Our stay was amazing. the apartment was beautifully decorated, you could really tell they put a lot of work into it. very luxurious but still gave a very cozy and comfortable vibe. the hot tub was really the cherry on the cake. The location is perfect for people who are looking for a place where to relax but also have a bit of night life. lots of shops, bakery's and restaurants around where you can try all the typical sicilian food. The rocky beach is barely even a 10 minute walk and it's just simply stunning, you can smell the ocean breeze even from the apartment. Francesca and Sebastian were incredible, super friendly and available. thank you and until next time, Ciaoo!

We absolutely loved this apartment. It was clean and spacious and looked exactly like the photos. So thoughtfully decorated and finished. Do not be put off by the street entrance - once you open the door at the top of the stairs, so much beauty awaits. There are lovely restaurants very close by, and there is easy access to all the sights. Salvo was an exceptional host - responded quickly to messages and checked up on us frequently. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Fabio's place was fantastic. The view is unbeatable. Parking, walkable into town and the view, the view is absolutely breathtaking. We loved our stay. My partner and I were traveling around Sicily for a few months, and my dog needed emergency surgery, and Fabio's place was the perfect spot for us to unwind, relax, and the views made it a great place to nurse our little pup back to health. You need a car here, and the location is only 15 minutes outside the city of Catania, perfect launch pad to explore the surrounding areas. Although, we didn't get to meet Fabio, he was always a text away, checking in on us, making sure we had everything we need. Highly recommend. I should also note, my partner and I work remotely, and he was so gracious to add a desk and chair so we both could work comfortably, with the beautiful views. We will for sure be back! Sono stata a casa di Francesca per una settimana. La casa è in una posizione perfetta, vicinissimo a lidl, supermercati e centri commerciali. Distante solo 10 minuti in macchina dal centro di Catania (per il tipo di viaggio che avevo in mente io è stata una casa perfetta) in più è leggermente rialzata su una collinetta, e nelle calde giornate di agosto abbiamo avuto il piacere di respirare un po' di aria fresca! a 15 minuti dalla casa si trovano anche delle bellissime zone di mare (come "le grotte di Ulisse"). Francesca è molto disponibile e aperta al dialogo! nel complesso un'esperienza positiva!!

We absolutely loved our stay in Mascalucia and wished we stayed longer. The team was so sweet! Aurelio is the best and even surprised us with a traditional granita breakfast and arancini snacks. Their hospitality is unmatched. We absolutely loved the villa, the tranquility of the private garden in the back (with kumquats and lemons we could enjoy), the gorgeous pool area, multiple terraces for meals, and the games room! The town is also conveniently located, an easy distance from Catania airport and super close to Etna explorations. We used it as a great base to see Syracuse, Taormina, Etna, and Catania. We will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to all our friends.

Amazing modern apartment with a private beach! Very light and well-equipped. The highlight for me was the huge terrace, where I spent most of my time relaxing. The apartment is well located, with easy access to major tourist spots like Etna, Taormina, and Siracusa. There are plenty of cafes and bars nearby, and the best pastry shop in Catania is just a 10-minute walk away. Giuseppe and Valerio were incredibly responsive and friendly hosts. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

We loved our stay at this apartment! The location was perfect to enjoy the historic district and very accessible to wonderful restaurants and lots of things to do. The hosts were amazing! Extremely responsive and proactive. They gave a wonderful list of recommendations from things to do to Taxi information to restaurants. I highly recommend this Airbnb!

Attilio heeft werkelijk voor alles gezorgd in dit smaakvol ingericht appartement. Je komt hier niets tekort, volledig ingerichte keuken, wasmachine, usb-kabels voor het opladen van alle apparatuur, droogrek op het terras,. Het appartement ligt op het gelijkvloers, heeft een heel groot terras met een prachtig uitzicht op de zee, twee ruime slaapkamers met elk een eigen badkamer. Ondergronds is er een garage. Wij kwamen aan op een feestdag waardoor het ’s avonds lawaaierig op straat was. Maar door het sluiten van de ramen en rolluiken werd het geluid goed gedempt. De kleine attenties (fles water in de koelkast, snoepjes en knabbels, koffiepads, zeep voor de wasmachine, shampoo en zeep in de badkamers) en de vele tips maken van Attilio een perfecte gastheer. Dit is een echte aanrader!!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser großzügigen Unterkunft! Alles war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht – von der Küche bis zum Bad, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll gestaltet und vermittelt sofort ein Gefühl von Zuhause. Flavia und Davide sind grossartige Gastgeber – herzlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit offen für Fragen oder einen netten Plausch. Ihre offene und kommunikative Art hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder

Merci à Rosario pour son accueil, sa sympathie et sa réactivité ! Nous avons réservé en dernière minute, il a rapidement accepté et pris contact avec nous pour convenir de l’heure du Check-in. L’appartement est situé dans une résidence paisible, à 10 minutes à pieds du bord de mer et dans le centre de la petite ville de Cannizzarro. Ville idéalement située, proche de Catane (< 20 mins du centre en voiture ou en bus, 10 mins en train) et de l’axe principal qui monte vers Messina ou descend vers Syracusa. L’Etna est également proche (station Sud 1900m à < 1h). Un critère décisif pour nous : l’appartement dispose d’une place de parking privée pour la voiture de location ! Plusieurs commerces à proximité (pharmacie, épicerie locale, bureau de Poste, bars locaux, quelques restaurants). Appartement moderne et très bien équipé, le petit jardin extérieur est très appréciable. Grazie Mille!

Sehr schöne, kleine Wohnung mit einem Traumblick vom Balkon über den kleinen Hafen. Modern, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet (Geschirr, Küchenutensilien, Handtücher etc.) Nette Lokale in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Man ist in einer dörflichen Umgebung und doch nicht zu weit vom Zenrum Catanias entfernt. Mit dem Bus kommt man allerdings nicht so leicht hin, weil die eine Linie 534 zum Stadtzentrum nur sehr selten fährt. Es gibt aber 7 Minuten zu Fuß eine Bahnstation "Picanello", wo ca. jede halbe Stunde ein Zug zum Hauptbahnhof (und meist weiter zum Flughafen) fährt. Hätte Mario mir das vorher gesagt, hätte ich mir die 50 Euro fürs Taxi sparen können... Das ist aber schon das einzige, was ich an dieser Unterkunft auszusetzen habe!

Very clean, modern, secure and aesthetically pleasing apartment with a comfortable bed. The apartment remained cool in the heat due which was a bonus! Had everything we needed in and was a good walking distance from all of central catania. Marco went above and beyond more than any AirBnb host ever. From before we even arrived he had provided constant guidance and instructions to reach the air BnB and met us on arrival to show us the apartment. Throughout the stay he provided personal guides, recommendations and 24/7 support for anything we needed. Very responsive and will fix any issue you need immediately e.g. our plugs didn’t fit in to the wall sockets so he provided us with a plug or when we accidentally logged out the Netflix and needed the password again he provided it asap! He even kept our luggage secure after check out as we had hours before our flight. We booked this for an anniversary and the Airbnb had Taormina standard/vibe to it but in Catania which is not common!

Wonderful house and location! We loved it here. The house has a lot of beautiful furniture, as well as an open terrace with a great view. The host Franco was so very kind, gave us many recommendations on local beaches and cafes

I’m not sure I can sum this up in 1000 words but our stay at Roberto’s was beyond any expectation. Not only was it spotlessly clean, perfectly located and had its own parking, it was a 5 minute walk to the cable car to Taormina town (quick 3-4 min ride). The nearby restaurants were phenomenal especially Bel Assai and Blum. Both walkable within 5 minutes. Roberto as a host is simply the best we’ve ever had. There were multiple snacks and beverages for us upon arrival and everything you could ever want from an Airbnb experience. His charm and care were off the charts. Tanjit, his very strong helper, was available for any questions or inquiries we had as well. All in all it was our favorite stay not only in Sicily but in the course of our 20+ Airbnb’s around the world. To be fair- yes, there are many steps to the property but every single one was worth the experience. If you get the opportunity book it immediately. There’s no place like it in the world.

Gwendalina's place was exactly as pictured and very centrally located right next to the cathedral and the fish market. The terrace was a great addition. Gwendalina was also super proactive with check-in and was very responsive. Definitely recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Stefano’s place. Perfect location close to everything and we loved having a drink on the terrace before dinner. Would 100% recommend.

Very nice, very clean, very good equipped and designed apartment. We can absolutely recommend to stay here! Beach, supermarket and good restaurants are available but ideally you have a car.

Nous avons passé 4j dans le logement, super bien placé à Catane, un poil bruyant dû à un chien en face de la fenêtre qui aboyé toutes les nuits mais sinon rien à dire. La baignoire avec les jets été parfaite et le logement également. De plus Chiara est à l’écoute et très réactive. Je recommande à 100% !

Virginie was one of the most helpful and proactive hosts we have come across at airbandb. She made booking in really easy and gave us lots of really useful information about the area. The apartment itself was much bigger than we expected. It was 5 star - clean, comfortable, quiet, great facilities. There were lovely places to eat and drink around the corner and we were able to walk to all the main areas. Thank you, Virginie!!
