The property is located 2 blocks from San Andres University, 1 block from Punta Chica station of the Coastal Railway, and 2 blocks from the river. In the area there is everything you could possibly need within walking distance. Public parks facing the river.

Hola! Estamos a 15 cuadras del rio y a 3 de la estación de tren Acassuso, la zona es tranquila y esta cerca del centro de San Isidro. La habitación esta en el fondo de la casa y tiene su propia entrada. En el quincho (al lado de la habitacion), hay microondas, hornito electrico, heladera, hornallas electricas y una pava electrica. Vivimos 2 personas en la casa grande principal.

Everything is excellent, the accommodation is better than what you see in the photos, Carolina and her family are quite nice and attentive, at all times they helped me with all the questions about how to get around the city, they were very clear with all the instructions, the area is quite safe. It has Subte and Collectives are super close as well as Kioscos, the bed is quite comfortable and there is always hot water in the shower, the balcony was one of my favorite places because the light comes in, I will definitely remember the house with a lot of love. It is a perfect place for those who enjoy quiet stays and security in CABA.
