prettier ones I’ve been to, with amazing water and sand. Yes it was crowded but it was still easy to find a sun chair or spot and n the sand. The beach bars are really great and people are super friendly. We had an amazing time! The house was not cheap but for us it was worth the money. The hostess was super friendly and professional from beginning to end. Highly recommend this place!
