we enjoyed our stay and everything was perfect

We were a group of friends to spend 6 nights in Menorca and we enjoyed a lot in large part thanks to Maikel and Carmen's house, spacious, comfortable and in an excellent location. They welcomed us very kindly explaining all the details of the house, and with a gastronomic gift included. A wonderful and highly recommended stay and highly recommended.

We had a brilliant stay at this villa in Punta Prima. The sea views and pool area are stunning, and the whole place feels private and peaceful. It’s a short walk to the beach and local shops, and we also visited the zoo and Mahón, both of which are a short drive away. The villa was clean and well-equipped, with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and the layout worked well for our family. We travelled with our young daughter, who turned four during the trip, and it was a great spot for a quiet family break. Check-in was easy. We were sent all the details before we left, and Marta stayed in touch throughout. She replied promptly when we asked a question upon arrival and had a broken sun awning sorted without delay. We’d definitely return. A lovely big pool, an amazing view of the ocean and lighthouse, and a great location. It’s hard to fault.

The stay was spectacular, the house is exactly as shown in the photos. Comfortable, safe, with all the details and utensils needed to spend a wonderful week. The attention from the owner has been excellent, always willing to resolve any questions, in a friendly and quick manner. I will return without hesitation, Menorca is a paradise and the place where I stayed is nothing short of perfect. Thank you very much Esther and Carlos for everything Regards

Check in was very easy and there are supermarkets and beach nearby. Was nice but a bit cramped for six adults.

Loved this place in Menorca! Walking distance to the nearest beach with a lot of great resturant options nereby. The host answered all my million questions which I truly appreciate. Only thing was that I wish there was more toiletries and towels available as we ran out of them quick, but other than that it was great stay!

All excellent, 11 over 10. Richard was charming, kind and always attentive to everything. Accommodation in a quiet area with a multitude of services. We'll be back without a doubt. Many thanks Richard!

Great villa in Menorca for a group! Beautiful 360 views of the whole island!

We came to spend several days as a family in this beautiful villa with 4 children under 7 years old: Everything was perfect, super welcoming and available host, the house is in a private and secure environment. The house is large and very well equipped, we lacked nothing. We also benefited from Manu's advice on places to visit suitable for children. Great, we recommend!!

The accommodation corresponded exactly to the description and is very well located for a beach holiday, but also for exploring the island by car. Maria is very friendly and helpful and responds very quickly to questions. You quickly feel at home and it is very clean and tastefully furnished. We will be happy to come back.

We had a lovely stay at Eva’s place. The location is wonderful, the view is stunning and the house has everything we needed. Eva was extremely helpful and gave so many tips and recommendations. We would highly recommend staying here and exploring the surroundings.

The location of Rachel’s house was perfect and the position right on the water was incredible. We loved the patio overlooking the ocean and it was so special to walk the couple minutes to the swimming cove. We went to some other beaches on the island but in the last few days we realized there was no reason to leave the house and swimming cove. It was perfect! There are a couple small stores within walking distance and cute town of Binbecca Vell just 5 minutes walk or so. Wouldn’t want to be any closer or it would feel too close to the crowds. The house is also very close to one of the nicest restaurants on the island with an incredible roof deck—Bambu. Highly recommend. We drove all over the island and were really glad we chose Rachel’s house. Rachel was really helpful and gave us lots of suggestions about what to do, where to shop, eat, etc. Highly recommend this beautiful house!

Super nicely renovated old village house in second row from the harbour of Cala Rajada. Converted and furnished with a lot of taste. Minimalist and yet cozy. Perfect for relaxing. Radiates tranquility. Very clean. Great courtyard (patio) and indoor balcony, but no terrace with a view - as it belongs to a Mallorcan village house. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and the waterfront, as well as to the fantastic small beach Cala Gat. Ideal for us, because everyone could do something independently and we were not always dependent on the car. Ideal for those who don't want a standard tourist hostel and yet not far from everything on a finca. We will definitely be happy to come back.

A very pleasant little corner of paradise resting in a nice setting with beautiful palm trees, a nice park, the pool is always very clean, these houses are typical and charming. The location is ideal, with shops, restaurants, port and beach nearby. We had a pleasant stay thank you ☺️

Everything was perfect, we didn't find anything that wasn't good and everything was good details and attentions from the owner who was attentive to us at all times. We will try to repeat

Great place, perfect for our visit. Nice and clean with everything we needed. Only issue was that the Wi-Fi didn’t work but we weren’t too worried about that.

We had a great time. In addition to the beauty of the island and all the activities we were able to do there, Maria's accommodation is ideally located, with a magnificent view of the sea and the lighthouse, and very very quiet. The residence was not very busy in June, with a magnificent swimming pool. The accommodation has all the amenities, spacious, very clean, with balcony and awning. We had the cleaning in the middle of our stay with a change of linen in its entirety. Everything was really perfect and our exchanges were great.

we had a very nice stay the apartment is very nice, very comfortable and it is located by the sea and in 5 min you are at the beach. Catrina and Carlos are adorable and very responsive. I would like to say that we were lucky enough to host two very beautiful people.

We had an amazing time staying here as a group of friends. The house is just a 5-minute walk from the sea and about 15 minutes from the port of Mahón. The place looks exactly like the photos — clean, stylish, and very comfortable. It was fully equipped and felt like home right away. Our host was friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the stay. We truly couldn’t have asked for better. Highly recommended — we’d love to come back!

we are just back from an extremely enjoyable week in Carlo's villa. it was just as the photos showed it. a lovely house that we felt right at home in from the get go. the pool and gardens were excellent. peaceful, not overlooked and the pool was cleaned twice while we were there. we barbecued on the patio and enjoyed our evenings there. kitchen was full of everything we needed and the lounge even had a record player. perfect. beds comfy. water hot. we thought it was a great location as a base. there's a hotel across the road for nightcaps. we walked to the beach at Punta Prima. had an excellent meal at Bambu. loved the bakery cafe at Cala Torret. even though we hired a car for explorering there is an excellent taxi service based out of Sant Lluis that Carlo gave us the number for. they were super quick and reliable and took us to Ciutadella and Mahon. we would definitely stay here again if we were ever visiting this part of Menorca. Wonderful property and wonderful host. Would love to come back and stay in her house again

We spent 4 days with friends in this large vacation home and we were delighted. The house is much larger than it looks in the photos and we took advantage of the 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms, leaving a lot of privacy for the 4 couples. The location may seem a little far from everything, but it's a huge asset because the island is small and ultimately, you're only a few minutes' drive from everything! The environment is calm and of rare beauty... Ideal for resting during the day, and making a little noise in the evening without disturbing anyone. In the morning you can meet turtles in the garden near the large pool. In terms of equipment, you will not want for anything, everything is designed to make your stay idyllic! I had already been to Menorca and this second experience further reinforces the good that I think of this place. Our friends are unanimous and also loved their stays. Hope to see you soon!
