Lupita was a lovely host with great communication. The apartment was true to the description and photos. Nice location near a park and slightly away from the hustle of centro but still easily walkable. There's also a nice co-working space literally next door if you're working and want a change of location.

Nuestra estancia fue muy excelente. El apartamento estaba muy agradable, limpio y queda en una zona excelente para explorar el centro de Oaxaca. Skarlett fue una anfitriona amable y atenta durante nuestra estancia. Definitivamente lo recomendaría.

This gorgeous apartment was my favorite part of Oaxaca—which is saying something! Incredible design, so much natural light, a huge closet, superfast wifi, extra security and thoughtful touches and amenities. Is one side of the place loud during the day? Yes. But it's only during the day (when most are our exploring) and city sounds beats the noise of tourists. The other side is a beautiful balcony that opens up to a tree and a dead end, so zero noise. But the real standout is the kindness of the entire family, who welcome you with snacks and mezcal (and more mezcal!), checking up on you and always making sure you're alright. This is a real neighborhood, with the real Oaxaca surrounding you. A 20 min walk into the center or a quick taxi. Places like this are why we chose Airbnb over a sterile hotel, and this place will be the only one I ever stay in when in Oaxaca. 15 stars if I could!

Un gran lugar para hospedarse, está en una zona muy tranquila que tiene cerca una plaza. Además se encuentra cerca de la avenida principal para tomar el transporte y llegar al centro de la ciudad.

Gio's place was perfect for my few nights in Oaxaca and I appreciated how attentive he was to all the details and any questions I had. The apartment had everything I needed and I slept very comfortably each night. One thing, the windows overlook a street that was busy at some times and noisy at times. It didn't bother me but it is worth nothing. I'd stay there again.

I stayed for three weeks at Luis‘s place and I have to say that it was the best Airbnb experience I have ever had. One thing that stood out was how well stocked Luis‘s kitchen was. That is pretty rare in the Airbnb world but Luis had some extras like a juicer, a blender, and many Tupperware containers. This was handy. His place was also super clean. Luis was super responsive during my stay. He always wrote back really quickly and he always made sure that we had what we needed in terms of things like freshwater and extra blankets. You can tell Luis takes is hosting duties seriously and cares about his guests. Internet was also fast and reliable. The apartment is on the small side, but we never felt cramped. It is also right on the street at ground level, so you are going to hear a bit of street noise. It was actually much quieter than I thought it would be, especially in the night. One big bonus was the shared terrace upstairs. Overall a terrific experience. Highly recommend!

Al estar en el interior no se escucha el ruido de la calle, un lugar muy bonito lo recomiendo mucho queda cerca del centro caminando a unas cuadras

El depa está súper bonito, agradable, ordenado y limpio. Tiene todo lo que marca en amenidades, Elena fue amable y atenta en todo momento, sin duda volvería.

Este Airbnb fue un verdadero refugio. La habitación era cómoda, la cocina estaba bien equipada todo muy limpio Y lo mejor de todo, estaba a solo unos minutos del centro de Oaxaca , Adrián en todo momento estuvo al pendiente de nuestra estancia y ante cualquier duda muy recomendado ✨

Todo estuvo muy bonito, limpio y ordenado nos gustó mucho, la ubicación es muy buena ya que el centro y varios lugares están cerca.

Si buscas una experiencia auténtica y enriquecedora en Oaxaca, Daniel es el anfitrión perfecto. Desde el primer momento, hizo que nuestro viaje cobrara vida, mostrándonos la ciudad de una manera que solo un verdadero local podría hacer. The loft is outstanding! Very beautiful, clean, comfortable and nearby the centre with a lot of restaurants. The bed is amazing: very big and comfortable. Maria Claudina is a great host with quick responses on messages/questions. The only thing what was not so comfortable for us (light sleeper/sensitive), was that the light is coming from the roof windows what wakes us up very early. Together with a very noisy bird who likes to scream (or sing, depending on your preferences. ;-)), our days began earlier than we would like. But all together: we would book the loft again if we visit Oaxaca ever again! Thank you Maria Claudina and Dennys!

Excelente locación y lugar

La ubicación es buena, a 20 minutos caminando del zócalo en línea recta, contar con dos habitaciones le da un plus, muebles muy bien cuidados, modernos, tiene un diseño lindo, con todo lo que puedes llegar a necesitar, hasta una Alexa tiene! Cómo sugerencias el refrigerador enfría poco, de todo la demás es muy agradable la estancia. Si lo recomiendo !

What a wonderful place to stay in Oaxaca City (and my second time)! The studio is impeccably clean, cozy and thoughtfully and tastefully designed. I appreciated details such as a comfortable mattress, a full range of basic kitchen tools, and a hand towel and bath mat in the bathroom (details often missing in even mid range lodging in Mexico). I loved being in a typical neighborhood of local families and businesses, while still within walking distance of the historic center (about 25 minutes, depending on your pace). The studio is one of several behind a locked gate and the shared courtyard is pleasant, peaceful and secure. The high speed fiber optic wifi was excellent for my video conference work, without any issues. Anabell and Jorge were exceptional hosts- always prompt, thorough and helpful in communications, and warm, gracious, and friendly in all interactions! It is evident that they genuinely enjoy hosting, and take pride in the service that they offer. Highly recommended!

Thank you so much for another amazing stay (this was our second time here). Absolutely beautiful property and the perfect size for a group of 6 - so many different spaces to hang out, work, or have downtime for ourselves. Communication, check-in process, and general information/guidance were excellent.

The place is far from the centre of Oaxaca where many of the things to see and do are, you’ll need a car if you stay here - Taxis aren’t as accessible / convenient depending on time of day. Otherwise, great place and made use of the rooftop. Very clean, easy check in.

Por la geografía de la ciudad, en está zona las casas no manejan cocheras, si eres de los que se preocupa mucho por dejar tu auto en la calle Piénsalo bien, si llegas sin auto , es lo mejor por que te quitas ese pendiente. de lo demás todo OK anfitrión e instalación.

Estuvo muy cómoda nuestra estancia, el guardia siempre muy atento y amable, vale la pena hacer espacio para poder disfrutar del departamento, el área es tranquila y la vista preciosa. Rosa, te provee con toda la información necesaria del lugar y recomendaciones de la ciudad. Como recomendación hay que anticipar los taxis para las salidas.

Un lugar muy recomendable, nos encantó todo, el jacuzzi está increíble, todo muy ordenado, limpio y bonito. Sin duda regresaríamos.
